The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. They helped me with local recommendations, booking taxi, and were very generous with helping me understand the amenities in the hotel. The hotel and the onsen inside were both very nice, I'd recommend staying here if you're in the area!

Stay for one night to visit the Shima Spain Village. The location is a little bit far from the main station. However, the hotel have shuttle bus service and we could arrive the destination smoothly. The room is clean, the free hot spring (onsen) is good, the buffet-style breakfast is not bad, and the staff is very friendly. Overall, it's a nice stay.

Hotel was well located and easy to find. Room was comfortable but no housekeeping if you stay consecutive nights. Fresh towels were just placed in a bag and hung outside our door. They did not enter the room to clear rubbish nor place the fresh towels or make the beds even though I specifically requested it. Carpark was free. Coin laundry was also available.

I made a last-minute reservation on the same day, and although my check-in was after midnight, they handled it smoothly. The large public bath was available until 11:00 PM and from 6:00 AM to 8:00 AM. The hotel and the public bath were clean, and the amenities were excellent. However, the walls seemed quite thin, and I could easily hear noises from the next room and the hallway. I was even woken up by the sound of luggage being moved and other noises in the morning, which was quite disappointing. While I was satisfied with the staff's service and the facilities, I think the hotel would be even more comfortable if the noise issue were improved.
