Perhaps it was because the quality of the hot spring water was good, but my skin did not become dry even though I did not use my usual lotion. The staff were very friendly, and the guests also greeted me, making it a very pleasant inn. I would like to visit again.

It used to be a large, luxurious hot spring inn, but my impressions after staying there for the first time in 20 years were...the worst. The staff were unfriendly, I had to carry my luggage to my room by myself, and the Japanese restaurant was closed. Escalators are also stopped. Dinner, which I had been looking forward to, was not very tasteful as it was lined up in a large dining room. The important content was also sp****. In particular, the breakfast buffet is at an all-time low. If you want to pay the same accommodation fee, the nearby TAOYA Shima is 100 times better. Although it looks large and wonderful from the outside, the hotel inside is a mess. I will never go there again.

I used it on a day trip to a hot spring. You can get there in 3 minutes by shuttle bus from Kashijima Station. First, let's have lunch. I think it's a good deal for the price. It's interesting that chawanmushi is an alternative to miso soup. Take a leisurely walk in the garden. The fact that there are almost no fallen leaves in this garden means that it is well kept. Finally, a hot spring. The hot water here was quite slippery and seemed to be good for the body, so I was able to take a nice bath. Since it was daytime, I was able to enjoy the two open-air baths almost privately. This time, it was a hotel that I would like to spend the night at.

It was my first visit, but it was a wonderful inn. The room was clean and spacious and the view was wonderful. The bathroom was also large and clean. There is also a bowling alley in the building, which we enjoyed after our meal. The lobby was also very large. The meal also had a lot of seafood. Also, I had a family member who didn't like seafood, but after consulting with them in advance, they changed the menu to a meat-based menu. There were no additional charges. Because it was a holiday, we lined up for breakfast at the buffet. That was the only negative point, but I was able to have an experience that was more than worth the price and I am very satisfied.

The lobster sashimi for dinner was excellent. The abalone was gratin, but it was delicious. The local sake tasting set was also good. The best thing is the view of Ago Bay from the room. The sunrise from the open-air bath was also spectacular. I wanna go there again.

There are several famous hotels on Kashiwajima, but we chose this hotel because we were fascinated by the hot springs. I enjoyed relaxing in the open-air bath amidst the chirping of birds and the chirping of insects. The environment was wonderful, but the quality of the hot spring water was the best. My Miyako Hotel card had been changed to an app, and I was having trouble installing the app properly, but since there were no other customers at the front desk at the time, the entire staff worked together to help. Thank you for your help. Thanks to you, I have accumulated a lot of points, and I would definitely like to visit again. As everyone has said, the hardware may be a little old, but the hotel has a lot of young staff and is very lively.

The location was very beautiful with a view of the sea and the island on the ria coast. It's close to the station, so there's a shuttle bus, which is convenient. However, the amount of food was smaller than I expected, and even though it was near the sea, it didn't feel very fresh.
