Great and fresh food. There 21 rooms altogether in the hotel and the dining room is spacious for the guests. The big bath area is good with an open area. There is staff speaks good english.

今回の私の旅行は家族4人での家族旅行でした。 三重県には過去にも何度か訪れていますが、毎回宿泊するのは鳥羽や相差でしたので、志摩まで足を伸ばしたのは初めてでした。 そんな今回の旅のお宿に選んだのは、渡鹿野島という離島にある全室にオーシャンビュー客室露天風呂が付いている「はいふう」さんです。 実は、こちらの「はいふう」さんは、過去に三重県に宿泊した際に他の宿泊先を見ていた際にとても気になっていた旅館でした。 ただ、志摩まで行くのは少し遠いかなーと考えて予約をしなかったので、今回は宿泊先に選ばせていただきました。 そんな念願の「はいふう」さんですが、結論としては宿泊して大正解でした！ まず、宿の駐車場に到着するとすぐ近くにある船着場に案内され、そこから専用の渡し船に乗船し対岸の離島にある宿に向かいます。 この時点で、他の旅館にはないワクワク感があり、子供達もとても喜んでいました。 施設全体もとてもキレイでしたし、隣の福寿荘という姉妹旅館との間に大浴場があるのですが、二つを繋ぐ渡り廊下もとても風情があって、キレイなお庭もありとても良い雰囲気でした。 また、今回は12.5畳のお部屋に宿泊しましたがお部屋も広く、とてもキレイで快適に過ごすことができました。 お部屋からも海が眺められ、お部屋のバルコニーには大きな湯船の専用露天風呂があり、好きな時間にいつでも海を眺めながら温泉露天風呂を楽しむことが出来るのは最高で、夜も朝も入浴しました。 また、食事はレストランにての提供で、夕食はコース仕立てでの提供でしたがお刺身やスープ、お魚料理、お肉料理とどれもとても美味しく、子ども達もとても喜んで食べられました。 今回のコースでは、夕食と朝食の際に個室を用意していただけるプランでしたので、子供が飽きて遊んでも良いところもとてもありがたかったです。 今回は一泊のみの滞在でしたので宿泊して翌日にはチェックアウトでしたが、次回は数日滞在して、島の散策などをしてみたいと思います。 とても素敵な時間をありがとうございました。

朝日を見ながらの露天風呂を楽しみに宿泊しましたがが、蛇口の不備で使えず、 フロントに電話したところ 本館の福寿荘の方につながり、はいふうのスタッフは８時まで出勤しないので、出勤次第対応すると言われ、接客業として有り得ない対応でしたし、 また専務という人の対応が最悪で、まず作業着のような服装だったのにびっくり、お詫びに来たはずなのにホテル側には落ち度はないという態度で、すごく嫌な思いをしました。 接客業としてもっと親身な接客を望みます。 残念でした。

温泉に浸かるために２泊泊まりました。部屋に露天風呂がありのんびり楽しむことができました。夕食は食べ切れるかなと思うほどの料理でしたが、刺身はあまり好きではないのですが、こちらのお刺身は、最高で初めて、完食いたしました。お値段もあまり高くないのに朝食も豪華です。
