Bishoku No Kakurega Provence

This is my first visit in several months. This time, the plan was to have both spiny lobster and beef. The shrimp and beef were small, but there was also a hot pot (acqua pazza), and I was full after finishing the course. It has a stronger Japanese feel than before. Well, it was Japanese food. Drinks are 1,000 yen per glass of wine. It's just one coupon. The bath is a hot spring, but it is colorless, transparent, tasteless and odorless. However, I feel exhausted after it rises, so I feel like something is working. The room was dark, with comfortable pillows, bed, and room temperature, so I forgot about stargazing and slept soundly until morning. Breakfast is a buffet. There is a pot of burdock and * on the table. It's warm. The pork soup and keema curry were delicious. There were various desserts, but they were out of stock when I went to pick them up. I wonder if it's reserved for the next time's customers? I regretted it later, wishing I had asked the hotel staff. I'm very picky, so I'm really disappointed. By the way, there was coffee available at check-out, but I missed it. I would like to visit again for revenge.

Hot springs feel like taking a bath in boiling tap water or well water. You need to have good legs to get to the hot springs, as you have to go up the stairs, and there is no advantage to it other than going at night. It is difficult to see the outside scenery from the room window. The room is small like a business hotel. Dinner is delicious, but the amount included in the ¥15,000 plan for one night and two meals is quite small. If the food at a hot spring hotel doesn't suit your taste, you might get annoyed if it's upgraded, so it's better to ask for additional dishes instead of upgrading. Additional dishes will be served soon. We ordered grilled matsutake mushrooms, and they were delicious. Breakfast is a buffet, so the quantity is not insufficient, but the taste is average and not particularly delicious. The hand-kneaded sushi was delicious, but there was only a small amount of bonito in it. My wife was tired so we did not participate in the popular stargazing. If I had participated, my impression of the inn might have changed. It was an inn with many middle-aged women.

First of all, I was satisfied with the staff's response and infection control measures. However, the most important meal did not seem to me to be a gourmet meal and I felt very disappointed. I felt that the prices of each item were extremely low, as they were overly creative and lacked the flavor of the ingredients. I chose this inn without a view because the food was highly rated in the reviews, but I regret that I should have stayed in an inn along the coast. The train station is right next door, so I woke up at 5am to the sound of railroad crossings.
