The hotel is in a strong colonial style, with a small garden in the atrium, which is very beautiful. Breakfast can also be served by the pool. Traveling is very convenient, you can walk to EA mall and there is spanner bazar next to it.

This time I returned to Jinnai from Shuguang Village and chose to live here. Next door is the shopping mall, although the opposite club is closer to the new Express mall, the environment here is quieter. (Picture 12 is a corner of the lobby) All the service staff are very polite, patient and enthusiastic. The room was upgraded to a suite, it was really worth the money!

At check in make sure you stay on the east side of the hotel, facing the hotel.
West side requires renovating and refurbishment. We had to take my wife to hospital to demonstrate she was unwell for us to get a room with a door to let fresh air after two days of 13 day stay. Windows open partially and too stuffy and dusty.
Reception try to sell you an upgrade not provide what you had requested.
Staff on the ground, poolside, restaurant, house keeping are just amazing. They made our stay great. Some middle ***agers are amazing when they realized our issues. No need to give names, too ***y are just amazing.
The chef, made us healthy breakfast, just first class. made my wife get better.
Would I stay there again? Yes. Feedback is to overall ***ager to fix issues to get better.

This is my 2nd time I have stayed in this hotel with my family and my experience was amazing. We were treated like we belong to a royal family.
For every entry and exit from the hotel, a porter will always be there to open the door for you. I stayed for 2 days and either Saravanan or Saravanan B opened the door for me and helped me loading and unloading the luggage from the taxi.
We were greeted by their front desk Rosa and Azmal as if we belong to a royal family. Rosa welcomed us by making us wear a spiritual garland and served a honey-lemon drink, was delicious. We were escorted to our room and our luggage was already sent in our room.
They have a restaurant on the ground floor named Veranda. We had both breakfast and dinner in Veranda. Food was delicious and there are have quite a few options from Indian traditional food to Western. They offer buffet in breakfast and if you had the breakfast you won't even need lunch. I don't have words for the hospitality I received from Rishab, Anjali and Bhaskaran. They were with me until I was done with my breakfast asking me if I need anything. Since my family was unable to make it in-person, Rishab arranged a in-room dinning and sent the food as per my wife and kids liking.
If I ever again visit Chennai, I will definitely stay in this hotel.

A glamourous oasis of calm in the very centre of Chennai. This hotel is special, and the staff treat you like royalty. A most special mention to the *** who looks after the pool during the week - he made the sunbeds for us and even offered to move our things to the shadier aide of the pool when the sun was too hot. A real stand out. Another superstar was Miller.g who truely made us feel like VIPs in the veranda restaurant on our last night. We were most saddened to leave as the staff made us feel like this was our home.
We stayed in a heritage room which was beautifully appointed - though perhaps when bookind be mindful that this is the older side of the hotel.
