"Location is the best point about this hotel, really near to the city center (old city) and lot of turistics points such as the cathedral, Giralda and Real Alcazar (around 7min by foot) and Plaza de España is 20 min by foot. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not available but there is a coffee shop at the first floor and also cafeterias surrounding the hotel. The bedroom was comfortable ans celan. The size of the room is ok for 2 nights. The only point is the bathroom, the walls are made of glass and it is transparent...as a suggestion, I would like recommend to put some material not transparent to allow more privacy (when you are travelling with someone else)."

"It was okay. The room was quite spacious, and the air conditioning worked well. The 24-hour front desk was a nice touch. The pool was a bit small, and it's a little far from the attractions, but the facilities are all quite new. Breakfast was just average."

"Great hotel in a great location, right next to the train station and on the Airport bus route, “EA route” service. We enjoyed a top quality meal in the restaurant, at a very reasonable price. The pool area is very relaxing with bar adjacent, unfortunately doesn’t open until 10:00, which doesn’t allow you to have an early morning exercise but saying that, there is a gym available. Breakfast was probably the best I’ve ever had, wish I’d have stayed longer than just one night. All the staff were top notch, so helpful and polite, thank you “You Only” Unfortunately I only have a photo of the Olive oil brand bottle because it was delicious, sorry."

"I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable."

"Environment: The room was relatively clean, and the hot water and air conditioning were plentiful. PS: Our room didn't have a window, but it wasn't a major issue. Location: Close to Metropolitan Umbrella, which is conveniently located with streets and buses nearby. However, it's situated in the northern part of the old town, 1 km from the Royal Palace and 2 km walk from Plaza de España, so walking both ways would be quite tiring. Service: Each person received a complimentary cocktail (welcome drink), which was quite delicious. The lobby also has comfortable seating areas, and luggage storage is available free of charge."

"This hotel is very well located, featuring a bar and a rooftop pool with a magnificent view of the city. The room was pleasant with comfortable bedding. The front desk staff were always available to offer advice and help book interesting activities. I highly recommend this hotel."

"This hotel in Seville offers great value for money. The room facilities are excellent, and I particularly liked that the toilet and shower are separate. The rooftop pool has an amazing view and is a decent size, perfect for a swim and sunbathing – very relaxing! You can also order pizzas and drinks at the rooftop bar. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk to Plaza de España, and a bit further, around 15-18 minutes, to the Royal Alcázar and the Cathedral. The surrounding area is residential, so you'll need to walk a bit further to find restaurants and cafes, but everything is within walking distance. Overall, it's a fantastic place and highly recommended!"

"This is a very new hotel, right next to a large shopping mall. There are all sorts of shops and restaurants nearby, making it super convenient to get around. There's a big supermarket and a taxi stand right outside. The location is excellent! Just a five-minute walk away, you'll find 'Xiang Yu,' a fantastic Chinese restaurant. For a four-star hotel, the cleanliness is pretty good. You do have to carry your own luggage, though. My only minor complaint is that the bedsheets don't really fit the duvet, so the duvet often comes loose. I hope the hotel can improve this."
