"This hotel offers incredible value for money! The facilities are brand new, the rooms are spacious, and the soundproofing is excellent – the hallway is always so quiet. The staff are all warm, friendly, and polite. The elevator on the right side of the ground floor takes you directly to the reception hall on the first floor for check-in. The internal elevators are for guests to enter and exit the hotel, leading directly to the ground floor entrance (you can enter from outside using your room card). After leaving the hotel, a 5-minute walk to the right will take you to the Torre del Oro, and in 15 minutes, you can reach attractions like the Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar. Walking 2-3 minutes towards the Torre del Oro will bring you to Metro Line 1 (Plaza de Cuba). If you're coming from the airport on the EA express bus, get off at Paso Colón, walk through the Torre del Oro, and continue straight for 7-8 minutes to reach the hotel. There's a McDonald's, a pizza place, a coffee shop, and a Dia supermarket nearby, making it super convenient. I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit!"

"I don’t often review hotels but this place is genuinely one of the best stays I’ve had. Despite being slightly outside the city centre, the staff were all some of the smiliest, friendliest people and helpful in all aspects from booking trips to finding restaurants. I’d say the true mark of a great hotel is somewhere you feel comfortable and this hit all the bases. If you’re happy to make a short journey into the town every day, I’d highly recommend this hotel. Also, the pool, gym and breakfast buffet are unbelievable. I almost don’t want to add a review to keep it as a hidden gem!"

"On the day of check-in, the hotel charged a significantly higher price than what I booked, with the difference almost equivalent to a full night's stay. The hotel refused to refund the difference, citing 'fluctuating prices' and the fact that it was 'less than 24 hours before check-in.' The room itself was consistently damp, and even running the air conditioning on dehumidify mode didn't help. The damp sheets and duvet made it uncomfortable to sleep. Soundproofing in the room was poor; any noise from the corridor, especially if you're near the elevator, was easily heard inside. The hotel's location is quite convenient, however."

"The hotel's location is right in the heart of the Santa Cruz quarter, nestled within narrow alleys. Because of this, even with Google Maps, I couldn't find it on my first check-in. It's very close to the Alcázar of Seville and the cathedral, just a few minutes' walk, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby, making dining convenient. However, it's quite a distance from bus stops and taxi stands. Since the area is full of small alleys and cobblestone streets, cars can't drive in, so you have to drag your luggage a long way, which is exhausting. The transportation is inconvenient. The hotel rooms are relatively clean, but the facilities are incredibly outdated. The shower stall, in particular, is a joke – it's roughly 0.6 x 0.6 meters. There's no shelf inside for shower gel or shampoo, so you have to place them on the floor before you enter. But during the shower, trying to bend down to grab those items is impossible; that narrow, straight shower stall is practically 'custom-made' for you. It's too tiny, too ridiculous. If I ever come to Seville again, I would definitely not choose this place."

"The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to most major attractions like the Metropol Parasol and the Cathedral. The hotel breakfast is decent, and at only 5.5 euros, it's quite affordable. However, the selection isn't very extensive. If you have the energy to venture out, I wouldn't recommend eating here. You can easily find cheaper and more unique breakfast options elsewhere in Seville. The hotel is located in a very quiet area, and having a private bathroom in the room is convenient. Whether you get a good night's sleep really depends on your luck, though. I happened to visit during the April Fair, and my roommates consistently returned at 3, 4, and 5 AM every night, making it impossible to maintain a normal sleep schedule. Also, I recommend bringing your own hangers, as the front desk doesn't have any to lend. I was surprised when I asked if guests ever needed to wash and hang underwear, and the front desk responded that people only stay for a few days and don't need to wash their underwear. That revelation truly shocked me for a good five minutes. 🥲"

"Pros: The room was spacious, with a separate wet and dry area in the bathroom. Toiletries and toothbrushes were provided, and the breakfast spread was generous. Cons: The elevator didn't require a key card to operate, which felt like a security lapse. There were no tissue boxes in the room; after several calls, they sent small individual packs of tissues. Also, no complimentary bottled water was provided daily. The worst aspect was the cleanliness – there were stains on the sheets and duvet cover. When I brought it up with the front desk, they just looked blankly at me and didn't offer any solutions or apologies. Location: It's about an 18-minute walk to Seville Cathedral and the Royal Alcázar, and roughly a 12-minute walk to Plaza de España (assuming 'Spanish Cathedral' meant Plaza de España). A popular Korean restaurant is about a 7-minute walk away. Getting to Plaza de Armas bus station by taxi takes around 12 minutes."

"Cleanliness: Great, very clean. Facilities: The eight-bed dorm had three showers and toilets, which was more than enough. The only downsides were that there wasn't a table or similar surface to put things on, the hooks weren't very practical, and the top bunk didn't have a safety rail. Environment: The location in the old town was good, with Chinese restaurants nearby, and close to the bus station and other public transport. It's a bit far from the Spanish Steps."

"I had a lovely stay at Abba Sevilla and got a room with beautiful city views, which made the experience feel even more special. The location is great once you arrive. It is easy to get around the city, with restaurants and cafés right outside the hotel, and art and culture nearby. One of the highlights was definitely the rooftop. The views over Seville are beautiful, especially at sunset. If you stay here, don’t miss the sunset from the rooftop pool — it is one of the best parts of the experience and such a beautiful spot for photos. The food was also very good, and the overall stay felt comfortable and enjoyable. One thing to note: if you have large luggage, getting to the hotel can be a little tricky because of nearby construction. But once you are checked in, the location is very convenient and easy for exploring. Overall, I would recommend Abba Sevilla for the city views, rooftop pool, sunset atmosphere, good food, and easy access to Seville."

"I cannot really descripe how amazing my stay was everything was perfect staff was really welcoming this stay was really shocking to me i thoght there were no more hotel caring about their geusts more than money but your hotel was taking care about everything , staff done my room house keeping 4 times in two nights only , all drinks in mini bar was free they give me free deserts free chocolate daily , they even helped me with my tours , thank you very much i can tell it wont be my last visit i will see you soon for sure . GGuest UserHands down the best hostel I've ever stayed in! The environment is top-notch. The washrooms are completely separate from the sleeping areas, so there's no noise disturbance. The space is generous, and it's super clean. Everything feels quite new, the lockers are spacious, and the bedding is really comfortable.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.

IismaelMThe apartment is in the heart of Seville, just a few meters from the Mushrooms in Plaza de la Encarnación, so the location is excellent. The apartment has absolutely everything: kitchenware, bathroom amenities, a closet outside the bedroom, an ironing board and iron, towels, a duvet, and two pillows per bed. The bedroom has a small balcony overlooking the street and air conditioning. The living room is spacious with a TV and a large, fully soundproofed, and very bright window overlooking Plaza del Cristo Burgos, from where you can see the Mushrooms of the Encarnación. The bathroom was spacious and everything was very clean. The apartment is one of the best I've stayed in in Seville to date. Bright, spacious, and right in front of the parish of San Pedro. And the location? Unbeatable. It's right in the center of Seville, just a few meters from the Encarnación (the mushrooms). Overall, I wouldn't hesitate to stay in these apartments again. A very gratifying weekend. The automated check-in process may be a bit confusing. But there are two highly trained receptionists who will help you with everything.
