"The location is fantastic, right by the main cathedral, making it easy to get to all the popular attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants nearby, so finding food is convenient.
The front desk staff were very helpful and arranged for me to switch to a bottom bunk.
There's a small kitchen in the basement with a microwave and oven, which is fine for simple cooking.
The mixed-gender dorm room is a decent size, not too cramped. The locker is huge, and the top shelf is very high. The shower stalls don't have hooks, and the sink was quite clogged. It was cleaned daily.
The bedside lamp is tiny and very dim."

MMamamiyaaGreat location! Right across from the train station, with a McDonald's and a large supermarket next door. You can catch a bus right across the street. They offer complimentary fruits, lemonade, gummies, and candies during afternoon check-in. Plus, free luggage storage is available.

AAnonymous UserThe room was spacious and well-equipped with kitchenware, tableware, and a washer-dryer. However, there were no complimentary toiletries, and the room wasn't cleaned, nor were towels changed during our stay. There was road construction outside when we checked in, making access a bit difficult. Entry and exit required a password, which felt very secure. My only complaint was about the breakfast. We had an 8 AM bus to Granada and were told breakfast started at 7:30 AM, which was too late for us. We requested a breakfast box, but despite repeated communication, it felt like talking to a robot. I wish they had been a bit more flexible.

AAnonymous UserThe breakfast included with the room makes it excellent value for money, especially compared to local prices where a single breakfast could easily cost 100-200 RMB. The hotel is located along the railway, and there are gatherings across the street at night, so if you're arriving late, you might want to consider that. The room itself is a bit small, but overall it's still quite good. Just make sure to confirm the number of guests when booking.
LLengnvnvThe XIII Hotel is the most satisfying hotel in my trip to Spain. Living in it is like being in a palace, with scenery in every corner.
The hotel service is also very good. Miss Andra at the front desk impressed me the most during this stay. Miss Andra speaks fluent English, which is rare in Spain. There will be a tour of the hotel on the day of check-in, and the whole process is explained by the lady. Finally, we will be taken to the hotel attic to overlook the panoramic view of the center of Seville.
The hotel breakfast is also very rich, and Spanish ham is enough to fill you up~ Although the hotel breakfast is a little expensive, I still recommend everyone to try it, it's very good 👍
Seville is also one of my favorite cities in this trip to Spain. I hope I can stay here again next time!

GGuest UserWe book a suite so size is not an issue.
Since walking to Spanish square is doable, but it is still more than 30 mins away.
There is no loading zone for this hotel, just park the car and pay for parking for unloading.
Restaurants are plentiful, but more open 2000hrs for dinner
GGuest UserCleanliness: Great, very clean.
Facilities: The eight-bed dorm had three showers and toilets, which was more than enough. The only downsides were that there wasn't a table or similar surface to put things on, the hooks weren't very practical, and the top bunk didn't have a safety rail.
Environment: The location in the old town was good, with Chinese restaurants nearby, and close to the bus station and other public transport. It's a bit far from the Spanish Steps.

AAnonymous UserI stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable.
The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards.
Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available.
To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi.
In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.
GGuest UserVery good hotel, the service staff in the lobby are very friendly, and it is very convenient to take a taxi from the hotel. The only drawback is that there is a smell when you first enter the room. Overall it is OK

BBei LiThey allowed us to do an early check in. Quite a small room that was not too bright. No kettle so we had to go down to ask for one. They asked us to go to the Hotel's restaurant to get one. We don't know how to switch on the air conditioning and we lived beside the streets so we couldn't open windows to sleep. Our room's temperature was so high all of us woke up in the middle of the night perspiring. We had to open the door for a while for the cold air outside to enter to cool the room down a little. The bathtub also had no shower screen so when we shower, water would splash all over the toilet floor.
GGuest UserI would love to say a big thank you to the staff at Hotel Ibis Sevilla! We had a lovely time here! The hotel was absolutely beautiful and clean, located in a quiet area surrounded by lovely orange trees. The hotel was about a 15 minute bus ride from the Sevilla Airport and a 5 minute walk from the Kansas City - Gota de Leche bus stop. We were two young girls travelling abroad for the first time and were a bit nervous, but the area was very quiet and safe even late at night. The atmosphere was very calm and relaxing, there's bikes downstairs that you can rent, as well as a small music corner with instruments and we had a lovely man play music for us late at night. The area has a McDonald's, Taco Bell and Burger King within a short walking distance, as well as, a Lidl and Mercadona. We absolutely enjoyed our time over here and I would highly recommend this place as it has good transport links to Santa Cruz. Will definitely return!
