"Sadly it was a horrible experience. They gave me 132 room (lobby floor). And it was just worst experience in my life. I could hear all checking in and checking out, how stuff was talking with themselves, or phone rings, suitcases, door bells etc. basically I could not sleep whole night. I asked a manager at 2 am if it’s possible to do something, he said the hotel was full and he will ask guests in the lobby be quieter. It was quite like for 2 minutes… Then, starting from 7 am I could hear breakfast preparation, guests talking, having breakfast, their plates etc. so, it total, no sleep at all. To have rooms that close to lobby should be illegal or at least half of the price. Just disrespectful. Fun fact: I requested a quit room The room was clean, amazing bar on 7 floor. But still, would never again"

The room was spacious, clean, and equipped with new and complete facilities. The location is absolutely fantastic, right in the city center, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere, and everything is within walking distance. Opening the window, you're greeted with a view of the Metropol Parasol, a favorite leisure spot for Sevillians, which is beautiful and makes for a lovely place to go down for a drink. The 6th-floor rooftop boasts an outdoor pool, offering a prime spot to watch the sunset over the city, saving you the cost of going to the top of the Metropol Parasol for city views. Highly recommended!

The hotel is very close to the train station, about a 7-8 minute walk. The airport shuttle bus is only four stops away. Other attractions like Plaza de España, Alcázar of Seville, the Cathedral, and Metropol Parasol are all within walking distance, approximately 15-20 minutes. There's a small swimming pool, and the breakfast is just average. The room was clean and quite spacious.

Cleanliness: Great, very clean. Facilities: The eight-bed dorm had three showers and toilets, which was more than enough. The only downsides were that there wasn't a table or similar surface to put things on, the hooks weren't very practical, and the top bunk didn't have a safety rail. Environment: The location in the old town was good, with Chinese restaurants nearby, and close to the bus station and other public transport. It's a bit far from the Spanish Steps.

The location is convenient, just a 5-minute walk to the Sevilla Cathedral and the Tower. I couldn’t cook there as the stove was broken. The small light for my bed was broken, and there was no rail for the upper bed, so I was a bit worried that I might fall to the floor while sleeping. The overall experience was delightful.

• Room: Looks fine in photos but in reality, very dated (from the 80s?) - requires some serious modernization and renovation. My original room's aircon was dripping water and had to move to another one... • Common area/ ambience: The reception/ cafe area is like a hostel/dorm, not consistent with the Novotel brand/tier- thought I was in Ibis or something. • Location: Very convenient - next to the shopping centre, close to bus/tram station, about 20-30 min from key attractions in the Archivo de Indias

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. Overall, by Hilton or Garden Inn standards, this property falls somewhere in the average to slightly below-average range. However, if judged by a three-star standard, it is generally acceptable. The biggest issue was cleanliness. Upon entering the room on the night of check-in, I was shocked to find that the toilet had clearly not been cleaned, with visible waste left unflushed. This was extremely unpleasant and unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, I was told that housekeeping staff were no longer available after 4 p.m., and nothing could be done. This response reflected a clear lack of basic service standards. Service quality overall was fairly mediocre, especially during late check-in. The front desk staff were not particularly welcoming. At one point, when I was about to read a document before signing, I was interrupted and told to listen to the explanation first and sign afterward, which felt dismissive. Additionally, when I requested basic amenities such as a toothbrush, I was told to come down and collect them myself, as no delivery service was available. To be fair, the hotel does have some positives. The facilities are decent and generally meet four-star expectations, including amenities like a swimming pool (although the water was quite cold and not well temperature-controlled). The location is also convenient — while not in the city center, it is easy to reach major areas by taxi. In summary, the hardware and facilities are acceptable, but the cleanliness and service fall short. By Hilton or four-star standards, this hotel underperforms; by three-star standards, it is passable.

The location was good, room wad pretty, service is good and amenities were enough. I love their shampoos and soaps, it was retuals...! Smelled so nice with orange scent. Refrigerator in the room was also nice. The sad point was sound proof did not seemed enough. I could hear people talking outside, which was so loud, even the hotel says to be quiet. There was ants climbing up the bathroom sink several times, which I did not like it.
