"This was my second stay here, and the hotel has really maintained its high standards. The room was clean and tidy, and I completely trust the cleanliness of the linens. The front desk staff were very welcoming. The biggest plus is still the location. My only regret is that you can no longer park directly in the square, so I had to walk a bit further. Other than that, everything was great."

"I specifically booked this hotel for my red tourism trip to Yan'an. Its location is excellent, very close to all the major 'red' attractions and the city center, so getting around is a breeze. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, and amenities like air conditioning and toiletries are all provided. There's a mall downstairs and a convenience store, and if you want to try Shaanbei snacks, they're right outside. Plus, there's dedicated parking for those driving."

"I extended my stay for another night, making it three nights in total, just for the food! It was excellent value for money. The food in Yan'an is so delicious, especially the beef pancakes – they're incredibly fragrant. And I have to give a special shout-out to the grilled squid from the shop next to the hotel's underground parking exit – it's the best squid I've ever tasted. Highly recommend!"

"When I came, I compared several good hotels on the platform, and finally booked Qiyun Tingyue Hotel. After coming, the first thing is that the location is quite good. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic. Especially the hotel Yanjing heard that we said that we had a bad sleep. We specially coordinated to upgrade to a very quiet and spacious comfortable room. When we were laundry, we also specially asked the service staff to send laundry detergent. All aspects of service were very thoughtful. Four days and three nights are very comfortable. The hotel is a few minutes walk from Pagoda Mountain, night market, Qingliang Mountain. The location is excellent. The surrounding area is very lively, the scenery is beautiful, eating food, and it is very convenient to go out to various attractions. Come to Yan'an, let us feel the meaning of revolutionary red, the hotel has added a warmth to our trip and the simplicity and friendliness of the people of Yan'an. I highly recommend staying at Qiyun Tingyue Hotel, and I will come to Yan'an in the future."

"The hotel environment is quiet and elegant, with excellent hygiene, and attentive and meticulous service. It offers great value for money. It's suitable for both business trips and leisure travel, highly recommended! My check-in experience was very satisfying. The room was spacious and bright, with good soundproofing, and a full range of toiletries. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making for a very comfortable stay."

"Originally set another hotel, because of parking problems temporarily changed this, the result was really unexpected. First of all, parking is very convenient, just two steps to the hotel. The front desk lady is also very enthusiastic, I tried to ask if I can upgrade the room, she is very enthusiastic to help me apply for a deluxe parent-child room! The moment we opened the room, it was great, the super big room, and the soft partition was made. Sleeping and watching TV did not interfere with each other. The two beds were put together to be a super bed, and the bedding was very comfortable. The child ran around happily, and we also had a very relaxing rest for one night. Great value, I will definitely choose here next time."

"I picked this hotel as a jump-off point to visit Guanquan Canyon and Jingbian Wave Valley. It's located in Baota district of Yan'an. The location is great as it's only five minutes walk from the Yan'an High Speed Railway Station. Even if you have big luggage like mine, it's still manageable walk to the hotel. The hotel reception was wonderful. One of the girls, unfortunately I didn't take her name, was extremely helpful and tried hard to retrieve the packages I ordered to the hotel from several storage locations for me. It shows that she was dedicated to her job to assist guests without complaints. Breakfast is available and included in my reservation. It's standard Chinese breakfast. They even provided warm orange juice which I surprisingly like. The hotel has a self-service laundry room with free detergent. This is a great plus for me. The only complain I may have is, although this is not a unique situation in China, the stinkiness of cigarette smoking in the room and corridor. Thankfully it's March when I visited as I had to close window as cigarette smell came through the window. This is very unfortunate indeed."

"The hotel boasts an excellent location, not too far from Zaoyuan, Wangjiaping, and Baotashan. Just a few steps downstairs are the former site of Wangjiaping and the east gate of the Yan'an Revolution Memorial Hall. The hotel is relatively new, clean, and hygienic, with very comfortable bedding and pillows, and a pleasant smart toilet. The service is exceptionally thoughtful. We arrived before check-in time, and the staff asked the cleaning auntie to prepare our room quickly so we could check in right away. They also offer shuttle services. The jujubes at the front desk were extra sweet, and we even received thoughtful little gifts – truly commendable! It was very quiet outside our window at night, though there was a bit of noise from the hallway inside the hotel. Regarding the Yan'an High-Speed Rail Station shuttle service: When we arrived, they couldn't arrange a car, so they reimbursed our taxi fare. When we were leaving, I wanted to have a meal across from the station and didn't head straight to the waiting room. The driver, a kind young woman, anxiously honked her horn and then called to check on us. Her concern was very heartwarming."

"While boiling water in my hotel room, I lost my grip and the scalding water splashed onto my arm, instantly turning it red. It was painful and frightening. Panicked, I quickly called the front desk. Ms. Ning Shu, who answered the phone, was incredibly responsive. Without hesitation, she immediately told me to run cold water over the wound to cool it down. She also gave me detailed instructions on the proper precautions. Her gentle tone relaxed my tense nerves. She also said she had contacted the housekeeping staff and would send a first aid kit immediately. Two minutes after I hung up, Ms. Zhao from housekeeping knocked on the door. She hurried in with the first aid kit, examined my wound, then carefully wiped it with cold water and applied medicine, her movements so gentle she wouldn't hurt me. After treating the wound, she not only left me some spare burn ointment but also moved the kettle in the room to a safer location, repeatedly reminding me not to touch anything hot again. Even more surprising, when I dined that day, Chef Lei from the restaurant came over to ask how my wound was healing. Ning Shu had reported my situation to the restaurant, and Chef Lei had specially adjusted my meal, replacing the hot soup with lukewarm vegetable porridge, saying that these lighter meals would be good for wound healing. From the prompt guidance from the front desk, to the meticulous care from housekeeping, to the thoughtful consideration from the restaurant, colleagues from all three departments worked like a relay, handling my minor incident with perfect and heartwarming care. This exceptional level of care was more heartwarming than any other amenities. I have to commend Ning Shu, Sister Zhao, and Chef Lei for their professionalism and dedication!"
