"The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom had a separate wet and dry area. The lighting in the room was bright. The breakfast selection wasn't huge, but it was nice to see the chef cooking dishes fresh, not just serving pre-made food. The Roujiamo (Chinese hamburger) was delicious, and there were also noodles and rice vermicelli options. The only thing missing was coffee, but they did have steamed buns and congee. The biggest plus is its proximity to the train station, just a 5-minute walk. This is very convenient for travelers with a lot of luggage. It's also easy to get to Baota Mountain, as there are several bus lines right outside the hotel entrance."

The window seemed to have a slight crack; you could hear some wind whistling, but I was almost awake at the time. Parking was easy; there were plenty of parking spaces. We arrived in the early morning, and the front desk checked us in very quickly, which was great. I would definitely come back next time. By the way, it's not far from Furen Lane Night Market. We drove there, arrived at 2 pm, and there were still shops and stalls open when we went to find something to eat."

But today, I experienced what it means to be taken advantage of. @Yan'an Culture and Tourism, it was raining, and it was really hard to get a taxi to the high-speed rail station. I couldn't get a ride through Didi or Gaode. I don't know why? Is it automatically filtered out, or is the hotel really that remote? Because my departure time was short, I contacted the hotel to see if they could arrange a car, and they immediately asked for 200 yuan! A taxi usually costs 15 yuan! Thinking back, the hotel wasn't wrong, but shouldn't there be a standard price for hotel services?"

The location is super convenient, just a few hundred meters from Wuyue Plaza, making it an easy walk. Exploring Yan'an was a breeze. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and responsive, and the attention to detail made the stay so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, and the breakfast was especially rich and varied. I highly recommend trying the 'hollow noodles' that were featured in 'A Bite of China' – many other hotels nearby don't offer this for breakfast, only this one does! Staying at Zhiping Hotel (Qingshui Tianhe Branch) is definitely the way to go."

"Facilities: The facilities are outdated. The cover outside the electrical meter in the room was missing, and half of the showerhead fell out of the wall while I was showering. I contacted the front desk for repairs, and the repairman had to stand on a chair in the room to fix it. After he left, he used a towel from the bathroom to wipe the chair. Cleanliness: There was cigarette ash on the floor upon entering the room, and the bathroom blinds were covered in years of accumulated cigarette grease. The leather seats under the windows were oily and dusty from not being cleaned for a long time. Environment: The overall environment was okay, but it's too old and needs renovation or more maintenance. Service: The front desk staff changed our room. The first room had a broken showerhead, and the second room had a toilet that kept flushing and a cracked sink. However, the front desk staff did their best to change our room and gave me some snacks before I left. Overall, the experience was not good. Although the price wasn't high, I didn't need special services, but cleanliness is the most important thing for a hotel. This hotel was far from clean. I think everyone should choose carefully!"
