"This is an aparthotel located in an apartment building within a large shopping mall. We booked a room with one large bed and one single bed. The front desk was in a separate building, but it was conveniently close. The room was spacious and bright, and we were finally able to wash our dirty clothes from a few days of travel; they dried quickly. While the single bed's mattress was quite comfortable, the large bed's mattress wasn't, which was tough on my back. Breakfast wasn't particularly good; only the noodles and vermicelli were palatable. We had a great time overall and really enjoyed Xinyi as a city. We'd definitely come back!"

"This Hilton Garden Inn is the best I've stayed at in the Garden Inn series. The hotel's location is excellent, just one or two stops from Jushan Square in the city center, and it's situated between three major scenic areas, making it very convenient to get around.
There's an open-air rooftop garden next to the lobby, and the gym is large, professional, and has a great atmosphere with comprehensive facilities. The lobby also offers complimentary coffee and tea, and the breakfast is quite substantial. The staff are warm and attentive to guests, which is a very pleasant experience.
The hotel rooms are very large, probably around 30 square meters, and they are new and odor-free. I had a very enjoyable three-day, two-night stay here."

"Upon arriving at the guesthouse, we discovered the pipes were undergoing maintenance, and we hadn't been informed in advance. There were an excessive number of mosquitoes, something everyone should really watch out for. It felt like the room hadn't hosted guests in a while, as there was some dust. What was quite frustrating was the extremely weak water pressure; showering was practically impossible, so we just made do. The facilities seriously need an upgrade. The location is excellent, right within the scenic area, and you can take the Wanfenglin sightseeing bus to various viewpoints. The hostess was very kind, and the breakfast was delicious, but the guesthouse's facilities really don't live up to the excellent service provided by the hostess."

The rooms are also quite small. I initially booked for around 300 RMB, but after a few days the price jumped to nearly 500 RMB, so I booked it immediately. However, when I wanted to postpone due to changes in my travel plans, the price had already risen to over 1000 RMB… After staying there, I felt it wasn't worth the price; it was just average."

"Whenever I travel, I always look for Atour hotels, so I was quite happy to find one in Xingyi. The room was comfortable, and overall it was a good stay. I've always felt that Atour's hygiene is pretty good, but I do have a small suggestion: the showerhead in my room's bathroom had noticeable limescale. I'd recommend regular cleaning or replacement, or perhaps using a fixed overhead shower (that's why I ended up washing my hair in the sink, haha)."

This was my second trip to Xingyi, and I convinced my international friends to choose Wanfenglin over Yangshuo. This hotel made our trip perfect from start to finish.
The staff were all efficient, warm, and friendly, always ready to help with anything we needed, whether it was arranging a car rental, sending a package, or doing laundry. The breakfast was varied and plentiful, and on warm evenings, they even offered iced mung bean porridge. When we left, they gave us a gift of colorful rice, which was such a touching gesture!
The room was clean and tidy, with a convenient wet/dry separation in the bathroom. Before bed, I even did some stretches following along on the large TV. And the stunning view from the window? That goes without saying! Don't forget to wear something nice and head up to the rooftop for some beautiful photos. The village is very quiet at night, so you don't need to worry about noise. Rent a bicycle and you can get to the Lower Nahui market in just 10 minutes. In the early morning or evening, take a stroll down to the boardwalk to see the dam and the large waterwheel, then wander through the fields – it's incredibly pleasant!

GGuest UserI picked this B&B at random, and it turned out to be the biggest surprise of my Xingyi trip! As soon as I walked into the room, I saw the stunning, staggered peaks – every photo I took looked like it was professionally shot. The room details were very thoughtful; the toiletries were comprehensive, and they even provided small packets of laundry detergent. The B&B also has an infinity pool built halfway up the mountain, with a tea ceremony setup next to it. Brewing a pot of tea in the afternoon there was simply delightful. The front desk staff was also incredibly helpful, recommending hidden gems and local home-style restaurants, helping me avoid overpriced tourist traps. I've already recommended it to my friends!

The homestay has a large yard, and the sun teasing cats and fat people (Akita big dog) will relax, and the time feels slower. The boss also made breakfast for us personally. Fruits and vegetables are particularly fresh ingredients. I recommend everyone to try rice noodles and freshly picked strawberries. You can also go to the strawberry garden outside the hotel to pick and eat! This trip basically did not do a strategy, the main one is to do what you want, every day before going out, the boss will recommend delicious and fun according to our preferences, liberate the brain and liberate the hands, it is a lazy gospel. LLinghenOkTraveling from Heilongjiang to Kunming, we made a stop at Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area and decided to stay overnight in the village. Since I was traveling with a 3-year-old, staying in the village allowed us more time to explore, which was very convenient. After careful consideration, I chose this hotel, and it turned out to be the right decision! First, upon seeing my little one, the front desk manager immediately upgraded us to a king-sized bed room and arranged for a dedicated shuttle cart. We also received complimentary fruits and snacks. Despite being in a village, the amenities were surprisingly high-end. This was by far the best treatment we've received at a B&B throughout our trip. The room was also very clean. We were given breakfast coupons for a wonderful buffet, and even offered traditional Miao clothing to try on. All in all, it was a trip that truly exceeded expectations. The money spent on this accommodation was well worth it! The scenery in the area is incredibly beautiful, and the air in the morning was exceptionally fresh. Thank you to the owner, and I wish you a prosperous business! This is my first time writing such a detailed review, I swear, haha. The experience was fantastic!

Originally, I just wanted a clean and comfortable place to stay, but I unexpectedly found a whole warm and welcoming experience at Gu Shang Ju. Having stayed in countless hotels and guesthouses, only here did I truly feel what it means to have warmth, kindness, and thoughtfulness. I was reluctant to leave and must give this a positive review—this is my personal experience, and I, Li Hua, am not exaggerating.
Upon arriving in Xingyi, the owner's warmth instantly touched me. Knowing that my in-laws were elderly and had difficulty traveling, she immediately drove to the high-speed rail station to pick them up and drop them off, providing meticulous and thoughtful service throughout. She treated them with the patience and care of her own elders, making the elderly couple feel instantly at ease upon arrival. After checking in, we discovered the kitchen lacked proper utensils, making cooking inconvenient. She repeatedly and warmly invited us to her home for meals, where a table was laden with steaming hot Guizhou-style home-cooked dishes, each bite a taste of home. The owner isn't a relative, but she's more than a family member. This sincerity and kindness were especially precious in an unfamiliar city, and they warmed our hearts.
The owner was incredibly cheerful and generous, always enthusiastically recommending great attractions in Xingyi to help us avoid any pitfalls. She also absolutely adores animals! I brought my pet along without any worries or inconvenience; she was gentle and loving, exceptionally caring and tolerant of the little guy. We were truly lucky to have such a kind and compassionate pet owner. Being guests here was the greatest blessing of our trip.

The attention to detail is evident throughout: the shower water is softened, with a gentle flow that leaves you feeling relaxed and comfortable after a bath; the in-room drinking fountain is a major highlight, providing sweet, warm drinking water with just the touch of a button—clean, hygienic, convenient, and quick, ensuring safe drinking water for the elderly and children at all times. The room itself is very new, yet completely odorless, clean, tidy, and well-ventilated, demonstrating meticulous daily cleaning and maintenance. It's a ten-minute walk to the Malinghe Scenic Area, a 20-minute drive to the Wanfenglin 5A Scenic Area, and half an hour to the Fenglin Buyi Scenic Area. Whether you're visiting attractions or enjoying the scenery, everything is within easy reach, saving you time and effort. The surrounding amenities are surprisingly comprehensive: downstairs there's a farmers' market, pharmacy, supermarket, and countless restaurants and snack shops offering authentic flavors and a wide variety of choices. There are also two billiard halls, providing everything you need for leisure and entertainment. Staying here eliminates all the inconvenience of getting around or daily life, making for a truly immersive travel experience.
The value for money is so high that I can't help but feel sorry for the owner: the prices are affordable, yet every detail—the decor, service, and everything else—is impeccable. She treats every guest with care, warmth, and sincerity. I often wonder, can such a genuine and dedicated woman really make money?
In 2026, my New Year's journey began at Gu Shang Ju. Here, there was a comfortable living environment, meticulous care, and a rare sense of human warmth. Thank you to the kind and warm-hearted owner for making our time in Xingyi comfortable, safe, and heartwarming.

If the weather is good, you can watch the sunrise🌅 while sitting in the small courtyard. The room is very spacious. The inn also has bicycles.
