Comfortable stay with super warm hospitality. Easy comms via groupchat on wechat. Upon checking in, introduced us to the facilities and we were pleasantly surprised that they had even prepared a bedrail for our room without our request. My daughter had fun using the smart room control xiaodu xiaodu and enjoyed the play area. The extra touches of 2cups of specialty coffee, 10pcs laundry, bath salts, welcome fruits and bottled drinks were delightful. There was vip car transfer to/fro the waterfall ticketing entrance which was very helpful, and we waited less than 5mins each time. They tried to accommodate to our request for early check-in and late checkout. As we planned to be the first batch to enter the grand waterfall, they kindly helped to pack sandwich+fruits breakfast for us to bring to the waterfall, and always checked if we needed more bottled water etc. Excellent service from the wechat butler, reception and hotel staff. Photography service was cancelled as photographer was away on course. Our only regret was not having enough time to explore the facilities. Careful to type the correct hotel name when booking didi to the hotel as there is another hotel under the same chain called朵贝云hotel much further away.

Stunning stay with breath taking view. We’re told by locals that it is the best hotel stay in the area. They upgraded us to a room with upper deck kids room. The staff were very friendly, helped us bring up / down the luggage.

Highly recommended! The scenery at Wanfenglin is beautiful, and Fengxi Inn is even more wonderful. The staff are warm and friendly, the rooms are cozy with picturesque views from the windows, and the courtyard design is also very photogenic. The rice noodles for breakfast at the inn are delicious, and the self-service drinks are plentiful. You can also do laundry, etc. I will definitely come back again if I have the chance. I also tried their coffee shop and campsite in the scenic area. In short, I highly recommend staying here!

Extremely satisfied! The housekeeper was excellent, picking us up and dropping us off, and the breakfast was delicious! There was also a recliner by the door, and my friend almost fell asleep on it. The bed was also very large and soft, the place was very clean, and the furniture was very smart!

Service: The service attitude is good, and anything you ask to be sent can be delivered quickly. Breakfast: The breakfast is very delicious, with rice noodles and porridge to choose from, eggs, side dishes, steamed buns, etc. are all brought by yourself, and you can also refill. The proprietress and the boss greeted us very warmly, and there were beautiful scenery everywhere, which was very photogenic. The proprietress also helped the guests take photos. There is a special coffee shop with juice. The coffee beans are imported from Vietnam and the orange juice is squeezed from fresh oranges. As a Xingyi person living in another place, I have been looking for this place for a long time. When I returned to my hometown, I took my family to Yuntun as soon as I came back. I booked a 3-bedroom villa with private hot spring. The facilities are complete and each of the 3 rooms has a toilet. It is especially suitable for family stay. Although there were some minor episodes in the middle, the hotel service responded promptly and handled it properly. They also humbly accepted our suggestions. In short, it did not affect the whole holiday experience. Because the advantages are too numerous to list, first of all, the environment of the hot spring public pool is very good, the high and low hot spring pools have their own scenery, a bit like a Bali hotel, maybe our check-in time is not in the peak period, there are few people and it is quiet, so the atmosphere is full. At night, I returned to the private spring of the villa, and the family had more privacy. Then there is the children's playground, which is quite large. The children like it very much and linger. Finally, it is a walking tour of the park. The scenery inside is simply too beautiful. You can take pictures as you go. You can see many plum trees and cherry trees. You can imagine that it will be more beautiful in the season. In short, when it gets hot, I will come back to experience it again.

Very Good
We were very well look after at Fortuna International hotel. Hotel representatives were waiting at the arrival hall of Xingyi’s airport with a luxury 7 seater to bring us to the hotel. The receptionists were very helpful throughout our stay. Room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with good spread of Chinese and western food. We had dinner at their 5th floor restaurant serving Guangdong dishes. Prices were reasonable, food was well prepared. Their front desk staff helped to arrange through WeChat transport services to Panzhou high speed train station for our train to Anshun. We strongly recommend those who come to Anshun to stay at Fortuna Interchange Hotel.

The location is perfect right behind the tourist center. Few minutes walk will bring you to the ticket counter where you can have a nice tour around Wanfenglin. Rooms are clean, bedding is comfy, environment is serene. I love to wake up with the mountain and flower view in end of January. Will definitely comeback in another season of the year

It was my first time staying in a mahogany hotel with an ancient charm. Whether it was the public areas or the guest rooms, I could see antique mahogany furniture everywhere. The hostel's location is great, within the Wanfenglin area. The owners are extremely welcoming and they went out of their way to help me and make me feel at home. They organized a couple of dinners with the other guests and the atmosphere was great. Moreover one of them used to be an English teacher so communication is very easy.
