"This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!"

"The decor in the room felt a bit different from other Atours I've stayed at before; I almost felt like it might have been another hotel previously. The location is great, right next to the subway entrance, and it's in a prime spot in Zhongjie, which also means it's super busy and getting a taxi can be tough. I wasn't offered the complimentary late-night congee or the other two discount perks by the front desk. Breakfast was good. Looking through my photos, I realized I didn't even take any pictures of the room because there was nothing appealing to photograph."

"Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes."

"I booked a double room, but it reeked of smoke. They graciously upgraded me to a double suite for free, which was fantastic and made for a great experience. Housekeeping cleaned daily and it was very clean. The only minor issue was that the windows, possibly for safety on the higher floors, couldn't be opened without a cleaner's assistance. The breakfast was excellent, especially for a four-star hotel. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I requested a change of pillows because the one for my child was too soft, and they promptly brought a buckwheat pillow. The room was spacious and soundproofing was decent. The hotel is conveniently located near Taiyuan Street, with plenty of great food options and shopping. Despite the crowds during the May Day holiday, I highly recommend staying here."

As for the hardware facilities, the room size was just right, and the layout was well-designed. The place was clean and tidy, and the mattress offered great support, ensuring a good night's sleep. The air conditioning, whether for cooling or heating, worked quickly and efficiently. The TV, kettle, and hairdryer all functioned perfectly. The bathroom was spotless, with no water stains or unpleasant odors. The shower had good water pressure and stable temperature, and a full range of toiletries were provided. It's incredibly close to both Shenyang North Station and Shenyang Station, with only a few minutes' drive to Shenyang North and about ten minutes to Shenyang Station. Whether you're arriving, departing, or just need to catch a last-minute train, you won't have to rush out early, saving a significant amount of travel time. Moreover, the hotel is right next to the Qingnian Street subway station, just a few minutes' walk away, granting access to Shenyang's core subway transfer lines and making public transportation stress-free. Exploring attractions is also incredibly convenient, with direct subway access to popular spots. If you want to experience the vibrant Caidianta Night Market, it's just a short subway ride away, taking only a few minutes to reach. "This hotel, formerly the Presidential Palace, offers adequately sized rooms with ample space and good hygiene. The facilities are relatively new, and a decent range of toiletries are provided. The bed is a bit on the firm side, not as comfortable as some others. The water pressure is excellent, and the shower can spray quite a bit if turned up high; it was a little odd how water would splash onto me every time I used the toilet. There are plenty of charging outlets conveniently located by the bed, so just bring your own cables. The automatic curtains, especially the thick ones, didn't work well – they'd stop and start, making it difficult to open them. The mini-bar offers two complimentary cans of Coke and two bottles of water, totaling four bottles. For a family room, this felt a bit insufficient, but thankfully, there's a coffee shop and a KFC downstairs, and a convenience store isn't too far away. The surrounding area has many dining options. Food delivery by robot or a 1.9-meter-tall handsome staff member was a nice touch. The staff generally provide good service, but they didn't proactively inform us about the afternoon tea included in our package. You have to ask about it to get it, and while they'll provide it if you ask, they lack a certain inherent warmth – more like modern civil servants. Parking is plentiful, but the signage for the hotel's dedicated elevator in the underground parking lot could be better; we ended up exiting through another unit, like a KTV, by mistake. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including shrimp, eggs, fruit, and good Western pastries and noodles. Overall, it's a pretty good 3-4 star business hotel."

A special shout-out to the front desk staff, who went above and beyond to meet customer needs with warm, friendly, and thoughtful service – truly satisfying. All the facilities are new, fully functional, and smartly designed for user convenience. The location is excellent, very close to Zhongjie, and quite near attractions like the Imperial Palace and the General's Mansion. Dining options nearby are plentiful, with FULONG fast food just a hundred meters away. This is a hotel that prioritizes service and offers excellent quality."

"I always choose Atour when I travel, and I'm never disappointed. The hygiene is excellent, breakfast is plentiful, and they even offer a comforting late-night congee. The location is absolutely superb, right next to popular attractions like the Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Middle Street, all within walking distance. It's also very convenient for getting to the airport and Shenyang North Railway Station. What's even better is that despite being in a bustling area, it's surprisingly quiet, with great soundproofing, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep."
