"This hotel on Shenyang's Middle Street has excellent facilities and amenities. Its location is superb, right on Middle Street, making everything incredibly convenient. There's free parking available directly accessing the upper floors, which is very handy. The hotel is clean and well-maintained. The front desk is staffed 20 hours a day. Bottled water is complimentary and unlimited. Invoices are electronic and can be processed via mobile phone at the front desk. Check-in and check-out were very professional, quick, and efficient. The location is truly fantastic, with a prominent entrance. On the 9th or 26th floor (the original text says 9:26, likely a typo for '9楼和26楼' or '9楼/26楼'), there's an observation deck where you can enjoy the night view of Middle Street, complete with telescopes – a really nice touch. Highly recommended, very satisfied, truly excellent, I will definitely come back!"

The view outside the window was great, and the overall stay experience was very good. The breakfast was incredibly delicious and offered a wide variety of unique options! The park and shopping mall are right downstairs, making it very convenient for shopping and walks!"

"This is a 4-star hotel brand under Shangri-La, located right next to Shenyang's famous Taiyuan Street. You can access Taiyuan Street directly from a side entrance, and there are many restaurants and great transport links nearby. From the moment I checked in, every staff member I encountered had a genuine smile, and all interactions were incredibly natural and comfortable, which was a pleasant surprise. This hotel has been around for many years; it used to be the Shenyang Business Hotel. So, while the facilities have a historical feel and are a bit old, they are definitely not dilapidated. Everything is clean and tidy, and the rooms are spacious. From the room, you can see the bustling cityscape of Shenyang. Although it's a Shangri-La brand, it offers excellent value for money. Highly recommended."

"I recently brought my kids to Shenyang for a holiday and we stayed in the family suite at the Dongya Hotel. It's a must-choose for family travel! The room even had kids' bathrobes and slippers ready. When we checked in, the staff thoughtfully asked if our child could wear the kids' slippers and if we needed adult slippers. The front desk also kindly pre-installed bed rails for us. The biggest surprise was the free children's playground on the second floor, where my older child played for nearly two hours. The small supermarket downstairs was also convenient for buying snacks. When we checked out, the front desk told us to let them know in advance next time so they could reserve a better room for us. The moments spent together as a family are more important than anything else. The room was clean and spacious, with no strange smells, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable. We'll definitely choose this place again next time; the kids already miss it!"

"I chose Shenyang Marriott for this trip and overall it was great. The engineering staff were all very friendly, especially Susan, Lynn, Ewen, and Matthew at the front desk, and David the concierge. "Coming from the Northeast, I chose Shenyang for the Dragon Boat Festival. For convenience, I decided to stay near Zhongjie Street. After considering several options, I picked this brand-new hotel, which supposedly just opened in mid-June. **Hotel Location (Image 1):** Excellent! It's about a 10-minute walk to the Imperial Palace and a 5-minute walk to Exit B2 of Zhongjie Subway Station. **Room Environment (Images 2-4):** The room is definitely at least 30 square meters. The sofa can be converted into a sofa bed if needed. Besides the sink in the bathroom, there's another small basin in the room, along with a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee machine. The coffee capsules are in the drawer. If you need any other amenities, you can refer to (Images 5-6). The bathroom is divided into three parts: the sink is in the middle, with the toilet and shower separated on either side, achieving a 'three-fixture separation' design. **Hotel Environment (Images 7-9):** The hotel lobby features a co-working area and a self-service beverage bar. The bar offers a variety of tea bags, including black tea, green tea, pu-erh tea, oolong tea, as well as various tea substitutes like lemon slices and different flavored syrups, so you can customize your drink to your taste. The hotel offers garden view and street view rooms. The garden view rooms have inner windows overlooking the hotel's indoor landscaped garden. The street view rooms face Zhongjie Street directly. The hotel's soundproofing is excellent; despite facing Zhongjie Street and ongoing subway construction right outside, it's very quiet. The window effectively blocks out the hustle and bustle of the street, preserving a peaceful sanctuary for guests. **Breakfast:** Served from 6:30 AM to 10:30 AM, it includes both local specialties like chicken noodle soup, 'dachazhou' (corn porridge), soy milk, and wontons, as well as Western options like bacon, bread, butter, and coffee. Since the hotel is newly opened, some rooms do have a slight new smell. The hotel offers solutions to address this, such as changing rooms or providing air purifiers. **Hotel Service:** The warmth and politeness of the lobby staff, along with the cleanliness of the mirrors, sinks, and floors in the room, indicate that this hotel maintains high service standards. Overall, it's pretty good. Oh, and the complimentary custom refrigerator magnet (Image 10) is quite interesting. I just wonder if it's only a special opening gift 🎁."

"This hotel, formerly the Presidential Palace, offers adequately sized rooms with ample space and good hygiene. The facilities are relatively new, and a decent range of toiletries are provided. The bed is a bit on the firm side, not as comfortable as some others. The water pressure is excellent, and the shower can spray quite a bit if turned up high; it was a little odd how water would splash onto me every time I used the toilet. There are plenty of charging outlets conveniently located by the bed, so just bring your own cables. The automatic curtains, especially the thick ones, didn't work well – they'd stop and start, making it difficult to open them. The mini-bar offers two complimentary cans of Coke and two bottles of water, totaling four bottles. For a family room, this felt a bit insufficient, but thankfully, there's a coffee shop and a KFC downstairs, and a convenience store isn't too far away. The surrounding area has many dining options. Food delivery by robot or a 1.9-meter-tall handsome staff member was a nice touch. The staff generally provide good service, but they didn't proactively inform us about the afternoon tea included in our package. You have to ask about it to get it, and while they'll provide it if you ask, they lack a certain inherent warmth – more like modern civil servants. Parking is plentiful, but the signage for the hotel's dedicated elevator in the underground parking lot could be better; we ended up exiting through another unit, like a KTV, by mistake. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options including shrimp, eggs, fruit, and good Western pastries and noodles. Overall, it's a pretty good 3-4 star business hotel."
