A 5 star review, the front desk staff were efficient and patient with a friendly attitude during check-in the room was spotlessly clean with no unpleasant odours. The betting was soft and comfortable. The sound insulation was excellent. Hot water was steady and all facilities were complete and functional. The location is convenient for shopping and transportation. Housekeeping service was thoughtful and attentive to details. Great value for money, quiet and cosy. Truly, a home away from home. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip and highly recommend it to all travellers."

"My stay at Shangri-La Shenyang was absolutely divine ✨ I have to give a special shout-out to Guest Relations, Ellie! She was incredibly patient, explaining the 'Mountain Road and Pine Sound' art masterpiece in the lobby lounge's east wing. It's a stunning piece by a New Zealand artist team who recreated a Ming Dynasty painting by Tang Bohu using crystal pillars – a fantastic blend of East and West, exuding such style. It was a truly immersive and delightful experience of Chinese landscape aesthetics. Later that night, I even received a thoughtful delivery of warm chicken soup. My fatigue instantly melted away. As someone who appreciates attention to detail, I absolutely loved it. The service and ambiance were both top-notch. This is definitely my go-to hotel whenever I'm in Shenyang!"

"Hotel Jen by Shangri-La is a 4-star hotel under the Shangri-La brand. It's an older property, but it's very well-maintained. Manager Wang Jia from Guest Services took excellent care of me during my stay! Jenny at the front desk was very friendly and efficient during check-in. Kim helped me with my luggage, Song Liang directed me to the elevator, and Manager Guo even made me coffee. I was very satisfied throughout my entire stay; it's truly a hotel worth revisiting! The coffee was rich and aromatic. A superb stay! Five-star rating."

"We stayed two nights at the Northeast Asia hotel with our kids, and what truly surprised me was the night view. During the day, we were so busy exploring the Forbidden City and Zhongjie Street that we were exhausted. But when we returned to the hotel at night and stood by the window, everything just calmed down. The window faced the city, with a blanket of lights stretching to the horizon, streetlights forming ribbons of light, and distant tall buildings with their top lights twinkling. It reminded me so much of the view from my grandmother's balcony when I was a child. My little one leaned on the windowsill for ages, pointing out which lights were stars and which were airplanes. I just sat beside him, watching the warm glow of the city lights fill the room, without even needing the main lights on. In that moment, all the fatigue from rushing between sights, queuing, and coaxing the kids to eat during the day just melted away. Honestly, when you're traveling and staying in a hotel, having such a beautiful night view to unwind to makes the whole trip feel worthwhile. Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll definitely stay at Northeast Asia again."

The location is superb, situated in the prime area of Shenhe District, with Zhongjie, the Imperial Palace, and Marshal Zhang's Mansion all within easy walking distance. There are plenty of great food options nearby, like Majia Shaomai and Zhongjie Ice Cream, old favorites that are perfect for a quick bite. Transportation is convenient, with a subway station close by, and it's a very quick taxi ride to the North Station. The rooms are clean and tidy, the service is excellent, and it offers incredible value for money!"

"This is our second time staying in a children's themed room this year, and we chose the Little Yellow Duck theme room at Hilton Shenyang. We were very pleased with the room's decor. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still quite new overall. The staff's service was enthusiastic, living up to Hilton's quality standards. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of K11. My suggestions would be to upgrade the TV and add a phone holder next to the bathtub. It would also be great if the breakfast selection could be more diverse, as it currently feels quite similar to a Hampton Inn."

"First off, I had a terrible, and I mean *terrible*, experience at the Conrad Shenyang for two nights – everything from hygiene to service and facilities was just awful. That's why I ended up moving to the Marriott. But right from check-in, I was very impressed. The tall gentleman who checked us in, 🔅Vince🔅, was incredibly polite, efficient, and quickly understood our needs, doing his best to accommodate them. 👏 He made a fantastic first impression for the hotel. Upon entering the room, I found a lovely handwritten note. Because the handwriting was a bit cursive, I could only make out the last name, Ms. 🔅Li🔅, who I believe is from housekeeping. The next day, Ms. 🔅Zhao Lijie🔅, who cleaned our room, was very courteous and enthusiastic, yet professional. She went above and beyond to meet our requests, truly embodying the standard of five-star hotel housekeeping! 👏 I hope the hotel recognizes Ms. Zhao with both a material reward and a verbal commendation! 👏 Also, 🔅Peter Zhang🔅 at the front desk was very efficient in answering questions and quickly grasped our needs. On our first night, the faucet was a bit stiff. The 🔅lady with short hair working the night shift🔅 (I didn't catch her name) came up to check on it, then promptly contacted 🔅Mr. Jiang, the engineer🔅, who fixed the issue efficiently. 👏 And this lady even waited outside our room for the engineer and came in with him to ensure the situation was handled, showing real dedication and responsibility! The engineer who came the next day (didn't get his name either) helped us resolve a minor leak. After such a bad experience at the Conrad, I was quite disappointed with hotels in Shenyang, and I don't understand why the Marriott's ranking is lower – it just doesn't seem right! Thank you, Marriott, for helping me find a 🉑 reliable place to stay in Shenyang for future visits. If I had to pick one minor regret, it's that the hotel doesn't have a mascot. 😆"

"I was looking for hotels near my appointments and saw this one was newly opened, so I booked a twin room to try it out. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt the hotel's warm service; everyone had a smile on their face, especially Manager Qin Yao. The lobby has a lounge bar and self-service drinks, and the decor is simple yet elegant. Although the room wasn't huge, it was well-designed, with everything in its place. The bedding and pillows were of excellent quality, there was a fridge, and plenty of bottled water. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in the city center, so transportation is very convenient. It's definitely my top choice for future visits to Shenyang – and I'm not a shill, it's genuinely much better than the 'Bai Moulan' I stayed at before!"

The hotel's location is absolutely prime in Shenyang. It's just 200 meters from the subway and right in the heart of Shenyang's Middle Street business district. The Forbidden City, Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and Liu Laogen Grand Stage are all within walking distance, which is incredibly convenient. The hotel environment is also very comfortable, and the room layout is reasonable, offering great value for money. The front desk staff who handled my check-in were excellent; they offered me hot water, instantly dispelling the chill. The breakfast on the second day was also very plentiful. I highly recommend this place.

I chose this hotel by chance for my trip and was so pleasantly surprised! The interior decor is simple yet elegant, and the cleanliness is top-notch – even the corners are spotless. The soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be bothered by outside noise. The service is thoughtful and meticulous, showing attention to detail everywhere. It was a truly comfortable and relaxing stay, and I highly recommend everyone come experience it. It's also close to the TV Tower, which was a big plus. The robot delivery service on this side is also quite good, and there's a large fish pond on the first floor.

From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was struck by its modern interior. The lobby was well - designed, with sleek lines and contemporary decor elements. It was a refreshing change from the often - stuffy and traditional hotel lobbies. The use of light colors and minimalistic furniture created an open and airy feel, setting a positive tone for my entire stay. My room was a haven of cleanliness. Every surface, from the floors to the tabletops, was immaculately clean. The bedding was soft and fresh, and the pillows provided just the right amount of support. The bathroom was equally spotless, with modern fixtures and a well - maintained shower area. It was evident that the hotel staff took great pride in keeping the premises clean. However, the real standout feature of this hotel is its airport drop - off service. I had an early - morning flight, and I was dreading the hassle of finding transportation at such an ungodly hour. But thanks to Yunshangju's reliable drop - off service, I didn't have to worry about a thing. The service was prompt, and the driver was friendly and professional. They made sure I reached the airport in plenty of time for my flight, allowing me to start my journey with peace of mind. In conclusion, if you're looking for a clean, modern, and conveniently located hotel near Shenyang Taoxian Airport, Yunshangju Hotel (Shenyang Taoxian Airport Branch) is an excellent choice. Despite its small size, it offers all the essential amenities and a service that goes above and beyond to meet the needs of travelers. The hotel's location is super convenient; you can see it right from North Station and even access it directly via an underground passage. Subway Lines 2 and 4 are right downstairs, making transportation a breeze. Taxis can also drop you off directly at the hotel entrance. Breakfast is available, though the variety is pretty standard. They also offered a complimentary business lunch or dinner, which had limited options, but it was enough to fill you up. The room looked exactly like the pictures, but the cleanliness details weren't great and definitely need improvement.

I personally believe this is currently the best-managed hotel in Shenyang. It's located in the former municipal government building, right on the City Government Hang Lung Plaza, with direct subway access. This makes it a central location in Shenyang, convenient for getting anywhere. The rooms are still very new, and the mattress is super comfortable. Breakfast meets the standard of a five-star international hotel, with excellent Western and Chinese options. They even have croissants kept warm in an oven and delicious fried cakes. From 6 PM to 8 PM, the lounge offers dinner, including eight hot dishes and main courses, salads, cheese, cold cuts, and sushi. There's a chef preparing fresh noodles on the spot. They also have simple desserts (the same as those offered at the Wenguan buffet) and beverages. The quality is really impressive. If you're not factoring in value for money, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing.

The Le Méridien Shenyang is indeed excellent. Starting with the ambiance, you're greeted with an artistic vibe right from the entrance. While the lobby isn't a massive, high-ceilinged space, it exudes a sense of luxury and art everywhere you look. As a member, I received a complimentary suite upgrade, which was a very kind gesture. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and all other member benefits were perfectly delivered. Thumbs up! The breakfast selection wasn't as extensive as I'd imagined, possibly because I went a bit late, but several dishes were genuinely delicious. In terms of value for money, it's also the best among the Marriott properties in Shenyang. Finally, I must extend a huge thank you to the attendant who cleaned room 1102 that day. They meticulously found my necklace that had fallen on the floor. Additionally, the front desk and concierge staff helped me mail it back incredibly quickly. This truly demonstrates the excellent service attitude of your hotel staff towards guests and the effective training the hotel provides its employees. Absolutely fantastic!

Finding the right hotel in Shenyang is so important! This time, I chose the Swissôtel by Accor, right by Qingnian Park metro station. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. For around 500 RMB, it even offers a swimming pool. The best feature of the room is definitely the floor-to-ceiling window, which offers a fantastic city view of the TV Tower. The cityscape is really impressive, though I regret not taking night photos as I was out exploring. The room is also quite spacious, comes with a bathtub for relaxing, and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is that they didn't offer a birthday treat even though I checked in on my birthday.

I wanted to experience a Shenyang bathhouse, so I specifically chose Qinghe Bandao, and it certainly lived up to its reputation! The facilities are huge. Outdoors, there's a wave pool, a lazy river, and the tiered and infinity pools are super photogenic. However, I wouldn't recommend the wave pool for young kids, as inner tubes can flip over easily – my child swallowed some water and refused to go back in, haha. On the second floor, there are many indoor hot spring pools and a spacious rest area. The third floor has a kids' play area and a buffet restaurant. The buffet offers a wide variety of dishes. The limited-time items include one serving of durian, half a lobster, and one abalone per person. The durian quality was quite good, about 1.5 segments per person, which was plenty. Now, I need to specifically mention the service. When I called to inquire about the hot spring tickets for the next day during booking, the staff member on the phone was quite cold, which was a bit disheartening. But upon arrival, I found everyone to be incredibly warm and friendly! As I was checking in, a young man from the hot spring department happened to be returning to the guest room department and helped me with my luggage all the way – much appreciated! Manager Xiaohui at the front desk was also very enthusiastic and attentive. She helped me store my luggage, and after our room was cleaned, she had our luggage delivered to the room. She also proactively sent us the activity schedule, which saved us a lot of trouble. She even gave the kids water guns and fish spa vouchers – many thanks! The ladies in the buffet area were also very friendly and helpful, providing detailed answers to any questions we had. When we left an item behind, they found it immediately and helped mail it to us. So, the service at Bandao is actually excellent; everyone can rest assured! Plus, the room was very clean, and breakfast was plentiful and delicious. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience!

It was totally nice hostel for me. Rest room in the each room was incredible. Host were very kind and easy-going people. Location was very center of the Shenyang representative street. Nearby, there were many restaurants and supermarket. it also connected to imperial palace where I’ve been many times back and forth in short period. So, location was perfect for me. You can find this hostel when you find the huge rocked door. As well as, it was clean and bright. When you close the window you can hear nothing about outside sound noise, but also when you open the window you can feel the fresh wind. This hostel offer breakfast amazingly. Thus, everything was nice and good, perfect. I can’t wait to visit here again for the next time.

This stay at the hotel was a very pleasant experience. The location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a parking lot with many parking spaces, parking is very convenient, and the surrounding facilities are complete. The hotel rooms are clean, tidy, comfortable and warm, with great attention to detail. The hotel staff are very warm and thoughtful, and their service attitude is excellent. I really think this is a good hotel that is trustworthy. I must give this hotel a big thumbs up! Will choose here next time.
