We had a delightful stay at Shenyang Place Hotel. The room overlooked the street and was extremely spacious and comfortable. For such a convenient location - just a short walk to the Imperial Palace as well as Zhongjie Walking Street and plenty of restaurant choices- it was quiet and peaceful at night and very soundproof from guests in adjacent rooms. The buffet breakfast offered a range of options but the wonton soup won out each morning for us. We also enjoyed a drink in the Goose and Dog bar just downstairs. Be sure to check out the range of aircraft related items in the back. All staff in both the hotel and bar were thoughtful and helpful responding quickly and efficiently to questions. We caught the metro from the airport and would note that even though Exit B is closer only Exit A at Huaiyuanmen Station has an elevator to get up to street level. Would definitely stay here again.

I've been to Shenyang many times, and this stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was excellent in all aspects. The hotel's hardware meets Hilton brand standards, the public areas are elegant, and the rooms are quiet, making it perfect for business travelers to rest and work. A special thank you to Grace at the front desk. Even though I arrived late in the evening, close to her shift change, Grace remained professional, efficiently handled my check-in, and thoroughly explained the executive lounge benefits and check-out procedures. Midway through my stay, I had a sudden change in plans and needed to adjust some of my arrangements. Grace proactively coordinated and accommodated my reasonable requests as much as possible, with smooth communication and flexible handling throughout. When I had questions, Grace was professional and confident, never compromising service quality even when busy. Good service can truly alleviate the fatigue of traveling, and Grace's actions perfectly demonstrated the high standard of service at a premium hotel, adding significant value. It's my top choice for business trips, and I look forward to staying again.

This hotel is highly recommended for its environment and location; it's very close to all the nearby attractions. Taxis are easy to find, making it convenient to plan your itinerary. Breakfast was decent, with a fair variety of options. The facilities are average, especially considering the average price of over 1300 yuan per night, and the mini-fridge drinks are extra. My friends, who were also staying in a king room, received complimentary welcome fruits and drinks on the same day. We had to call the front desk to inquire before they sent ours up. The hairdryer isn't Dyson, but the toiletries are from Bvlgari, and they smell great. After a chat with the front desk, they also sent up a Kangkang lion plushie.

Before going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

I don't know what's going on in Shenyang these past couple of days, it's so cold outside you feel like your ears might fall off. But stepping into the hotel is like entering a completely different world; it's incredibly warm. Star River is a domestic chain brand. I've stayed at a Star River hotel in Taiyuan before, but I didn't have a great experience because it had been open for a while, and all the facilities felt quite old. Coming to the Star River in Shenyang, I realized their decor style is consistent across the brand, but since this one just opened less than two years ago, all the facilities and amenities are very new. The decor has a uniform color scheme, but it doesn't detract from the overall experience. It's really good; staying here in Shenyang is a solid choice. The only minor drawback is that the breakfast selection is a bit limited, though they still have the essentials. The rooms at Star River can be summed up in one word: spacious! The sheer amount of space inside the room is absolutely invigorating! There's also a separate living area, and the bathroom and shower are well-separated. Especially the hot water for showering – it's fantastic! The water pressure is strong, and it's piping hot, incredibly refreshing after a long day!

The location is excellent, very close to Shenyang North Station, making high-speed rail travel incredibly convenient. The hotel itself is quite new, with a simple yet elegant design, and the lobby is spacious and clean. The room I stayed in was expansive, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was good, allowing me to rest well after a day of travel. Bathroom facilities were well-maintained, and the hot water came out quickly. The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local Northeastern specialties, hot dishes, pastries, and beverages, all served in a clean dining environment. The staff were enthusiastic and efficient during check-in, responding promptly to requests. Whether for a business trip or a short vacation, staying here offers great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Shenyang.

We had a great experience at the Phoenix Hotel. The housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is amazing. Service top notch. We did find the room very hot - even though it’s freezing outside. It’s also a bit inconvenient to ride the subway- the hotel is located between two stations, making it a bit far to get to either one.

The hotel is ideally situated adjacent to a shopping center that features a variety of dining options, and it is within walking distance of the Subway H exit. The room is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, although it is equipped only with a heater and lacks air conditioning. Guests can open the window for fresh air, but it is advisable to keep it closed on days when air quality is poor. The breakfast offers a diverse selection, though the preparation of some items could be enhanced. However, I encountered an issue with the lady manager who spoke to me in a rude manner at the Front Office Desk, whose rude demeanor was unprofessional and indicative of a need for further training or reassignment, as she does not exemplify the qualities expected of a good manager.

The guest rooms were clean and bright, with soft and skin-friendly bedding and excellent sound insulation, ensuring a good night's sleep. The intelligent guest room control system was convenient and thoughtful, and the separate wet and dry areas in the bathroom showed meticulous attention to detail. The laundry service was particularly pleasantly surprising – clothes were cleaned, neatly folded, and returned, demonstrating professionalism and care in every detail. What truly tantalized my taste buds was the authentic Shenyang breakfast each morning. The freshly cooked millet porridge was soothing and comforting. The location was also impeccable, within walking distance of Wanda Plaza, offering shopping, dining, and entertainment options; it was also not far from Shenyang Railway Station, making travel convenient and efficient. Whether for business or leisure travel, this place is not just a place to stay, but the beginning of a warm and memorable experience. The devil is in the details, and the service is truly heartwarming. This Yishang Hotel, with its quality and warmth, made a lasting impression on my trip to Shenyang. Highly recommended, and worth a return visit.

Checked in quite late that day, but the front desk was still able to process it. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and also very close to the subway station. The room's air conditioning system worked great, providing excellent ventilation.
