SSuyicThe room is spacious and tidy, with very good lighting and a great view. The most important thing is the hair dryer, which is actually from Dyson. The breakfast is also very good. There are many varieties combining Chinese and Western. You can go to the gym to exercise if you are full. If you can’t sleep, you can go for a walk in the park downstairs. Xiaoyu Xiaoqi at the front desk is very satisfied with the service.

AAnonymous UserEvery time I go on a business trip, I like to stay in this quiet Atour Light Residence in a bustling city. The location is very convenient, very close to the subway entrance, and there are many snacks around, which is very convenient for both work and life. In terms of the check-in experience, the service attitude of the lady at the front desk was also very good and the room was very simple. Suggestions: First, only a few rooms are equipped with refrigerators, and most rooms do not have them. In the hot summer, a small refrigerator in each room will greatly improve the quality of stay. Second, I hope the payment method can be like Jinan Atour, where you can place an order online and pay by credit card at the front desk, because there are standard check-in restrictions for business travelers and they need to swipe a credit card receipt. I hope this can be adjusted when I check in again. Thank you!

GGuest UserThe hotel room was great, very well-designed, and the materials and soundproofing were excellent. It's very kid-friendly; they even gave out toys for activities, and my child already wants to come back. The hotel lobby also had a fantastic design. Overall, it feels several notches above the Conrad Dalian. I do have two points of feedback for the hotel: 1. As an ultra-luxury brand under the Hilton group, the breakfast didn't include smoked salmon. All Waldorf Astorias in China, including the Conrad Dalian, offer smoked salmon for breakfast (we stayed at the Conrad Dalian for two days before coming here). When I asked a server if they had smoked salmon, they said it was an extra charge... Everywhere else it's complimentary, but at Conrad Shenyang, you have to pay? 2. When showering, the shower floor smelled bad when wet. There was no odor when the shower was dry, so I'm not sure what caused that. Overall, still a five-star rating.

It's incredibly convenient for getting around, whether by taxi or subway. Plus, it's right next to MixC shopping mall, offering a wide array of shopping and dining options, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers.
2. **Spacious and Comfortable Rooms:** The guest rooms are generously sized and well-appointed. The bedding and mattress are quite comfortable, perfect for families or extended stays.
3. **Excellent Hallway Soundproofing:** Even when people are passing by or talking in the hallway, the soundproofing in the room is excellent, ensuring an undisturbed night's sleep.
4. **Reliable Security:** The security measures are effective; you need a key card to access the elevators, which gives great peace of mind, especially at night.
5. **Varied Breakfast with Plenty of Western Options:** The Western breakfast items (like bread, eggs, bacon, etc.) are of good quality and meet basic needs. There's also a decent selection of Chinese dishes.

1. **Lack of Enthusiasm from Restaurant Staff:** The servers were slow to respond and lacked proactive service. Their attitude was cold, which falls short of the service standards expected from the Hilton brand.
2. **Serious and Disappointing Room Cleanliness Issues:**
* **Uncleaned Wardrobe Stains:** Upon checking in at night, even with dim lighting, we could clearly see large, uncleaned dragon fruit stains in the wardrobe. The color residue was obvious, suggesting a superficial cleaning job.
* **Trash Left on Windowsill:** There were potato chip crumbs from a previous guest left on the windowsill, along with noticeable dust accumulation. The attention to detail in cleaning was completely lacking.

They proactively helped with my luggage and offered tips for local attractions, which was both thoughtful and heartwarming. The room itself was spacious and bright, with excellent natural light and ventilation. Housekeeping was meticulous, with every nook and cranny spotless. The bathroom had a good wet/dry separation, ample hot water, and high-quality toiletries. The smart amenities were convenient and easy to use, and the mattress and pillows were supremely comfortable. It was perfectly quiet at night. Breakfast offered a rich variety of fresh and delicious options. Overall, the facilities were top-notch, and the service was incredibly attentive. It's suitable for both family trips and business travel, and I genuinely recommend it to everyone!

SSachiLeeBefore going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

AAnonymous UserI really love the American Shorthair cat here, but unfortunately, I didn't see it this time, haha. It's very close to Longhu Plaza, and parking is convenient. After showering, you can directly walk over. In short, it's just amazing! The loft vibe is really nice, and you can also order coffee and drinks. The staff ladies are also fantastic!!! This is a hotel I'll definitely be coming back to every time, hehe.

As soon as I stepped out of the elevator, I could hear the night staff's loud and clear greeting from a distance, which instantly put me in a good mood. I noticed two people on duty were a bit busy, so I had to wait a short while, but the check-in process was very fast, and they effectively helped me with my questions. Thumbs up to the staff! The room was great, and the service was excellent. Highly recommended! The only minor drawback is that sometimes you might have to wait in line for a bit. Otherwise, everything else was great.
