The room temperature was a comfortable 23-25 degrees Celsius, but with the down comforter, I woke up countless times feeling hot over two hours. By 11:30 PM, I was forced to turn on the air conditioning, which made my face freezing cold while my body was still hot. At 1 AM, I had to take out the duvet insert myself and turn off the AC, sleeping only with the sheet, to finally get some sleep. I think this reflects a management mindset issue. Even if summer in the Northeast is cool, they shouldn't still be using all down comforters. The hotel has such a quiet environment, it would be much better and healthier to open a window and provide a summer duvet, saving energy too.

The best hotel in Shenyang, I stayed for three nights and had a great experience! I arrived on a day when Shenyang was hit by a heavy downpour. Luckily, the hotel is only three stops away from Shenyang North Station on Line 2, and the entire journey is underground, so I didn't get wet at all. The hotel's facilities, views, and service are all excellent, and you can even overlook the Forbidden City. The breakfast was very rich. Lisa and Tracy from the buffet restaurant were so thoughtful, helping us find seats and food every day. I'll definitely choose Conrad again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Finding the right hotel in Shenyang is so important! This time, I chose the Swissôtel by Accor, right by Qingnian Park metro station. The location is excellent, making it easy to get around. For around 500 RMB, it even offers a swimming pool. The best feature of the room is definitely the floor-to-ceiling window, which offers a fantastic city view of the TV Tower. The cityscape is really impressive, though I regret not taking night photos as I was out exploring. The room is also quite spacious, comes with a bathtub for relaxing, and the bed is very comfortable. My only complaint is that they didn't offer a birthday treat even though I checked in on my birthday.

It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. We had a great experience at the Phoenix Hotel. The housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is amazing. Service top notch. We did find the room very hot - even though it’s freezing outside. It’s also a bit inconvenient to ride the subway- the hotel is located between two stations, making it a bit far to get to either one.

Checked in quite late that day, but the front desk was still able to process it. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and also very close to the subway station. The room's air conditioning system worked great, providing excellent ventilation.
