Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel environment is quiet, with well-insulated rooms. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation system, the breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the service is excellent.

GGuest UserThis is the first time I've chosen such a great hotel; the environment and service are incredibly heartwarming! They offer various afternoon tea options, and breakfast is especially delicious! It's right opposite Zhang Xueliang's Former Residence, the Imperial Palace, and the Governor's Mansion, making it perfect for independent travelers 🧳. The front desk staff, both the handsome guy and the young lady, provided truly flawless service. Staying here even made me feel more gentle. I'm heading to Harbin next and will definitely choose Manxin Hotel again! 👍

GGuest UserI was really satisfied with this stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm reception of the staff made me feel warm. The service at the front desk was very professional, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they also helped me carry my suitcase. The room was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and elegant, and the bed was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The sanitary conditions were also very good, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the supplies were complete, and the details were done very well. The sound insulation of the hotel was very good, and it was very quiet at night, and there was no need to worry about being disturbed by noise. The breakfast was rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was elegant, the service staff was friendly, and it gave people a feeling of being at home. In short, this stay was very pleasant and I strongly recommend this hotel! Looking forward to coming again next time

HHenry HooiA good hotel, well located and a no-frills business hotel. The breakfast service was adequate and provides the necessary basics to start the day off. Cleanliness of the rooms can be improved (hair traces were found on the room couch) but otherwise a decent and adequate business hotel. Service at the reception can be improved with English speaking staff familiar with handling foreign passports. We would look to stay again in the future.

AAnonymous UserI personally believe this is currently the best-managed hotel in Shenyang. It's located in the former municipal government building, right on the City Government Hang Lung Plaza, with direct subway access. This makes it a central location in Shenyang, convenient for getting anywhere. The rooms are still very new, and the mattress is super comfortable. Breakfast meets the standard of a five-star international hotel, with excellent Western and Chinese options. They even have croissants kept warm in an oven and delicious fried cakes. From 6 PM to 8 PM, the lounge offers dinner, including eight hot dishes and main courses, salads, cheese, cold cuts, and sushi. There's a chef preparing fresh noodles on the spot. They also have simple desserts (the same as those offered at the Wenguan buffet) and beverages. The quality is really impressive. If you're not factoring in value for money, this hotel is definitely worth experiencing.

The hotel also approved my request for a late check-out. It's super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely come back next time!

SSachiLeeBefore going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

LL KeyWe had a great experience at the Phoenix Hotel. The housekeeping is very good. Breakfast is amazing. Service top notch. We did find the room very hot - even though it’s freezing outside. It’s also a bit inconvenient to ride the subway- the hotel is located between two stations, making it a bit far to get to either one.

The mattress is very soft and comfortable. The hot water in the room comes quickly. The things are relatively complete. The service attitude is good. Check-in is fast. I am very satisfied with the check-in experience. The front desk service is very enthusiastic. The places to eat nearby are also convenient. The service is friendly and makes you feel at home.
