The hotel boasts a prime location, close to the subway station and Olympic Sports Center, offering convenient transportation and making it ideal for business trips and performances. Numerous shopping malls and restaurants are within walking distance. The hotel environment is quiet, with well-insulated rooms. The hotel facilities are modern and complete, the bedding is comfortable, the bathroom features a well-designed wet and dry separation system, the breakfast is varied and plentiful, and the service is excellent.

The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Wanghouyuan is also nearby. Getting a taxi is super convenient! The room is huge with well-defined functional areas: a hanging area for clothes, a kitchen area, a living room area, and a very spacious bathroom area. The bathtub is also large (though there aren't disposable bath liners, so I recommend bringing your own). My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing bath at night. The bedding is comfortable, but do note that the twin beds cannot be pushed together. There's plenty of space to open luggage without feeling cramped! However, I did notice a few things that could be improved: 1. Courier deliveries can come directly to the door upstairs, which made me feel a bit concerned about security. 2. The water quality was very poor; as you can see in the picture, the water ran yellow, which scared me! 3. The door rubs against the floor, making a loud noise. Despite that, the soundproofing is exceptional! Our room was right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear the elevator, any noise from the hallway, or street noise. This level of quiet is something even chain hotels can't achieve, so we had an amazing night's sleep! If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

I was really satisfied with this stay! From the moment I stepped into the hotel, the warm reception of the staff made me feel warm. The service at the front desk was very professional, the check-in procedure was quick and efficient, and they also helped me carry my suitcase. The room was spacious and bright, the decoration style was simple and elegant, and the bed was soft and comfortable, which made me sleep well all night. The sanitary conditions were also very good, the bathroom was clean and tidy, the supplies were complete, and the details were done very well. The sound insulation of the hotel was very good, and it was very quiet at night, and there was no need to worry about being disturbed by noise. The breakfast was rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, the ingredients were fresh, and the taste was great. The restaurant environment was elegant, the service staff was friendly, and it gave people a feeling of being at home. In short, this stay was very pleasant and I strongly recommend this hotel! Looking forward to coming again next time

Environment and Facilities: High-floor panoramic windows offer an unbeatable view of the city's nightscape. The room is spacious and tidy, with the BRIGHT toiletries and heated towel rack being a nice bonus. The shower stall had a minor leak that was promptly fixed, which was appreciated. Dining: The breakfast spread is rich and varied, offering both Western and local Liaoning-style snacks. There's a good selection of pastries and fruits that kids will love. The sky bar on the 88th floor has a fantastic ambiance. Minor Drawbacks: The building's structure requires two elevator transfers, which can be a bit of a hassle. The lobby can also get a bit noisy during peak hours due to the large number of people checking in/out.

Traveling to Shenyang with kids, I chose the Pleasant Goat themed family room at Swissôtel Shenyang, and the experience exceeded my expectations! The hotel is located in the core area of Qingnian Street, with convenient subway access. It's a short taxi ride to attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace and Marshal Zhang's Mansion, and also very convenient to get to the TV Tower Night Market. The location is very family-friendly. The Pleasant Goat sports-themed family room we stayed in was thoughtfully decorated and full of childlike fun. The room was equipped with a children's tent, a rocking horse, building blocks for a winner's podium, and plush toy pillows. The bedding was all custom-themed. Our child was absolutely thrilled upon entering the room and played non-stop. The room was spacious with a great city view from the floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. They even thoughtfully prepared child-specific amenities. Check-in was efficient, and the front desk associate, Ms. Yolanda, was friendly and responsive. The breakfast buffet offered a rich variety, with both Chinese and Western options, catering to different tastes for adults and children. The hotel also has a gym and a heated swimming pool, perfect for relaxing during your trip. With excellent facilities and abundant family-friendly details, I highly recommend this hotel for families visiting Shenyang. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next visit.

The facilities are well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with an elegant and grand environment. The food is delicious, and the service is attentive and thoughtful! Within a 5-kilometer radius, you can reach the Forbidden City, the General's Mansion, and the 9.18 Historical Museum. From the room, you can see Shenyang North Station, making transportation very convenient! I was lucky enough to receive a complimentary upgrade, which was a pleasant surprise! I will definitely stay here again next time!

Super great, river view room. Wang Sulong (singer) is right downstairs! This trip was to Shenyang for Wang Sulong's concert. Prices around the venue had increased significantly, but New World was incredibly fair and didn't raise theirs, so I booked it without hesitation. The decor is stylish, and the biggest surprise was that my idol's pop-up event was also downstairs at the hotel! So lucky! The subway is also very convenient. After a heavy rain, Line 2 was still running, and I made it to the airport smoothly!

Before going there, I was mainly attracted by the environment here, although it is a bit far from the city. I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. The decoration is the same as the picture. The bed is very big. It is rare to find such a big bed in other places. It is more than enough for three people. The front desk has a very good attitude and is very patient. They also provide separate slippers and toothbrushes for the baby. The parking lot is indeed very large. It's big, maybe because there are so many people during the Qingming Festival, it's not easy to find a parking space when we come back late. I ordered takeout the next morning and it was delivered by a robot. The child loved it and it was very novel. All in all, it was a satisfying trip. I will stay here again next time I come to Shenyang.

We stayed here multiple times. The location is very convenient. The facility is well maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is quite excellent, but does not always get automatically covered with room booking, in which case you can simply add to the room. I will return here.

Checked in quite late that day, but the front desk was still able to process it. The location is excellent, less than a five-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and also very close to the subway station. The room's air conditioning system worked great, providing excellent ventilation.
