Spa Hotels in Shenyang

"Five-star rating, highly recommended! The most delightful part of my stay was the front desk staff, particularly Ms. Sunny. Check-in was incredibly fast and efficient, with no long waits, significantly enhancing my overall experience. Sunny was cheerful, lively, and very approachable and friendly, making communication easy and pleasant. Her service was truly warm and attentive. She was very responsible, proactively introducing us to the hotel's amenities and patiently answering all our questions. The hotel gym is well-equipped with a wide variety of machines. The space is clean, bright, and well-maintained, making for an excellent workout experience. The overall ambiance of the hotel is elegant, and the service quality meets five-star standards. Everything was very satisfying, making Grand Hyatt Shenyang an excellent choice for accommodation during travel."

"Huge thanks to Serena at the front desk for upgrading my room! She was so kind and thoughtful, even arranging a welcome gift for me. It included disposable mouthwash, disinfecting wipes, and a steam eye mask, which was a real lifesaver and helped me get some good sleep on the plane! The hotel room was large and spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. While the decor might be a bit 'old-school executive,' it's incredibly practical and well-equipped – definitely a Sheraton. In the afternoon, I also visited the gym and pool. Though compact, they had everything I needed: a wide range of gym equipment and a large pool where I enjoyed a few refreshing laps. My favorite part was the lobby; the high ceilings and dome design were truly grand and created a very open and airy feel. A stroll in the garden was also lovely; the meticulously maintained lawn instantly lifted my spirits. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have an early morning flight."
