"Upgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute. we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities. location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery."

When we encountered issues during our stay and needed to communicate, she was gentle and patient, considerate, and proactively thought of many details for guests. "The front desk staff kindly upgraded us to a sea view room. The 68-square-meter room was indeed spacious, and the sea view was stunning, especially at night. However, the shower gel dispenser in the bathroom had fallen off and wasn't reinstalled promptly, which was a bit unsightly. My child also found a tissue left by a previous guest under the bed, so the room cleanliness definitely needs improvement. I also have to mention that the toilet and shower are separated by a transparent glass wall, which felt quite awkward. Overall, the hotel environment is still good; the Chinese-style decor is elegant and unique, and the service was decent. What was really disappointing though, was that we specifically brought our child for Children's Day, and the swimming pool was closed."

"Overall, my stay was incredibly satisfying! The hotel's location is excellent; it's within walking distance to shopping malls and restaurants, and getting a taxi is very convenient. The room had great natural light and ventilation, and it was spotlessly clean – even the corners of the bathroom were free of stains and odors. The mattress was just right, not too soft and not too hard, and the soundproofing was effective, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. Check-in and check-out at the front desk were quick, and the staff were friendly and responsive to requests made by phone. The hot water came on quickly, the Wi-Fi was stable, and the toiletries were of good quality. For the price, it offers fantastic value for money. It's definitely my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it to everyone!"

"Staying at the Hilton Garden Inn Shanwei was an experience far beyond my expectations! 🏨 The hotel boasts an excellent location right by Pinqing Lake, with immediate access to the mangrove beach and expansive sea views. 🌊 The room was spacious and bright, designed with elements of Hailufeng culture, and the bedding was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. 😴 The breakfast offered a rich variety, with authentic local beef brisket粿条 (kuetiau) and aromatic coffee. ☕️ The front desk service was warm and attentive; they even specially provided a latex pillow, showing their excellent attention to detail. 💯 Although the TV currently doesn't support screen casting, which is a minor drawback, the overall value for money is exceptional. It's an ideal choice for either business trips or leisure vacations, and I highly recommend it! ✨"

"On this trip to Shanwei, I chose Art Selection Hotel, and I genuinely found it convenient! Driving an electric car, the hotel's parking lot has charging stations. I just parked and charged directly, no need to hunt for a charger elsewhere, which was such a relief! The front desk staff were very welcoming and helped upgrade my room. The hotel was clean and comfortable, and the bedding was soft, so I slept very soundly. It's also convenient for dining and getting around, offering great value for money. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shanwei, and I recommend it to anyone driving an electric car too!"

"My 12-year-old child insisted on giving a good review to the ladies at SATO on the way home. If even a child can feel the warmth of this hotel, then you can trust that they must have something excellent to be so successful. My family and I have been traveling for over half a month, and we are especially satisfied with this hotel! Both the facilities and the service are first-class. The room is decorated with great style, and the equipment works perfectly. From dining to activities, they provided us with the best tips and even arranged a car-charter service for us, saving us a lot of time. The key highlight is that the lobby staff are professional yet warm, making our stay here very pleasant. This is arguably one of the best hotels we've ever stayed at, giving us an overall feeling of being at home. From check-in to check-out, every step was well-arranged and thoughtful. The room was clean and comfortable, and the service was meticulous. In this kind of environment, to experience such service and enthusiasm, I believe not every hotel can achieve it, only this one. Overall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

The hotel lobby is grand, with high ceilings and fast elevators. Before I even checked in, the front desk staff proactively helped me with my luggage. The room attendants were very professional; you can tell they've gone through standard training – their service was impeccable. I felt truly at ease and safe during my stay. Thumbs up!

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The decor is luxurious and grand. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu, even upgraded my room, which made my stay so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was cozy, and the service was heartwarming. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shanwei.

The room was spotless, and the front desk lady was kind enough to give me a free upgrade to a sea-view room. I could see the ocean and hear the waves right from my room. There was mosquito repellent provided, and once plugged in, there were no mosquitoes. You can walk directly from the hotel to the beach, which is very convenient. After coming back from the beach, there's a foot-washing station at the hotel, so the facilities are excellent. Hot water was also available at the front desk.

Been there twice! A real sea view room, you can see the sunrise in the room🌅You can also see the fireworks on the beach at night🎆The sea was really blue when I went there in June. The first two pictures were taken directly from Apple, and the latter were taken with a camera in the room This time I booked a bathtub, but the experience was not as good as last time because the water heater was too small and could not put much water. Otherwise, it would be even more amazing to take a bath and look at the sea.

Late check-out is possible depending on circumstances. Hot water and internet speed are stable, staff are efficient, and overall the stay was very comfortable. The hotel environment is quiet and comfortable, away from the hustle and bustle, perfect for relaxation. The sea view is superb; quietly watching the sea is very therapeutic. The room is well-equipped and clean, transportation is convenient, and it's easy to arrange meals independently.

A warm welcome to my stay. The staff were kind and friendly. Considering I am a foreigner traveling to this city, the staff were accommodating for my low level of Chinese mandarin speaking. They offered an escort to my room for clear direction. The room is spacious and offers a great stay. Towels and bedding provided. Clothes washer in the room. Balcony is wide with a sunny view. I will definitely book again! The neighborhood is quiet with some small restaurants and shops. Swimming gear available at many locations.
