Clean and hygienic, with excellent surroundings. The breakfast is abundant, and the views are great. It's conveniently located right next to Erma Road, making shopping easy.

This hotel is super convenient! Just cross the traffic light downstairs and you're at Ermalu. The views are great too, and everyone is really enthusiastic, especially Jingjing from customer service. She answered all my questions, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The location is fantastic, right on Ermalu Road. The room layout is quite reasonable and relatively clean, and the service is great and friendly. The room offers an excellent view, you can see the sea. Overall, it was truly amazing.

Vienna International Hotel, with facilities and service like this, you should drop the 'International' from your name. Don't embarrass yourselves.

Great location with convenient parking, very close to Ermalu Food Street. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing I wasn't too keen on was the smart toilet; the sensor wasn't very accurate, and I personally prefer a traditional one.

Great location, very convenient for transport. The front desk staff said they upgraded my room, which was a pleasant surprise. The room itself was nice. Parking was also easy. The hotel offers some of the best views in the area and it's within easy walking distance to Ermalu Street.

The front desk staff, both the lady and the gentleman, were very helpful and friendly. They even upgraded our room for free! The dessert delivery options nearby were quite tasty, and it was convenient to get a taxi to both Jinman Bay and Red Bay.

The views are lovely, you can see the sea and the sunset. However, the air conditioning in the room only blows hot air, it can't be set to cool, which made it quite stuffy. The hotel service was good overall, and the staff were all very patient.
