Overall satisfied, but cleanliness needs improvement. Martin Chen, who helped me check in, was skilled, fast, and incredibly friendly! He was very attentive! When he saw me carrying luggage, he proactively helped me press the elevator button. The restaurant's breakfast had a wide variety, was neatly arranged, and tasted delicious. However, the room's cleanliness was quite disappointing – there was hair on the floor around the weight scale, on the anti-slip mat, and on the shower wall. I suggest that after the cleaning staff finishes, a housekeeping supervisor should double-check and ensure everything is spotless, preventing previous guests' hair from being left for the next occupants. It's very unhygienic!

I was incredibly impressed with this hotel. The decor is luxurious and grand. The front desk staff, especially Xiao Yu, even upgraded my room, which made my stay so comfortable. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was cozy, and the service was heartwarming. I'll definitely be staying here again next time I'm in Shanwei.

I had to book suddenly so it couldn't get the cheapest rate but still the value is excellent. The reservation includes breakfast. There is a washing machine and a place to dry your clothes free of charge. The breakfast is amazing. The service is also amazing, even though no one speaks English. The door on my bathroom got stuck so a maintenance man came up and fixed it. And then the washing machine door got stuck, so one of the girls from the front desk came up and fixed that. Highly recommend this place

There are two shopping malls nearby, and plenty of late-night food stalls downstairs. Parking is convenient with many individual spots in the basement. I'm planning to stay another night today. The room is also very neat and clean. I didn't take pictures of the room, just some from the night market, haha.

The hotel facilities are very complete, clean, soundproof, and sleep very comfortably. The front desk lady is very good at serving. Next time I have the opportunity to come to Shanwei, I will choose this one!

Upgraded the room to executive room with on the spot topup as required to be in the same building. can tell that the hotel is trying best to stay profit. Check that the rate is fair, and it is same as original quote, it doesn't jack up the price on last minute. we like the laundry room which we use quite a lot, it has 3 washing and 3 dryer, all well programmed for dumb proof, bring your own detergent. Didnt managed to use other facilities. location wise need to walk a bit to mall and eatery.

Everyone I meet here is very warm and the service is very good. His breakfast is very delicious. His environment is very high.
