"I stayed at the Kangding Love Song Square Intercity Hotel this time, and the overall experience was excellent. It was the most comfortable and memorable hotel during my entire trip. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of Kangding, making it super convenient for walks, finding food, and shopping. They also offer free parking with a dedicated attendant to guide you, which is incredibly friendly for self-driving travelers. The parking process was very smooth. The rooms and facilities are great, making for a very comfortable stay. The overall quality exceeded my expectations. The service also gets extra points; the staff members are highly professional. We arrived quite late after a long journey, and the front desk lady, seeing how tired we were, thoughtfully added two extra breakfasts for us. That truly warmed my heart. I must also praise the breakfast; it was the most satisfying hotel breakfast I had on this trip, both in terms of variety and taste. The breakfast restaurant also has a fantastic view; sitting by the window, you can even see the golden roof of a temple, which made eating breakfast in the morning incredibly pleasant. Overall, this hotel excels in every aspect – location, facilities, service, and breakfast experience. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kangding. I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Kangding."

"Super beautiful and well designed hotel with exceptional service. After coming back from the mountains we felt so well taken care of and could get some rest: we could wash our clothes, got super tasty snacks for free and the staff immediately attended any question or requests we had. The hotel is also perfectly located in Kanding. Super close to two main temples and only a 20 minute walk to the city center. The view from the room we had was also amazing. Highly highly recommend this hotel when visiting Kanding - and we hope to come back again! Thank you again!"

"Our room in Kangding had a beautiful view. It was clean and spacious. The staff was very welcoming putting a lot of effort to make our stay as pleasant as possible. Besides they made great coffee! You can enjoy the coffee sitting on the terrace which has a beautiful view over the mountains. Especially the receptionist Bing invested so much effort to help us organize our trip and giving us an unforgettable evening. The location is also not far from the city center. You can reach it by walking. We would definitely visit again! ☺️"

"The hotel was clean. When I left in the morning, I saw the owner and his wife cleaning the place themselves. Disposable towels and seat cushions were provided. Parking was available, and the owner was very helpful, helping to carry our luggage upstairs. I asked him about traffic conditions before we left, and his advice was very helpful, saving us from even longer traffic. I think it's like, within their capabilities, you'll experience the best hospitality. —————————————————— Enough rambling! The hotel primarily caters to travelers, and parking is convenient. Follow the navigation into the side streets; there are plenty of their own parking lots, so parking isn't a problem. It's located next to a small lake, and the hotel lobby is just a short walk away. While you're still putting your luggage down, their staff are already incredibly welcoming, preparing khatas (traditional ******* scarves). For a region at such a high altitude, they have enough staff to guide you from your parking spot to the lobby. It really is a group of women—a whole group—coming up to help you with your luggage! We arrived at night and could feel that... you know? The lighting and color scheme, the Tibetan-style modern interior design—it's something trendy hotels can't replicate. It stands up to close scrutiny. For a super hotel, it's not large, but the lobby is incredibly cozy, allowing you to quickly relax. Besides check-in, I suspect their biggest draw during peak hours is the lobby's art gallery; I love every single photo there. The lobby's flow is excellent, with a butter tea area, a sofa lounge area, and a ******* clothing display area. The layout feels very logical, preventing overcrowding during peak hours. Going upstairs, there's an elevator. Having an elevator at this altitude is great; I appreciate that. They might even help carry your luggage into the city. There were also art photos in the hallways; many of them were worth looking at and told a story, perhaps fitting its theme—a photographer's paradise. The room layout was reasonable, and the welcome drinks were handwritten, with both ******* and Chinese labels, truly showing a warm touch. One more thing to mention: it was incredibly clean, absolutely spotless. I was supposed to change into slippers upon entering, but before I could even find any, the floor was warm to the touch, a testament to its pristine condition. Everything you could touch, everything your luggage could reach, was immaculate. The bedding had a textured feel. Honestly, it felt very much like Muji's quality; I personally really like this kind of thing because my home is like this, so I felt like I was coming home – it was even cleaner than my own home! Haha. This hotel will definitely raise its prices in the future; the amenities are those of a high-end hotel, including a refrigerator and safe. I haven't had a chance to visit the rooftop garden during the day yet; I'll try it out tomorrow morning with breakfast. I'm already out of space. I just hope that the price will be affordable when I come back in the future, and that they can continue to find a cost-effective and market-balanced operating model. Maintaining this level of management, cleanliness, and service consistently"
