Although it rained on this day, I didn't see the snow-capped mountains and the starry sky, but it was very comfortable to lie in a warm cabin at night. And the Hakroensheng on rainy days is also beautiful. Dinner is eaten in the hotel restaurant, recommended beef fried rice and onion beef! The chef is also a Tibetan brother, very enthusiastic.

Our deluxe sunroom was exceptionally bright, offering breathtaking views of the clear highland sky and distant mountains right from the window. Our three-day stay was incredibly comfortable and soothing, completely melting away the fatigue of our long road trip. What truly touched us was the genuine warmth and hospitality. The owner and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. Every evening, they thoughtfully delivered warm milk, chasing away the chill of the highland nights. On one occasion, returning to the manor after being caught in the rain, the owner immediately brought us freshly brewed ginger tea, its warmth spreading from our tongues throughout our bodies. These thoughtful details, more than any luxurious amenities, truly resonated with us. This is far more than just a place to stay; it's a welcoming haven on our Western Sichuan journey. Should I ever return to Tagong, I will undoubtedly stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler venturing into this beautiful wilderness.

Excellent hotel in the borders of the Tagong grasslands. When we arrived, we were a bit worried that it was too far from the town, but the owner gracefully drove us there the next morning. After sitting down and watching the view for a while, we were completely satisfied for having chosen this place. The owner is extremely nice, we talked with him a few times. The hotel is on the land behind his family's home, so it's all very cozy. When we had problems calling a taxi from Muya temple, he went there to pick us up himself. He also assisted us on finding a ride back to Kangding.The ******* breakfast was very good, as well. Even though it is a tent and the toilet is shared, we found it cleaner than almost all hotels in the same price range in China. The beds are also nicely soft.

We stayed here for one night before continuing our trip to Yading, and overall we were very impressed. The highlight of the stay was definitely the view from the room, which was absolutely beautiful. The location is a few kilometers away from the city center, but still easily accessible. The host was very kind and welcoming throughout our stay. One thing to note is that the bathroom only provides disposable towels rather than regular ones. The hotel also offers traditional costume rentals, which is a nice option for guests who want to take photos in the area. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful stay with stunning views.

My stay at Kangding Tingshan Sengu Tangquan Homestay far exceeded my expectations; it was truly a perfect and relaxing getaway! The hot springs were the biggest highlight. The water was crystal clear, and I could smell a faint sulfur scent while soaking, which felt very natural. After a good soak, all the fatigue from traveling melted away, leaving me feeling warm all over and incredibly refreshed. Both the public and private hot springs had a wonderful ambiance. Enjoying the mountain views amidst the steamy warmth was incredibly serene. The cleanliness of the rooms also met a five-star standard. The room was spacious and bright, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. What was particularly thoughtful, given the dry plateau climate, was that every room was equipped with a humidifier—this detail truly earned extra points. The staff's service was impeccable. From check-in to check-out, every employee was warm and attentive. They proactively helped with luggage and patiently answered all our questions, making us feel right at home. Upon learning we were driving, they even thoughtfully provided convenient information about parking and charging. Overall, Kangding Tingshan Sengu Tangquan Homestay excels in its hot springs, accommodation, and service. It's an absolute gem not to be missed when visiting Kangding, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time!

The butler proactively helped us with our luggage. This hotel is pet-friendly, which is a big plus! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel itself has a great design aesthetic. The stream water was crystal clear, and the kids had a wonderful time playing in it! Now for the downsides. The hotel has a coffee shop, and the coffee was good, but the hotel restaurant was really disappointing! The dishes lacked character, and the only alcoholic beverages offered were beer and cocktails. The beer selection was just your standard Budweiser and Tsingtao, and I ordered a Whiskey Sour and a Martini, which I can only describe as possibly being local 'interpretations.' For a hotel positioned as a luxury travel destination, I was really let down that the restaurant didn't offer any wine, craft beers, or local specialty drinks. We came here to relax and unwind; the facilities are great, but the amenities just don't match up! I hope they can improve this.

The front desk staff were absolutely lovely! So warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Our original room's projector wasn't working, so they promptly moved us to another one. We went during the off-season, and it was also their restocking period, so we couldn't have a bonfire, which was a bit of a shame. However, the environment is still beautiful. The breakfast was incredibly considerate; because we were suffering from altitude sickness, they brought a full meal directly to our room. It was a well-balanced and nutritious mix of meat and vegetables. Plus, it's dog-friendly! It's definitely worth it, and I've already recommended it to my friends.

What reassured me most was that the hotel's cleaning products were L'Occitane, and the big-brand series made people feel safe and comfortable to use. Service experience: Service is a highlight of the hotel. I was particularly lucky that I happened to meet the proprietress who checked in in person and upgraded the private bath king-size bed room for free. The proprietress was amiable and enthusiastic, and patiently answered various questions. She took the initiative to care whether the guests would feel uncomfortable on the plateau, and prepared various emergency medicines for everyone. It can be felt that the boss lady treated every guest very sincerely. Environment and atmosphere: The design of the hotel is very distinctive, with gardens, lawns, and streams. Most amazing place to be in Kangding ! The view is awesome, the villa is very classy with a stunning view. The owner is friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend this place if you are staying in Kangding.

The advantage of this hotel is that it is a 1-minute walk from Liuliu City. Kangding Liuliu City is the most lively. The disadvantage is that the whole building is full of different hotels. It is not an exaggeration to say that there are about a dozen rooms. The rooms feel a bit complicated. The fire protection facilities do not seem to be sufficient. So I don’t feel safe living there.
