It was truly amazing to discover such a high-quality homestay in such a remote location. All the facilities and amenities were on par with a four-star hotel in a major city; the bedding was excellent, and the cleanliness was impeccable. What truly stood out was the exceptional kindness of the owner's family, who made us feel completely at home throughout our stay. There's a large forest behind their property, and the owner took us mushroom foraging. Upon our return, the grandmother even helped us sort the edible mushrooms and cooked us a delicious feast. Every morning, we woke up to visits from various small wild animals. This trip was absolutely wonderful, and we will definitely be back!

The service was warm and attentive, and check-in was super fast. The room was thoroughly cleaned, with sparkling floors and tabletops. The facilities were complete, and there was plenty of hot water. The location was convenient for getting around. I was very satisfied with my stay.

Our trip to Tagong, Western Sichuan, found its warmest surprise in the Kangding Tagong Pokhara Smart Manor. Located in Tagong Town, the manor perfectly blends the relaxed, rustic charm of the ******* plateau with a tastefully tidy courtyard and rooms. Our deluxe sunroom was exceptionally bright, offering breathtaking views of the clear highland sky and distant mountains right from the window. Our three-day stay was incredibly comfortable and soothing, completely melting away the fatigue of our long road trip. What truly touched us was the genuine warmth and hospitality. The owner and front desk staff were incredibly friendly and approachable, making us feel right at home. Every evening, they thoughtfully delivered warm milk, chasing away the chill of the highland nights. On one occasion, returning to the manor after being caught in the rain, the owner immediately brought us freshly brewed ginger tea, its warmth spreading from our tongues throughout our bodies. These thoughtful details, more than any luxurious amenities, truly resonated with us. This is far more than just a place to stay; it's a welcoming haven on our Western Sichuan journey. Should I ever return to Tagong, I will undoubtedly stay here again, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to every traveler venturing into this beautiful wilderness.

The butler proactively helped us with our luggage. This hotel is pet-friendly, which is a big plus! The rooms are clean and tidy, and the hotel itself has a great design aesthetic. The stream water was crystal clear, and the kids had a wonderful time playing in it! Now for the downsides. The hotel has a coffee shop, and the coffee was good, but the hotel restaurant was really disappointing! The dishes lacked character, and the only alcoholic beverages offered were beer and cocktails. The beer selection was just your standard Budweiser and Tsingtao, and I ordered a Whiskey Sour and a Martini, which I can only describe as possibly being local 'interpretations.' For a hotel positioned as a luxury travel destination, I was really let down that the restaurant didn't offer any wine, craft beers, or local specialty drinks. We came here to relax and unwind; the facilities are great, but the amenities just don't match up! I hope they can improve this.

The hotel was in pretty good condition, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was a delightful 'nine-grid' selection, and the large window in the room offered expansive views. When traveling at high altitudes, it's really important to stay somewhere comfortable to help you recover and regain your strength.

The front desk staff were absolutely lovely! So warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Our original room's projector wasn't working, so they promptly moved us to another one. We went during the off-season, and it was also their restocking period, so we couldn't have a bonfire, which was a bit of a shame. However, the environment is still beautiful. The breakfast was incredibly considerate; because we were suffering from altitude sickness, they brought a full meal directly to our room. It was a well-balanced and nutritious mix of meat and vegetables. Plus, it's dog-friendly! It's definitely worth it, and I've already recommended it to my friends.

The holiday rental was very clean, and I found the toiletries to be spotless. All the facilities were great too. I've stayed in some cabins before where the water supply wasn't very convenient, but at this place, every room has a private bathroom and the hot water was readily available, which was fantastic! 👍 The owner was also very kind. We wanted to cook our own meals, and she lent us chairs. My charger broke in the middle of the night, and even though it was raining, they brought a new one over to me. Absolutely wonderful! 👍

When I walked into the room, the first thing I saw was the spotless white sheets and quilt covers. The towels were made of Tencel + cotton, with a delicate texture; the bathroom surprised me even more. The toilet, sink, and shower area were all polished, and even the mirror looked like it was newly installed, which could clearly reflect every detail. What reassured me most was that the hotel's cleaning products were L'Occitane, and the big-brand series made people feel safe and comfortable to use. Service experience: Service is a highlight of the hotel. I was particularly lucky that I happened to meet the proprietress who checked in in person and upgraded the private bath king-size bed room for free. The proprietress was amiable and enthusiastic, and patiently answered various questions. She took the initiative to care whether the guests would feel uncomfortable on the plateau, and prepared various emergency medicines for everyone. It can be felt that the boss lady treated every guest very sincerely. Environment and atmosphere: The design of the hotel is very distinctive, with gardens, lawns, and streams. Although the garden is still under construction, it makes people feel very comfortable as a whole. When you wake up in the morning, open the window, and the fresh air blows in, you will feel very happy instantly. The decoration style inside the hotel is also very distinctive, and the materials are very particular, making people feel both fashionable and warm. Details: The hotel adopts whole-house intelligence, and the most important thing is the small molecule water in the whole house. The attention to details really touched us. Special emphasis is on being particularly friendly to dogs, and preparing doghouses for dogs. The warmth of the boss lady: I must once again express my special feeling that the boss lady is really the soul of the hotel. She will deliver breakfast to the room intimately, so that we can feel the warmth of home in a foreign land. She also often chats with guests to understand everyone's needs and feelings, and really treats every guest as a friend. In short, this stay experience is unforgettable for me.
