"Just look at the pictures, you can tell how beautiful the surroundings are! I definitely made the right choice; it's great value for money, and you can see the hotel owner puts a lot of effort into running the place. I do have a small suggestion though: if the front desk on the first floor were tidier, it would give guests a more premium impression. And if the hotel staff could wear unified uniforms (at least the tops), it would be even more perfect!"

"First, I highly recommend this place because of its location! After arriving, I learned that there are two accommodation areas in Shuolong Town: one located at the Detian Waterfall Scenic Area Visitor Center, where visitors must take a sightseeing bus to the entrance; the other is right at the scenic area entrance itself. We chose Yinquan Mountain Residence, which is right at the entrance, making it convenient for dining. The owner even helped us queue for tickets, saving us the 30 yuan sightseeing bus fee. Secondly, the guesthouse is newly opened, very clean, and tastefully decorated. The shower water pressure is excellent, and the air conditioning is great! Thirdly, the breakfast is excellent. Besides set meals, they also have porridge, soy milk, and noodles. The owners and their family are very kind and welcoming! Highly recommended!"

Its location is excellent, just a few minutes' walk to the waterfall scenic area, making it very convenient for sightseeing. The guesthouse itself is peaceful and quiet, and the rooms are clean, tidy, and warmly decorated, making for a very comfortable stay. I especially want to commend the breakfast; although simple, it was delicious and featured local specialties, setting us up for an energetic day. The staff were also very warm, friendly, and provided meticulous service."

"Choosing Changliu Shanju for our trip to Mingshi Garden was absolutely the right decision! The hotel is surrounded by karst peaks and vast rice paddies, making it feel like living in a real-life wuxia fantasy landscape – the atmosphere is just incredible. The check-in process was seamless with attentive and friendly butler service. Our room was spacious and clean, and the panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows were simply stunning. Opening the windows revealed lush green mountains and rice fields. Waking up to birdsong in the morning, with misty mountains in the distance, and being able to admire such picturesque scenery from bed was amazing. The bedding was soft, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a wonderfully quiet night's sleep. The rooftop infinity pool offers an absolutely breathtaking view. Watching the sunset against the rolling peaks from there was perfect for photos. The hotel's side gate provides direct access to a cycling path, so we could easily go for a bike ride or a walk. It's also very close to the Yulin Dam, just a two to three-minute walk, which was super convenient for heading back to the room for a shower after exploring. The hotel also offers complimentary short-distance shuttle services. We used the hotel's business car for transferring to another hotel and for dinner, and the service was incredibly thoughtful. Our child also enjoyed the complimentary sachet-making activity, creating a lovely memory of our trip."

"Usually not very much comment, but because the experience in this hotel is really good, the boss and the proprietress are really good, so I came to Trip.com to comment. The two of us lived, a very good experience. First of all, it is the most basic, clean and tidy. This homestay is upstream in my experience in China, and the whole is very clean. In the case of a lot of mosquitoes and bugs outside, there are no mosquitoes in the house at all, which is very surprising, and you can see the level of hygiene and cleaning. The second is the service, the boss and the proprietress are really very good, every night we come back to prepare fruit for us, when we need it, we will be very selfless to help. This relationship is really not like the boss and the proprietress and their residents, but more like a very close friend relationship, which is really touching. Their enthusiasm is the most memorable part of our trip to Guangxi. Finally, I strongly confess that the rice noodles for breakfast are really delicious, and they are better than the rice noodles I ate in Nanning city before. I wish the boss and the proprietress a prosperous business, and the treasures who come to the famous pastoral can rest assured to choose this one!"

This is the pinnacle of luxury wilderness resorts in China, a secluded haven tucked away on the Mingshi River. The hotel provides a great selection of drinks and snacks, and the pillow mist was fantastic~ With only 53 rooms, the hotel is quiet and uncrowded. The architecture subtly blends into the peak forests and rice paddies, avoiding over-commercialization. Even the basic room types start from 80sqm, featuring panoramic floor-to-ceiling windows and a private balcony. You can enjoy views of the mountains, rivers, and clouds right from your bed, and the hammock on the balcony creates a perfect atmosphere for watching the sunset. The riverside infinity pool is a must-try – the photo opportunities with the mountains and water in the background are stunning! Also, don't miss the private bamboo raft afternoon tea. It's a great way to avoid the crowds, float along the Mingshi River, enjoy tea, and admire the peak forests, adding a touch of ceremony to your trip. The dining offers authentic Zhuang-style cuisine, and you can enjoy drinks under the stars while watching the sunset. Our butler, Pelina, was attentive and professional, providing excellent service without being intrusive. The hotel is also not far from Detian Waterfall. Extremely satisfied with this guesthouse! I initially chose this location because the electric scooter parking at Yu Lin Ba (Fish Scale Dam) costs money, so I figured I'd stay here, see the dam, and then rent a scooter. That turned out to be a great decision – the location is incredibly advantageous, and currently, this guesthouse offers the best value and is the prettiest in the area. The hotel rooms come with washing machines, there's a 'Sky Mirror' on the rooftop, and a kids' pool downstairs. What really stands out is how attentive they are to every detail. Every corner is spotless. When I went to the Sky Mirror at noon, an auntie even specially cleaned the glass. The swimming rings by the pool were all nice and new, not tattered at all. The room also had a Tmall Genie, and the cleaning was impeccable. I arrived early, and they opened one room for me, and I practically watched them prepare the adjacent one. When we checked in, the staff immediately took photos of our license plate to link it to the parking system. The service was incredibly thoughtful, and we even received brown sugar as a parting gift when we checked out. A truly delightful stay!

I booked this guesthouse last minute and it exceeded my expectations. It's a quiet little place tucked away in a bustling area. The location is right at the entrance of Shuolong Street. Across the river is Vietnam, and the border crossing is to the left. They have their own parking area, which is very convenient. Our triple room was on the fifth floor. There's an elevator, which is great for the elderly. The views are expansive. The room has wooden tables and chairs, which adds a nice touch. The food was also delicious. It's a charming little spot with a lot of character.

Location of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area.

The hotel's location is excellent, and they offer free bicycles, which is great for exploring the Mingshi Pastoral Complex. The scenery within the complex is indeed much better than outside, with a wonderful layered and expansive feel. I heard you even have to buy a ticket to enter if you're not staying at the hotel. The breakfast restaurant also has great views, and the breakfast selection is rich and delicious. The rooms are a bit old-fashioned, but the air conditioning, bedding, and other amenities are all good.

Hey Shanghainese folks, listen up! It's only a few hundred meters from the actual main entrance, but for lazy people, it might be a bit of a trek. You can drive there, and parking is 30 RMB. The guesthouse itself is really great – clean and relatively quiet! It's the tallest and largest guesthouse around, standing out from the ones on either side, so the views are unobstructed. During the National Day holiday, things were busy, but the landlady kept her cool and was super responsive to everything, which I really appreciated. Honestly, after looking around this trip, the service here was better than other so-called high-end guesthouses. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch. There's parking right outside. I didn't have the landlady buy the 80 RMB tickets for me because she couldn't get them until 8:30 AM, and the scenic area opens at 7:30 AM. I bought my 110 RMB ticket online directly and was the first one through the gates on National Day. By 9 AM, when I was done and leaving, the peak crowds were just arriving. Then I went back to the guesthouse, took a shower, had some noodles, and relaxed watching a Vietnamese drama – pretty sweet!

I stayed for two nights, and the room was beautiful and very comfortable. It was really convenient for visiting attractions like Detian Waterfall, Blue Cave Coffee, and Mingshi Pastoral. The breakfast was also rich and delicious. I especially want to commend the hotel's garden behind the building. After dinner in Chongzuo, there's usually nowhere else to go, but the hotel's garden is a hidden gem! You can swim, barbecue, and even watch movies on a giant screen. After a long day of exploring, it was so relaxing to unwind with a cold beer, some BBQ, and a great movie, while the kids played in the nearby children's area. It was truly delightful!

The hotel is right next to the fish scale dam, the location is very good, it used to take a minute or two, and the scenery outside the window is also very good. If it is more convenient to drive by car, because we are not driving by car, it is very inconvenient to go to the visitor center to eat by car. The original boss said that it can be delivered for free. The next morning, the aunt asked us to charge 5-15 yuan to send it to the visitor center by car. There are no restaurants nearby, there are stains on the sheets of the room that cannot be washed off, the pillows are a bit smelly, and the sound is generally soundproof.

Stay here! You can stay at the park gate. Drive up to it at night. Sleep here. He’ll go get your tickets in the morning for you and then you can be in the park at 8:30. You’ll arrive right as the people who have to bus in arrive but if you’re not in a group you can get ahead of everyone and enjoy the park and be on your way around noon

The hotel is located near the Guichun River within the scenic area, offering views of the Vietnamese people across the river, though the barbed wire fence is a bit of a letdown. However, the hotel's garden restaurant is an absolute disaster—the food is unappetizing and truly awful.
