GGuest UserFacilities: The hotel seems to have been built in 2020, so it's quite new. All facilities are smart, including a Bluetooth speaker, coffee machine, mini-bar, private hot spring bath, and smart toilet.
Hygiene: I found a 'letter from a gecko' in the room, and sure enough, I saw a gecko! Although it looks scary, it's afraid of humans, so just ignore it. The staff replenished the mini-bar and daily necessities every day, and the room was cleaned very well with turndown service.
Environment: The public areas are beautiful, nestled by mountains and water. You can enjoy the outdoor scenery right from your bed. Other public areas are also cozy and clean. The lobby is absolutely stunning, and they even offered three complimentary travel photoshoots.
Service: Staff members were friendly and greeted me everywhere I went; they're clearly well-trained. A day before arrival, a butler added me on WeChat to send hotel activities and arrange things. They delivered evening desserts daily, provided sunrise/sunset times and free activity schedules for the next day, and the shuttle bus notifications were always on time. They were responsive to all my questions and thoughtfully provided mosquito repellent – very good. My butler was named Jolly~

HHongshoushouI spent two months researching and comparing hotels, and while places like 'Secret Realm' and 'Changliu' next door were super expensive, this one won my heart not just with its reasonable price but also its French-inspired decor. The check-in process was incredibly smooth, and the staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming. First, upon arrival, they immediately helped with our luggage and registered our car for parking. They also promptly informed us about the photo spot on the hotel's rooftop 😎. Second, the breakfast on the second day was clean, hygienic, and individually portioned, which was very comfortable. Later, because my whole family got food poisoning from a roadside stall near the cross-border waterfall, I'm especially, especially, especially impressed and grateful for the hotel's food hygiene! Finally, my child wears OK lenses but forgot the removal tool and couldn't take them out with their hands. In a panic, we had to ask the hotel staff for help, and a young lady was incredibly skilled, removing the lenses in an instant. I'm truly very grateful. My parents also said the hotel beds were very comfortable and the toothbrushes were excellent, so they insisted I mention it in the review~ hahaha.
Chongzuo is beautiful, and this little B&B offers many more surprises. I hope the B&B continues to improve~ Oh, a small suggestion: maybe prepare some stomach medicine. After all, there are many people like me who get upset stomachs when traveling due to unfamiliar food and water.

It's very close to the town's pedestrian street, where you can find breakfast and local specialties. The owners are very friendly, the food is delicious, and the prices are reasonable. Highly recommended!

PPuddytat1. Amazing hospitality.
The hotel owner, Shaowei was there to help us in every possible way. She brought us to see the panoramic view of Mingshi Tianyuan with her own expenses. She also took us to another place to watch native people’s dance, sing and bonfire after dinner. She also helped me to catch a local bus to another town. Her kindness was simply beyond my expectations. If I come back to Mingshi, the reason will be not the town itself, but Shaowei.
2. Flawless cleanness
Everything looked to be built just now. Clean, comfortable and tidy. No smell of cigarette or whatsoever.
3. Decent breakfast
Breakfast is simple but the taste is good. You can enjoy rice noodle, rice porridge and fruits with good tea and soy milk.
4. Great location
The hotel is located close to the bus station and you can get on any local bus passing by easily. Good restaurants are everywhere nearby as well.

YYuxiaodianooOMy stay at Daxin Hualu Hotel was absolutely fantastic! The complimentary self-serve fruits and snacks at the entrance were fresh and delicious, perfect for a quick bite anytime. The breakfast spread was extensive and incredibly tasty, and dinner offerings were exquisite with outstanding flavors. The hotel also provides free bicycle rentals, which was lovely for a leisurely ride around the area. The environment is serene and comfortable, with thoughtful touches everywhere, making it incredible value for money.

GGuest UserAfter visiting Detian Waterfall, we went to Blue Hole Coffee, then headed to the hotel, which was very close by. It looked like the newest hotel in the area. The service was exceptional; all the young ladies at the front desk were wonderful, providing service comparable to a five-star hotel, which was truly impressive. The environment was also fantastic. Eating in the garden in the evening was incredibly pleasant, and they even showed movies, which made the kids very happy. Breakfast was a bit simple but sufficient. Overall, it's a very convenient place to stay for a night after sightseeing.

Jjack888001The room was a bit old and run-down, but the excellent service made up for it. All the staff, from the shuttle driver and front desk to the restaurant, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They even included complimentary tickets and a bamboo raft experience. It's a quiet and convenient place, definitely worth considering, and offers great value for money!

GGuest UserThe area is beautiful. The tent and tent area are very nice. My kids loved it! The receptionist Li Lin 李霖 and the rest of the team are very nice and helpful. Beds are comfortable. The pillow was too high for me, but my husband didn’t complain. If you are light and sound sensitive when sleeping, then bring earplugs and sleeping eye mask, because is a tent, of course. The tent I booked was very comfortable in size for two adults and two kids. It had two queen beds and one single bed. There is tv and amenities (shampoo&Co, toothbrush, shaving kit, hair dryer). Breakfast was Chinese style buffet, which we are happy with. The restaurant belongs to another hotel in the same area (there are several hotels in that park). You can order bbq set. Nice quality meat and veggies. I would recommend this camping area for any family with kids. There is a playground area as well and is nice to walk through the trees.

EEatPrayTravelLocation of hotel is very convenient for travelers who take the tourist bus from either Chungzuo, Nanning or from Detian waterfalls scenic area. The room we booked had a nice view of the fields and karst mountains. What a beautiful sight to behold indeed. During the day, it can get noisy with all the comings and goings in the village and all around but at night, it was very quiet. The rooftop terrace was very nice and not busy when we were there. Breakfast was enjoyable with steamed buns, corn, soup noodles and boiled sweet potatoes- a healthy start for a very busy day. The very nice lady in charge of breakfast offered us breakfast on our check in day (we arrived at 10:30) and made sure we had enough to eat before sending us off to explore! We had never met a B&B operator who was so caring and generous. On our check out day, even though she was still busy with guests, she rushed out to bid us a fond farewell and a safe onward trip. Front desk and cleaning team were all very friendly, always smiling and helpful. All in all, a very warm and pleasant stay at Mingshi Scenic Area.

GGuest UserThe hotel is a little far from Chongzuo but you can hire a Didi for about 380RMB from the chongzuo train station. The hotel is located in a beautiful park where you can take a walk and see the 100 doors (I think it was called) and walk all the way to the border post 3. It's was surreal. Across the river you can see Vietnamese house and people. we waved. a drone showed up we left. To go to the waterfall we walked from the hotel to the tourist center. About a 45 minute walk. Not bad once you get there.
The hotel is old and starting to show the tear. You can tell it was once great but no renovations have been made in forever. The carpet had stains on it. not tiny ones. The little mini balcony was dusty. The bed was big but on the hard side. The towels are frazzling it was unbelievable. The breakfast , if you are not full on on Chinese breakfast its a no no. AND no coffee EVEN though the COFFEE MACHINE looked like it had just been plugged off. sign sating being fixed. come on .It's a 4 diamond rating but it felt more like 2. It's also smaller than it links in the video and pics. There's an awesome restaurant at the entrance on the right. It made a whole lotta difference. Highly reccomend eating here. And we did!Twice. Food was not bad. definitely order the ribs. The staff is nice especially the restaurant lady.
