"From arrival it felt I was judged as I just came for hike and now in my going out clothes.
3am footsteps above ere so pound kept me awake, moving at that time caused me anxiety so I tried putting my headphones in. 7am it started again.
I came to check out and mentioned it and basically was told off my the male reception most for not coming to them and then asked for city tax. Customer care was zero! I was tired and upset and all I got was rudeness. At 3am I don’t want to be moving room. I hasn’t asked for a refund. Maybe a coffee or a wave of the city tax would have been nice rather that this lack of regard.
Never ever will I stay here again and I would highly appreciate a chat with the manager as I am not happy about this treatment."

"Pretty good. The room was a good size, and the location was excellent – super close to the train station and very easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a bit basic, but I'm not really a big breakfast eater anyway, so it wasn't an issue for me, haha. Overall, I was quite satisfied."

"Hotel looks great. Rooms are spacious and we had a free mini bar. However, the room gets humid soon when you take a shower and the airconditioning/ventilation isn’t the best. We could also hear our neighbors upstairs well. Furthermore, the cleaning staff took our room key with them and forgot to refill the mini bar."

"Amazing place, kitchen has everything, microwave, salt and pepper (just no oil) utensils and cooking equipment is all in good condition.
Only downside is there’s no air conditioning, but the staffs were nice enough to provide me a fan to put in the room. Appreciate the friendly staffs for helping me with the check in process and i was able to check in early thankfully."

"The hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite the train station. It's only a 3-5 minute walk. Downstairs, you'll find a supermarket and a bus stop, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. A great bonus is that the hotel provides a complimentary 24-hour transport ticket. GGuest UserA great little find, right next to the train station and only 1 stop from the city. Fab amenities, modern and well maintained, however the check-in process was a nightmare. Extremely difficult to navigate. We booked through trip.com and received no prior comms from kook as what to do we arrived as it doesn't have a check-in/front desk. There were 4 other couples struggling to enter/check-in when we arrived, so it wasn't just us that found it extremely difficult. I also didn't like the idea of leaving a digital copy of my passport, where ID theft and cyber hacking is more common these days. Parking is extra and chargeable at CHF2.50 per hour but there is blue zone parking a short walk away. The lady/teception next door at Moxy was extremely helpful. Next time, I'd probably book Moxy instead!

AAlberto Gómez PiñaThe Hotel is very nice. The staff is great and cool. Modern decoration everywhere, also in the rooms. All is well equipped. The only thing we didn’t like is the food, very limited and not too tasty (all is defrosted in microwave). Also the parking, is public and 30chf per day. The overall experience is very positive. There is no doubt that we will repeat in another moxy as they are all over the globe.

as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

GGuest UserNice play to stay when visiting Bern. The hote rooms are very modern and cool. There's a cool spiral staircase leading up to the rooms (dont worry theres also a lift 😅). I also really liked the common area/lobby, spacious and comfortable. There's also a kitchen for you to cook if you don't want to eat out. Friendly staff as well :)

GGuest UserA good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

TTOSHIYUKIIt's a 2-minute walk from the north exit of Hashigami Station. It's a beautiful, modern building. There's air conditioning, but no refrigerator. The rooms are a reasonable size. This is a convenient hotel with thoughtful touches everywhere! Breakfast is served in a bright room and is very filling.

FFi WongThis hotel is good. Thanks for the excellent service from Sherpa. She designed multiple ways to help you to check in successfully even if I arrived late by around 7:30pm. Initially I weer afraid that I could not enter into this hotel and could not check in when all staff were off after office hours. She was responsive when I pick up a phone in the lobby to call the service hotline. She is patient and smart. I am lucky I met with her resolving all of my issues. Thank you

GGuest UserThe space was much bigger than I expected and very clean. For the price, it offered incredible value for money compared to other places I've stayed in Europe. There's also a sparkling water and hot water dispenser, and a common room. Overall, I had a very positive experience.
Transportation: The only potential drawback is that reaching the train station requires two transfers, as there's no direct route. The journey, including transfers, takes approximately 25 minutes. Apparently, road construction over the past few months has caused the originally direct routes to be diverted, and it seems these roadworks won't conclude until the end of 2025. When I made my booking, the construction hadn't started, and I only became aware of it upon arrival. If this is a concern for you, I recommend checking Google Maps when you book to confirm whether the roadworks have finished.

There are too few choices for breakfast. When I went to eat at 9 o'clock, there was no toast, and there was no replenishment. Even the guests who came later did not have clean cups, and the waiter did not take any action. I feel that the service needs to be improved.
