"The room was new and not far from the station. The facilities were clean and tidy. On the second-floor hallway, I smelled cat, so it seems pets are allowed; it was probably left by a previous guest. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, but they charged 90 Swiss Francs for a late check-out, which felt a bit expensive."

Guest UserThe bedding was super comfortable! The sofa bed was great too, no backaches after sleeping on it. Kids under 11 stay for free, and there's a daily minibar! That's awesome! The location is really convenient, tram 9 takes you right to the hotel entrance. I think next time I visit Switzerland, I'll stay at this hotel for the whole trip – it's so easy to get everywhere, including a round trip to Jungfraujoch. And since I wake up early due to jet lag, it's nice to know their steak is delicious. Plus, it's right across from the train station.

Guest UserThis is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift.

Guest UserLocation was great. The train station at your doorstep. Staff were helpful. I voiced my concern about heating and a light that was blinking and all concerns were addressed quickly. All in all, a great stay and staff were well trained and based on my conversations with them, they had been working there for a long time, hence the knowledge and level of service. One thing though, is that the lighting in the room could be improved; that would be really helpful for those coming on business trips and working on their laptops.

The breakfast is extensive, and there's a self-service water dispenser in the stairwell where you can get ice-cold sparkling water, which is a really nice touch. The accommodation itself is good too; the room isn't huge, but it's perfectly adequate.

One of the few hotels in the area that offers family rooms. However, its underground parking garage is incredibly narrow and terrifying; my Mercedes GLE almost got stuck in the roundabout when entering. The rims still sustained minor scratches. Thankfully, the hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, assisting me out of the underground garage and allowing me to park in front of the hotel.

Hotel is in an ideal location with a very short walk from a nearby train station. The Hotel has a lovely old feel to it but is very clean. The breakfast is continental style but with enough on offer. The reception staff were very friendly and extremely helpful and positive about the City. The Hotel offers a pop up bar across the road. Very nice stay and the only complaint was soft pillows.

nyfeiRoom looks nice and clean. One intersting feature is the sliding door connecting the toilet and shower room, when one is closed the other is left open. Included basic amenities like towels and cups. Breakfast is normal. Location is good, just 5 minute bus ride from the train station. Staff is very friendly and offers kind assistance.
