GGuest UserThe experience at Hotel Bellevue Palace was truly impressive. We were welcomed by the General Manager of the hotel at check-in and all the staff members were very welcoming and friendly.
The location of the hotel is about a 10-15 min walk from the Bern Banhof and centrally situated in the city of Bern. The room was spacious with a small balcony, a powder room, and a bathroom. The work desk also had its own power sockets compatible with various plugs from all over the world.
Checkout was smooth and easy and the front desk staff (I believe it was Paula) offered to help us to load our bags to our car and gave us a bottle of water for the journey.
The experience was truly 5 stars and is well worth the cost.

GGuest UserPretty good. The room was a good size, and the location was excellent – super close to the train station and very easy to find. The front desk staff were very friendly. Breakfast was a bit basic, but I'm not really a big breakfast eater anyway, so it wasn't an issue for me, haha. Overall, I was quite satisfied.

GGuest UserThis is the best hotel in Switzerland. The hotel is located next to the Federal Palace. After arriving in Bern at 12 o'clock, since it was not the specified check-in time, I wanted to store my luggage in the hotel. But the lady at the front desk directly gave me a room on the top floor, which was very private. And the bed is very soft. When leaving the hotel, the hotel gave me a piece of chocolate as a special gift.

GGuest UserA good hotel local to the city and accessible by tram, in a quiet location. The room we stayed in was clean and comfortable with a view of the city. The room contains a fridge stocked with refreshments that you have to pay for with tea and coffee provided. The bathroom contained little touches with sealed packets of ear buds, nail file and tooth picks which is nice touch. Buffet breakfast was good with a nice variety of food catering for all tastes however the plates are quite small so be prepared for a few trips back and forth to the buffet. The pool was good but cold when first entering so be prepared ro swim a few laps ro warm up.

HHime MomoThe hotel is very conveniently located, just over a 10-minute walk downhill from the train station. The front desk provides a complimentary one-day public transport pass, allowing guests to take the cable car back up to the hotel from the train station for free – incredibly convenient! The rooms were basic but spotless. The front desk staff spoke excellent English, which was a huge relief and made communication effortless. The breakfast, in particular, was outstanding – incredibly diverse with a wide selection of cheeses and salami. In famously expensive Switzerland, such a satisfying breakfast felt like a real treat. We were traveling to Geneva, and found the hotel's location ideal for onward travel. The hotel is accessed via a cable car, its lower station conveniently located directly opposite the train station. From the station, frequent buses (every 10 minutes) go to Fribourg (a 40-minute ride), where numerous trains connect to Geneva, making the total journey approximately 1.5 hours. At first, I found the price (over 2000 a night) steep for what I perceived as a hostel, feeling I could stay at a luxury hotel like a W for that money. However, after my stay, I found it to be exceptionally good. Crucially, the staff at the front desk and in the restaurant were incredibly attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to answer all our questions.

Aav3anaBooking a room for 3 adults, they will provide sofabed. But for us, better the sofa bed is folded. The twin bed, become one, was enough for 3 adults, and the room was more spacious. Water dispenser is provided near lift, and ironing room in each floor. there is no refrigerator inside the room, but we can leave food in the hotel refrigerator. Near from bus stop, its easy from bern station

VvankoneThe hotel's location is fantastic, right opposite the train station. It's only a 3-5 minute walk. Downstairs, you'll find a supermarket and a bus stop, making it incredibly convenient to get anywhere. A great bonus is that the hotel provides a complimentary 24-hour transport ticket. I didn't have breakfast, so I can't speak to its quality.

as stated that they will provide ”2 king beds” in the room, that's totally not true, only 1 king size bed and 1 sofa bed only
and the front office told us that this hotel did not have any rooms with 2 beds actually, so just be careful
and unfortunately, the room provides a open kitchen, yet the cooker is not working
for tourists staying in the hotel, you will have a free ticket for the local bus, but please do ask the front office unless you may not get it (luckily we search online and find out this, so we go back to the front office and ask for it)
Other than that, the location of this hotel is very convenient, just few mins from the station.

There are too few choices for breakfast. When I went to eat at 9 o'clock, there was no toast, and there was no replenishment. Even the guests who came later did not have clean cups, and the waiter did not take any action. I feel that the service needs to be improved.
