"The room was new and not far from the station. The facilities were clean and tidy. On the second-floor hallway, I smelled cat, so it seems pets are allowed; it was probably left by a previous guest. The front desk staff were friendly and polite, but they charged 90 Swiss Francs for a late check-out, which felt a bit expensive."

"The hotel was situated within a short walk from the main station. The room was large with complimentary water which was a lovely gesture. Having the Berne card free was a great help with getting around. Breakfast was lovely with a good choice of cereals, bread, croissants as well as fruits and yogurts. Would recommend to other travellers."

Great
MMeirenjiaoThis is an old-money luxury hotel. Wealthy Swiss people specifically come here for lunch. The service is exceptional; they're incredibly responsive, helpful, and super enthusiastic. The rooms are spacious enough, and the location in the old town is very close to the clock tower, just a 10-minute walk to the train station.

Iice_zzzThe room is warmly furnished and well equipped, there is a warm light on the door, and then there are convenient hangers and tables that allow you to easily hand things in your hands, just like returning home!
Every furniture is placed very carefully, there are small snacks, candy and mineral water, the small restaurant can cook by itself, tools and seasonings are complete. The details of the careful layout are displayed everywhere, I like it very much, I will stay here next time I come to Switzerland.
The self-check-in information is detailed and there is no trouble.
