Guest UserThe hotel is not far from the Ruins of St. Paul's, so the location is good. The room was tidy and clean, with no strange odors. The disposable bath towels provided were very convenient, and the soundproofing was also quite good. The front desk service was excellent, and they offered luggage storage. It's great value for money, highly recommended.

Really great! Super convenient for a morning or evening stroll. The surrounding area has excellent transport links and plenty of dining options. The room was very comfortable, and the bedding was so soft, making it feel just like home. The shop on the ground floor has many hand-painted products, which are very special and interesting. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Macau. It was a really nice trip!

Guest UserThe room was nice, but there was no hot water – a cold shower! But the main issue was being rushed out at check-out. They practically kicked me out, saying if I stayed even 30-40 minutes late, I'd have to pay for a full day! I checked in late at night, didn't get enough rest, and woke up around noon, only to be immediately pressured to leave. This was despite the next check-in being at 2 PM, leaving plenty of time to clean if I just took a little longer to pack. In the end, they wouldn't even let me sit in the hallway or on the stairs; I needed Wi-Fi to set up my eSIM. Overall, the hotel is okay, but the staff isn't polite.

YibeiqingxindeweiI frequently stay here. Although the rooms are small, they are clean and hygienic. Especially now that they've switched to disposable sheets and duvet covers, it's even more reassuring to stay. Even the bath towels are disposable! Thumbs up to the owner 👍. The front desk staff are all very good. This place offers good value for money, and it's not too far from Senado Square. It's incredibly convenient for dining, drinking, and entertainment, being close to the Ruins of St. Paul's, the Grand Lisboa, and the Macau Tower. I always stay here for the annual International Fireworks Display and the International Food Festival. I'll continue to choose this place when I visit Macau.

Anonymous UserThe location is super convenient! Right outside, you'll find the Ruins of St. Paul's, and walking a bit further brings you towards Grand Lisboa and Wynn. There are tons of pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants on the street. Plus, there are bus stops that can take you to both the old and new parts of the city.

Guest UserThe location of the hotel is in the city centre and very near bus stop, making it very accessible. It's also near tourist sites like the St Paul's ruins and the ******* in the city. The room was small and quite tight to move around as there's not much space. Bed is comfy enough but the there's no toilet wall resulting in a very bright room at night, especially during sleep time as the separating section between room and toilet is frosted glass. Would have preferred a more opaque separator. There's also no shower curtain to avoid wetting the toilet floor when showering.

Junny LynneMy cousin and her husband stayed at Towns Well Motel during their trip to Macau, and overall, they had a good experience.
One of the best things about this hotel is its location. It’s very close to major attractions like Senado Square and other tourist spots, all within walking distance, which made exploring the city very convenient.
Their room was surprisingly spacious and clean, which they really appreciated after long days of घूमing around Macau. The value for money is also good, especially considering how central the hotel is.
However, they did mention that the hotel is a bit old and can be hard to find at first since it’s located along narrow streets and uphill paths. Transportation can also be slightly inconvenient, especially if you have luggage.
The staff were generally okay, though communication can sometimes be a challenge due to limited English.
Overall, it’s a practical and budget-friendly option for travelers who prioritize location and space over luxury. My cousin and her husband were satisfied with their stay and would still recommend it for short visits in Macau.

We stayed here for one night and it was quite an experience. The hostel has its charm, and we appreciated that the bathroom was kept clean with good water pressure — that's always a plus when traveling!
However, as someone who values comfort, a few things made our stay a little challenging. The room was quite cozy — perhaps a bit more compact than we had hoped for. The bathroom door has a small gap that allows water to splash into the room, so you might want to be mindful of that. Slippers are thoughtfully provided in the room, which is great since the flooring isn't quite barefoot-friendly — a small but appreciated touch! There was also a mosquito that kept us company through the night, which wasn't the most restful experience.
One thing worth noting for future guests — towels and water are available at an additional charge, so it's good to come prepared or set aside a little extra budget for those essentials.
Overall, it's a decent option if you're looking for budget accommodation in Macau, and the cleanliness of the bathroom is commendable. That said, for those who prioritize space and comfort, it may be worth exploring other options. We're grateful for the experience regardless, as every trip teaches us something new! 😊

The room was clean and tidy, with complete amenities. It was especially quiet, allowing for a good night's sleep. The owner was very kind; when I didn't have change for the bus, he helped me out. I'll definitely be back next time.
