I enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Macao. I was a bit unsure when reading about previous reviews, but I didn't experience any issue during my stay. It is true that rooms are not very well sound insulated, and one night I woke up at 4am because some people were speaking loudly and moving in the room, but it was impossible to determine from which room it came and I could not ask them to stop, however, I think it is also client's responsibility to not talk loudly in the middle of the night and not hotel's fault.
The room was small but very clean and had everything I needed, a desk, a comfy bed, water kettle, space to store my luggage and a bathroom with a good shower, the only thing I would change is the shower curtain.
I had no problem checking-in at around 10pm and the location of the hotel is very convenient to explore the historic city centre.
I would come back to this hotel.

Comparing this time staying at Double Bed Room with former few times at Single Room, only the bed+pillows+linen is satisfied, others like cleanliness+equipment+hygiene seem Single Room is much better than Double Bed Room. Unbelievable.

It was renewed from old buildings.
Satisfaction:
1. The hotel theme color is dark green and gold, and looks luxury.
2.There were a lot of plugs in the room.
3. The location is good. There are a lot of restaurants near the hotel. But the shop and restaurant are closed over 21:00.
However, there were some dissatisfaction:
1. The room is small as Japan, I couldn’t open one large suitcase.
2. The refrigerator didn’t work. I waste one yogurt.
3. There was few hair at the window frame in the bathroom.

My stay at San Tung Fong Commercial Inn North Wing in Macau was a bit disappointing given the cost I paid for two nights. While the location was excellent, close to shopping and transport, the experience didn’t match expectations. The room was compact, and the soundproofing was extremely poor, making it difficult to sleep peacefully. Additionally, there was no tea provided, which felt like a basic amenity that should have been included. The staff were friendly, and cleanliness was fine, but overall, the value for the price was lacking.

It is a very worth stay with nice hospitality and good infrastructure amenities. Cleaning services are good but it could be even better if they offer laundry mat services cos there ain't any self service laundry store around the vicinity.

1st day not good tv not working, hair blower not working they managed found something not right they changed new room all good this time normal nothing happened apart from that room is reasonable only problem is when talking I believed next door or outside can hear it
