GGuest UserThe room was clean and well-maintained. The cleaning staff, especially the 'Auntie' (a respectful term for a female cleaner), provided excellent service. It's close to the border crossing, and I had a very comfortable stay. The front desk staff (both male and female 'Xiaojie/Xiaoge', polite terms for young ladies/gentlemen) were very thoughtful and even gave us complimentary breakfast. The price was great, there's a supermarket downstairs, and a bus stop nearby. I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time!

KKaikai10Although the room was small, it was well-arranged and efficiently utilized, so it didn't feel cramped at all. The shower room also felt spacious enough. Everything was clean, tidy, and comfortable. The surrounding area is also quite nice, but the main selling point is the superb location – it's just a 5-minute walk to the Inner Harbour Ferry Terminal and Senado Square, which is incredibly convenient. The staff were also absolutely top-notch. The value for money is excellent, and I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Macau.

GGuest UserLast time I stayed in the South Wing, and this time I chose the North Wing, which I found to have better decor and cleanliness. The location is excellent. After crossing the border, you can take a **taxi or public bus to Ponte 16. It's about a 5-minute walk from there, or a taxi would cost around 60 yuan. The hotel is just a few minutes from the Ruins of St. Paul's, and Rua de Outubro is right downstairs, along with a supermarket. There are plenty of delicious food options and attractions within easy walking distance, and there's even a night market in the evenings. It's also very quiet at night, which is great for sleeping. The security and staff are all very friendly and polite. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Five-star review! Not a shill, I promise!

There were staff available 24/7 who were always ready to answer any questions, and the room was cleaned punctually every day. **Facilities:** The facilities were complete. Charging my phone was very convenient, and the air conditioning was powerful. **Hygiene:** The hygiene was excellent. It was clean and tidy with no strange odors. **Environment:** The environment was great. There's a park right downstairs. **Service:** The service was top-notch, and I was very pleased. AAnonymous UserThe location is super convenient! Right outside, you'll find the Ruins of St. Paul's, and walking a bit further brings you towards Grand Lisboa and Wynn. There are tons of pharmacies, supermarkets, and restaurants on the street. Plus, there are bus stops that can take you to both the old and new parts of the city.

The front desk requires a 100 deposit, and they accept RMB, HKD, or MOP. The decor is relatively new, and the cleanliness is good. I'll consider staying here again next time I'm in Macau.

The view from the room overlooking the city is definitely a nice bonus. The staff speak English and are very helpful, which made the stay much smoother. There’s also a free luggage storage option, so you can easily leave your bags after check-out without any hassle. That said, the hotel itself feels a bit outdated and doesn’t fully match the photos in terms of quality. However, we chose one of the cheapest options in Macau for a weekend stay, so we weren’t expecting anything luxurious. Overall, it’s a practical choice if location matters more than comfort.
