My child is doing postgraduate studies in Australia, and the school dorm is just two bus stops away, so I booked this hotel. Plus, the family room has two bathrooms, which is great! Although the bathrooms are tiny, especially the sinks – water splashes everywhere when you wash your face – but you can't help it, gotta save space, right? Two bathrooms are super convenient for family trips, no waiting for the toilet. The transportation is also excellent; the bus stops right outside are very convenient, with buses going everywhere. It's also just a few hundred meters walk from Gongbei Port or Hengqin Port, so I just walked there. However, there's some road construction going on outside recently, so some bus routes have changed or are detouring. The hotel's soundproofing is good though; even with construction outside during the day, you barely hear any noise in the room. The room was clean and tidy, and the bathroom was exceptionally clean. The cleaning lady was so nice; she asked if I needed anything, and I told her it was very clean. Seeing that we were a family of three, she started leaving three bottles of mineral water daily, then four bottles – we couldn't even finish them all, she was so kind. The only and biggest drawback is the terrible internet! It's basically unusable! Luckily, I had a 7-day unlimited data roaming plan, so I just used my own roaming, and the 5G speed was incredibly fast, no throttling, super quick. I'm really torn because in two months, I'll be bringing two elderly relatives here to visit, and I'm debating whether to book here again, all because the Wi-Fi is so bad. Such a dilemma.

The room was very clean, and the air conditioning was sufficiently cold, making for a very comfortable stay during the summer. The water pressure was excellent, which made showering very pleasant. It's very close to the bus stop for the Arch, only about a 3-minute walk away, so transportation is very convenient.

Really great! Super convenient for a morning or evening stroll. The surrounding area has excellent transport links and plenty of dining options. The room was very comfortable, and the bedding was so soft, making it feel just like home. The shop on the ground floor has many hand-painted products, which are very special and interesting. I'll definitely book here again next time I'm in Macau. It was a really nice trip!

Great budget stay in historic centre with good transport links This budget guesthouse is located right in the historic centre, with very convenient access to buses and even the metro. There are 24-hour convenience stores and supermarkets nearby, which was super handy. On the first day, we pressed the ”clean-up” button in the room, but nobody came. We later found out that you need to request cleaning at the reception – so keep that in mind! The room only had 2 towels, and drinking water is only available at the reception. However, the windows open, which is rare in this area, and we could dry our clothes – a huge plus! Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and well-located place in Macau. Great hotel with everything you need! I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Macau. The reception staff speak good English, which made check-in and communication very easy. The room was clean, comfortable, and cozy. I especially liked that the two beds can be pushed together to create one large bed, which makes the room a great option for couples as well as solo travelers. The bathroom was also very good, and the hotel provides absolutely everything you might need: toothbrushes, shampoo, shower gel, and other basic amenities. You really don’t have to worry about bringing much with you. The Wi-Fi is also very easy to connect to. There are no complicated SMS codes or passwords, you simply scan a QR code and you’re connected. One thing to be careful about is the check-out time. It is taken quite seriously. Around 10 minutes before the official check-out time, hotel staff may already come to your room and ask you to leave so they can start cleaning. So if you need a little extra time, don’t expect much flexibility. The only other downside for me was the internet speed inside the room. The Wi-Fi felt quite slow, so I would recommend having a backup SIM card or mobile data, just in case. Overall, I really liked this hotel and would definitely recommend it. It is clean, comfortable, well-equipped, and suitable for both couples and solo travelers. A very solid choice for staying in Macau!

I used a map app to get there, but the location was off, so I couldn't find it. When I called from the app, it seemed like they didn't speak English, so I couldn't get any help. I was in front of a public restroom, so I tried saying 'toilet!', but even that didn't get across, and I ended up wandering around. I finally found the sign as I was walking down a slope.

I stayed overnight because I watched a movie late in Macau. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a bus stop with direct routes to Studio City and The Londoner, which is perfect for movie lovers. The room was also very comfortable and quiet. This will be my go-to hotel every time I come to Macau for a movie.

Convenient Stay in the Heart of the City We stayed one night at Towns Well Motel and had a pleasant experience. The motel is in a strategic location, surrounded by plenty of shops, restaurants, and local eateries, making it very convenient for travelers. Within a 10-minute walk, you can easily enjoy shopping at popular stores such as SaSa, Nike, Adidas, and Puma, as well as explore the nearby food and beverage options. The room was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, and the bathroom was clean and well maintained. Overall, it’s a great choice for anyone looking for an affordable and conveniently located accommodation for a short stay.

The staff were helpful and courteous. Location accessible to  many places in the Macau central area. What we highlighted to the staff was other guests did not observere the no smoking rule and lingering cigarette smell permeates into other rooms as well as the corridor.
