The location is in the villa area next to the Haitang Dam. It takes a few minutes to walk out. It is about1.1 kilometers away from the subway station. The handsome owner also specially upgraded the room to a terrace viewing room. The sun came out in the morning and the room was warm. When I left, the handsome guy also specially rode a battery car to take me to the subway. Next time I come to Kunming, I must also book his home ☺️☺️.

Very good accommodation..impressive. Good atmosphere..with a view in front of the room..with local costumes to wear and take pictures..with the sunset and sunrise in front of the accommodation..can order dinner from the accommodation to make..delicious food..the owner is lovely..with free travel coupons to viewpoints..the view is really beautiful..with things to sell.. The accommodation has no elevator, there are 3 floors, you can walk up..sleep with a heater to turn on and sleep comfortably all night..with free breakfast..very delicious noodles..Thais can stay..passport scan before check-in

Facilities: Very stylish decor, great atmosphere. Cleanliness: Very clean! Environment: The surrounding pedestrian street has beautiful lights and architecture, and it's super close to the Seven-Arch Floating Bridge, making it convenient for watching seagulls!! Service: We had a lot of luggage, and the staff helped us with our luggage both when we arrived and left, which was very thoughtful. Pet-friendly, my rabbit had a great time! I brought my own cage to avoid making the guesthouse dirty. Canned Roasted Milk Tea/Yunnan Crossing-the-Bridge Rice Noodles/Choose one: The milk tea was delicious, with a strong aroma of rose and tea.

Because I participated in the 2023 SCO Kunming Marathon, I saw that her home was near the Haigeng Hall. I checked in the day before the race. The location is very good. Walking out of the community gate is the viewing road and the Haigeng Dam. You can feed the seagulls when you go out! It is also the C zone of the track, so you can go out for registration slowly, which is very convenient. The boss and the boss lady are very enthusiastic, the room facilities and bedding are very good, the bath water is large and warm, and it is very comfortable to take a hot bath after running the marathon! In general, I am very satisfied and like it.

The inn is warm and unique, with complete facilities and clean and hygienic environment. You can enjoy tea and sunbathe in the courtyard; take a walk in the flower town to enjoy the beautiful scenery. There are also restaurants and restaurants. It is very pleasant.

It is our own fault but we did not realise that this was so far out of the city and at the entrance gate of a cultural Stockade. The host was helpful but there was a bit of an odour from the bathroom.  if your purpose to stay here is to see the cultural stock then this would be a good location but there are no restaurants nearby.  There was a nice view from our window of the lake and some beautiful traditional architecture to walk around and see in the area. 

The room is simple and fresh, and the front desk service is warm. The bath water is very good.

Staying at this hotel was extremely convenient. The most important thing for a hotel is cleanliness, and this hotel is very tidy with incredibly affordable prices. The owner (the lady boss), along with her mother and son, were extremely kind—they helped with everything, provided pick-up and drop-off services, and made the trip very smooth. This was my first time staying at this hotel, and the owner treated me like family. I’m truly grateful! If I visit Kunming again, I’ll definitely stay here once more. 这家酒店住起来非常方便。对于一个酒店来说，最重要的是清洁卫生。这家酒店非常干净，而且价格也非常实惠。老板娘和她的家人（妈妈和儿子）都特别友善，事事都热心帮忙解答，还提供接送服务，让整个旅程非常顺利。这是我第一次住这家酒店，老板娘待我像家人一样，非常感谢！下次再来昆明的话，我一定还会选择住这里。

Location is good you can see the railway station from the window. The room itself is clean and meets our needs, but the walls it shares with the other rooms are plaster, which allows you to hear every noise. The worst part, however, is the bathroom and sinks. The bathroom smells awful, it seems like it's never cleaned, and the individual stalls don't have doors. Towels are also not provided.
