The location is in the villa area next to the Haitang Dam. It takes a few minutes to walk out. It is about1.1 kilometers away from the subway station. The handsome owner also specially upgraded the room to a terrace viewing room. The sun came out in the morning and the room was warm. When I left, the handsome guy also specially rode a battery car to take me to the subway. Next time I come to Kunming, I must also book his home ☺️☺️.

The room was large and clean, with air conditioning and electric blankets. Very friendly boss, allowed us to early check in at 9am in the morning. I had left my jacket and the owner politely informed me and set it aside for me to retrieve it when we were back to Kunming to catch our flight. The views from the balcony was anazing. Highly recommended!

Because I participated in the 2023 SCO Kunming Marathon, I saw that her home was near the Haigeng Hall. I checked in the day before the race. The location is very good. Walking out of the community gate is the viewing road and the Haigeng Dam. You can feed the seagulls when you go out! It is also the C zone of the track, so you can go out for registration slowly, which is very convenient. Room is nice and cosy. You can walk around or enter into attraction within 5 minutes of walking. Many restaurants nearby.

The room is simple and fresh, and the front desk service is warm. The bath water is very good.

The boss is very nice, the transportation is convenient, and the service is enthusiastic. I will stay here again next time

I am so thankful to this motel worker! I had problems with registration in my university and I needed to find place to sleep for night! Location was perfect for me and uncle let me before 14:00 and I am so grateful for this because I was so tired after the road!

Upon entering, I found a piece of paper on the bed, which made me feel like the room wasn't thoroughly checked during cleaning. There was also no hairdryer in the room, which was very inconvenient after a shower. The abundance of power outlets everywhere in the room was the only thing I was really satisfied with. Regarding the check-in process for minors, I'm not sure if I should call it responsible or not. On the one hand, they made our group take photos because we had a minor with us, which seems responsible. On the other hand, they didn't register the child's information during check-in, which seems less responsible. A staff member led us to the room upstairs, but he seemed a bit 'rough around the edges' and not very enthusiastic, especially compared to the friendly person who handled our check-in.
