GGuest UserOur stay here was fantastic! The front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, were incredibly warm and helpful. They even assisted with our luggage and called ahead to remind us about our airport transfer. The drivers for both pick-up and drop-off were also great. The hotel facilities are brand new and well-equipped, and the environment is excellent. We were so impressed that we booked again for our return trip. Overall, it was a wonderful experience with great value for money. Highly recommend!

GGuest UserOverall, it was a great experience and the place has a lot of character. I stayed in a 12-bed dorm, but it didn't feel cramped at all. The room was quite spacious and even had a lounge area. The front desk staff were very welcoming and made me feel comfortable.

GGuest UserWe had a great one-night stay. The room was clean and spacious, located in a quiet gated community. We arrived around noon and were warmly welcomed by the owner. At the gate, we showed our booking details to security, then walked a short distance to the unit with our luggage.
We enjoyed a delicious lunch prepared by the in-house chef, and the owner also made us excellent, good quality coffee. The house is very close to Dianchi Lake, just a few steps from the gate. We were able to walk around the lake and even took a cableway across to the Western Hills (Must do). The lake area was also lovely for a nighttime walk.
Overall, our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. We wish we had stayed longer. The owner and staff were very friendly and made our stay even more pleasant.😊

GGuest UserThe owner upgraded me to a loft king room. The room was very rustic and had a unique Yunnan charm. Breakfast included rice noodles, soy milk, and various grains. The owner even came downstairs to pick me up. The location is about 790 meters from the old town, making it very convenient for sightseeing and getting around. The conditioner was also really good!

What truly stood out was the excellent location – super convenient, close to the subway station and shopping malls. The owner was also incredibly warm and responsive, quickly resolving any issues and communicating well. The bed was super comfortable, and there were no strange odors; the air was fresh. I highly recommend staying here! I've stayed many times now and genuinely love this guesthouse. I hope to stay many more times. We often sleep in late, and the owner is so considerate of our sleep, never rushing us to check out. The owner is genuinely super kind, super enthusiastic, and I highly, highly recommend this hotel. The room is also super beautiful, perfect for taking photos. I've stayed here so many times that I trust this hotel implicitly. All the toiletries are also very complete. Even after staying for two days, the room remains exceptionally clean, and you can call the auntie to help with cleaning. I feel really lucky!

GGuest UserIt is very good to rent such a good room at this price in the center of Kunming! There is a park downstairs and the air is very good. The B&B also has housekeepers coming to clean it every day. The room is bright and faces south without any obstruction. It is relatively close to the Baiyun Road subway station of the North Railway Station. The landlord is very enthusiastic and very satisfied! Highly recommend to friends to stay!

JjukachaThis time in this hotel we got the room on the first floor and this room was quite awful. Toilet is stinky and has problems with flushing, the window outside passing all the sounds from the street and it's annoying. Other rooms aren't so bad, but on the first floor better never choose.
