The hotel's front desk staff were very welcoming, and the parking lot security guards were super friendly too. The hotel is very close to the train station, making it easy to walk everywhere. The room was a little old but extremely clean, and the bathrobes were both comfortable and cute. The hotel has private hot springs, with each room having its own soaking tub, filled with the same hot spring water, which was incredibly relaxing. The Sanyou Ramen restaurant downstairs is delicious, and hotel guests even get a discount.

The location was very peaceful and not too far from the Main Street of Jiaoxi. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and there was a very nice live music performance in the evening. The pool area was nice, and the hot spring private areas were sufficient. The breakfast and dinner buffet I would say is one of the best in Jiaoxi in terms of the Spa hotels and the rooms were well sound insulated. We would definitely come again and my infant certainly enjoyed it. One of the more expensive hot spring hotels in Jiaoxi but if you want a quiet and peaceful few days with activities, good food and with easy access to the mountains for a nice walk I would recommend this place. Minor criticism for the rooms I would say is the cleanliness. There were slight dust in places and because there is carpet, and if you’re prone to dust allergy be prepared. Saying that if they have a room without carpet that would be perfect, but nonetheless, we would definitely come again.

1. The hotel is new, the surroundings are quiet, and parking is convenient.
2. The room is clean with excellent natural light, and you can see Guishan Island in the distance from the balcony.
3. They offer a thoughtful snack service, so you don't have to worry about getting hungry late at night.
4. The breakfast selection is diverse and plentiful.
5. I would definitely come back again; it was a great stay.

Anonymous UserThe room and bathtub were both very spacious, and the environment was clean and tidy. There's parking available for both cars and scooters. Staying on the 8th floor, the view from the floor-to-ceiling windows would probably be beautiful on a clear day, allowing you to enjoy the scenery right from bed. It's just a shame it was rainy when I visited. Overall, it was a great experience! I didn't hear any noise from other rooms or the sound of water running, so the soundproofing is excellent!

엽한량Aside from the regrettable spa facilities management, I'm satisfied with the room condition and location. Compared to nearby hotels, the customer service during check-in was quite lacking, and the breakfast was also disappointing for the price. However, if they can improve the spa management, which is their strong point, it's a hotel I would recommend.

The location is fantastic, right behind Jiaoxi's bustling main street, so you can just step out and go shopping – super convenient! The complimentary afternoon tea and late-night snacks provided by the hotel also kept us well-fed. Parking was easy with free in-and-out access, and the front desk service was attentive. Overall, a very pleasant experience. The only minor drawback was that the floor-to-ceiling window in the family room's bathroom and the toilet window faced a neighboring building from the side, which slightly compromised privacy, a bit of a shame.

Guest UserThe double bunk concept works perfectly for the kids. They love it! The location is convenient, walking distance to convenient store and restaurants. The hotel offers many options for breakfast buffet, also provides afternoon tea and evening snacks! The food quality is one of the best, with great taste and excellent timing, just need to take note that during weekend the breakfast ends early. The 2nd floor game room and 1st floor water (hot spring jacuzzi) activities are just nice for the family with kids. Overall it is definitely worth the value. Only something to consider is the space in premier family room is quite congested where it is bit difficult to fit the stroller…

Stayed in a Deluxe Double room. Check in was easy and the location is close to the train station, about a 7-min walk. The bed was really comfortable, not too soft as a few reviews suggested. The tub was clean and spacious for two, and the hot spring was super relaxing. There was noise from the next room but the front desk immediately sorted it out. Checked out by 12, so plenty of time. Highly recommended. 👍

Airplane mode NiI really wanted to love this hotel because it has some great features, especially for families. The staff were genuinely friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made a positive impression right away.
However, there were several downsides that made the experience disappointing. The location feels quite isolated—almost like you’re in the middle of nowhere. While there is a train station about 10 minutes away, getting there with a stroller was difficult and inconvenient due to the lack of sidewalks.
Unfortunately, our room had a leaking ceiling that appeared moldy, which was concerning and definitely not what you expect from a hotel of this caliber. On top of that, you can hear trains passing by every so often, which can be disruptive.
One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was for the kids’ playground and the buffet. While the playground was a nice feature, the buffet did not meet expectations as it was disappointing for a fancy hotel.
Overall, the friendly staff were a highlight, but the issues with the room, location, and dining made the stay fall short of expectations.

Anonymous UserFirst of all, this is a very old hotel that has seen truly better days. While maintained well, it has retained it's original furnishings and decor from the 1980s and 1990s. Staying here reminded me of my childhood travelling with my family in the 80s. The actual room does not look anything like the ones shown on the website. The hard floors mean you should wear their slippers or bring your own room slippers. The hot spring water advertised is just hot spring water pipes that go into your bathtub. There is a step that emulates hot spa step in the bathtub.
The breakfast was good with nice braised meat and eggs that you can put over your rice or porridge. There's also hot soy milk. But no hot tea, only coffee. The staff look tired but hard working.
There was a grumpy older lady receiptionist when we checked in and she was pretty rough in the check in process. E.g. ”if you don't put a number here, and you leave things in the hotel, we'll just throw them away! Just to tell you first.”
Room was quite small or cosy, depending on your perspective. The only thing new was the air-conditioner. The TV set had all the settings for channels but none worked. Internet wifi was not quite working too.
