If many hotels use ”design language” to construct a lie about privacy, then Tangting's first impression was one of solidified confidence built on a sense of ”appropriateness.” Before arrival, General Manager Amy's inquiry was polite and restrained, without being overly enthusiastic or intrusive; on the day of check-in, the founder, Brother Qingshan, personally drove to pick me up, his composure not showing obsequiousness, but rather like an old friend meeting. The journey wasn't far, we chatted a lot, and I was surprised to find out he was the first Ctrip customer, which felt like fate. The moment I opened the door, I understood what ”composure” truly meant. In the center of the lobby, the ancient tea tree was not just for show; under the dappled sunlight of the courtyard, it created an almost Zen-like order. Bartender Xiao Boyu seemed to understand how to extract the soul of the night. The drink he personally crafted was unexpectedly amazing—a perfect balance of sweet and sour, with a finish that held the unique intensity and gentleness of Lijiang. One sip, and I realized that true ”seclusion” also requires this touch of intoxication to complete the experience. Noble without tranquility is merely a noisy dwelling; extravagance without moderation ultimately leads to vulgarity. True luxury isn't about the price tag, but about feeling a sense of peace and tranquility once you step inside. Last night, I enjoyed drinks with Qingshan and Xiaoboyu, and in the midst of our lively conversation, a sudden realization dawned on me. As Qingshan said, the best state in this world can be summed up in four words: just right. And this is precisely the most precious quality of Tangting.

Staying at this luxurious wilderness hotel at the foot of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain was the most unexpectedly wonderful and healing experience of our Lijiang trip. The clouds drifted across the peaks, a sight both gentle and majestic. The hotel boasts a sprawling lawn, with winding wooden boardwalks leading towards the distant mountains. Lambs roamed freely, and every photo we took of the mountain scenery looked like it belonged in a magazine – truly an ideal wilderness retreat. Even more impressive than the breathtaking scenery was the incredibly thoughtful service that made us feel right at home. I accidentally spilled milk tea and stained the front desk, but the staff cleaned it up meticulously without a word of complaint. When we returned in heavy rain, a dedicated staff member walked us all the way to our car under an umbrella and back to the hotel. When my child suffered from altitude sickness, oxygen tanks were delivered multiple times throughout the night, available instantly whenever we called. I even left my facial cleanser behind in a rush when checking out, and the hotel proactively shipped it to our next hotel free of charge. With the romantic setting of the snowy mountain and the vast lawn, combined with such delicate and warm hospitality, there was no sense of unfamiliar distance. It truly felt like having a gentle home at the foot of the snow-capped mountain.

Feeling down? I came to Lijiang to relax and stayed at a guesthouse recommended by a friend. The environment was absolutely beautiful. Seeing the courtyard full of flowers and fruit trees instantly soothed my tired heart. The bedding was comfortable and the place was clean. The casserole rice noodles cooked by the hostess, Aunt Liu, were absolutely delicious! The host even took us to pick yellow raspberries and cherries. After a long day, soaking in the hot springs in the evening was so relaxing and a wonderful experience. I definitely want to go with my friends next time! Each comes with a private balcony and a hot tub. Soaking in a warm bath while gazing at the snow mountain is one of those 'secret' experiences you almost don't want to tell too many people about. With expansive grassy areas outside, the views are unobstructed, and every photo looks like a postcard. 🌄 The Most Moving Sunrise Golden Mountain This isn't a fleeting glance from a crowded viewpoint; it's watching from your room as the light slowly spreads across the ridge, transforming from delicate pink to brilliant gold, until the snow-capped peak glows – the entire process is so quiet you can hear your own breathing. This hotel, newly opened in April, is located near Baisha Ancient Town, about 700 meters away. The surroundings are very quiet, and from the second-floor balcony, you can see Jade Dragon Snow Mountain – though unfortunately, it was the rainy season when I visited, so nothing was visible. Overall, the facilities and service are excellent. Highly recommended, especially for couples. **Facilities:** All amenities are comprehensive. Yunnan's weather is quite dry, and the room had a fireplace-style humidifier, which added a great ambiance, though the light on it couldn't be turned off, which was a minor drawback. Other amenities included a Dyson hairdryer, a wet/dry separated shower and toilet, and a fantastic private hot spring tub. Just contact the front desk, and they'll help prepare the tub liner for your bath 🛀 – a truly wonderful experience. There's also a cat room on the second floor with three furry friends you can pet. **Hygiene:** Clean and tidy. **Service:** The service was superb. Any requests could be made via a WeChat group. The staff were attentive and polite, offering complimentary laundry and turn-down services. The breakfast had both Chinese and Western options, and tasted great. Upon check-out, they even gave a lovely farewell gift, which was a really nice touch! 👍

It's just a one-minute walk to the commercial street! The owner told us the building is a century-old house that he personally renovated and designed. The Song-style aesthetics perfectly match my taste! The housekeeper was on vacation the day we checked in, so the owner personally picked us up and helped us carry our luggage to the guesthouse, which was just a 3-minute walk for my husband and me. We upgraded our room to the 'Starlight. Immersive Snow Mountain Private Hot Spring Suite. Overlooking the Snow-capped Golden Mountain' because the 'Yezhi' room we originally booked felt a bit small, even though it had everything. The upgraded room was a fantastic experience! It was spacious and comfortable! Let me tell you about our experience: We were offered delicious tea during check-in. We could see the snow mountain right outside our room window! We specifically chose a guesthouse with a humidifier, which was a lifesaver, as Lijiang is so dry! First, the room amenities: a humidifier, water heater, large projector, sleep eye mask and essential oil spray, earplugs (so thoughtful!), and a tatami area for tea and hot spring soaks. There's a small courtyard outside the room (like a balcony) with flowers and plants. You can sit there to sunbathe and drink tea, and every photo you take turns out beautifully – it's indescribably gorgeous! Due to time constraints during our stay, I only had one hot spring soak. Before soaking, the housekeeper helped sanitize the tub and prepared bath salts and rose petals, arranging them beautifully with afternoon tea – it was incredibly photogenic! Romantic and luxurious, soaking in the tub, listening to my favorite music, I felt like a queen. Life is truly wonderful! The housekeeper even washed, dried, and neatly folded our clothes for us, which warmed our hearts. The toiletries all smell amazing – they're from the high-end brand Le Labo, showing the owner's attention to detail. The complimentary cocktails were enjoyed at 'Bisan Tea Affair,' where we sipped drinks on the rooftop while enjoying views of the snow mountain. It was incredibly photogenic, and both cocktail flavors were delicious! My husband and I also tried making 'bean pod dolls,' which was easy and fun! The breakfast was freshly made and tasted great, with a wonderful sense of ceremony! My husband and I stayed for three nights and didn't want to leave! I wish the owner a prosperous business and hope to return with my husband for our tenth anniversary!

Honestly, I rarely post reviews—but this time I really felt like I had to, because this hotel was the highlight of my family trip to Yunnan. From the moment we entered the hotel gate, we were already amazed. The place is even more beautiful in real life than in the photos. The staff member who communicated with us via WeChat was incredibly helpful—from arranging our transfer from the station to the hotel, to accommodating my dietary restrictions as a Muslim. They kindly prepared a special breakfast for us: rice noodles with egg, along with sweet potatoes, corn, and boiled eggs. What made it even more special was that everything was cooked by a very warm grandmother. Despite the language barrier, we could truly feel the warmth and love in her cooking. The cabin we booked was absolutely perfect. It had a spacious yard, a hot tub, and a terrace with a table and chairs—great for dining or simply spending time together with family. Stepping inside the cabin was even more impressive: a large bed, lots of natural light, and equipped with smart home devices. One important detail for us was the bathroom—it had a bidet and a fully smart toilet with remote control. Since the temperature in Lijiang varies greatly between day and night, we were very grateful that the cabin had both floor heating and room heating. The bedroom also featured a large projector, and above it, a sunroof that can be opened—perfect for stargazing at night. It truly exceeded all our expectations. The hotel area is also next to a very aesthetic café with a stunning view called Yuntian Cafe. For those traveling with family, this place is perfect—the area is spacious and great for kids to explore nature. If you want to go out for meals, Baisha Ancient Town is just a few kilometers away. What I will remember the most is the kindness of the staff. Everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly, always doing their best to accommodate every request. Please never change—your hospitality feels just like being with family. Next time we visit Lijiang, we will definitely stay here again without hesitation.

The hotel environment is serene and elegant, with lush greenery in the garden and a babbling brook, as if it encapsulates the charm of the ancient town. The room facilities are also impeccable, fully equipped with smart devices, and exceptionally clean and tidy. Here, you can not only enjoy comfortable accommodations but also find peace and tranquility. Next time I'm in Lijiang, I'll definitely choose this place again!
