When I woke up in the morning, I found blood stains on the quilt cover. The hotel informed me that after testing, I would give a satisfactory answer. 8 days later, the hotel's manager Liu will be on vacation for a while. After a while, I asked my superior for instructions and tried my best to deal with it, but the problem was not solved. The service was extremely poor."

I chose this flagship store based on reviews, and it really is as spacious as people described. This is the first time I've seen a gym with equipment for back, chest, and legs, plus a rowing machine… It's truly impressive (I genuinely haven't stayed at a HUAZHU or Ji Hotel of this caliber that offered these amenities before). And there's even a washer/dryer for shoes, which was a pleasant surprise."

Nur at the front desk deserves high praise for her attentive service; she proactively introduced the facilities during check-in. The room boasts excellent views and natural light thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows. The laundry room has two LG washer-dryers, and the staff even explained how to operate them. Breakfast includes delicious wontons, perfect for those on a diet. The gym has treadmills and yoga mats to meet basic exercise needs. The attention to detail exceeded my expectations!"

"I took my family to Hami and booked five rooms at Chentai Hotel. My family was very satisfied with the hotel. The hotel has a good location and free parking. The room was clean and hygienic. Someone greeted us upstairs and sent us a fruit plate and foot bath. The Yiloulan introduced by the elder sister has local ethnic characteristics and tastes good! The old man was a little carsick, and the elder sister who served the guests immediately sent fresh ginger. The hotel's service is really attentive."

Breakfast was also fantastic; I especially loved the apricots and watermelon, they were so sweet. The hotel restaurant is open to the public, which is convenient for dining. The food was delicious, and the prices were fair. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Hami."
