"The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully laid out. The large parking lot in front of the hotel made parking a breeze, and the hotel environment was very quiet. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, checked me in very quickly, and even proactively upgraded my room. Breakfast was also fantastic; I especially loved the apricots and watermelon, they were so sweet. The hotel restaurant is open to the public, which is convenient for dining. The food was delicious, and the prices were fair. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Hami."

"The service was excellent, and I received a free upgrade upon arrival. The hotel's location near the high-speed train station was super convenient for transfers. The room was spacious with a good layout, and it was very quiet, with great soundproofing. Breakfast was fantastic; they had a good variety of pastries and baked goods. The fruit and salad bar were also excellent, and the coffee was freshly ground from beans. My only suggestion would be for the hot dishes to change daily. Overall, it was a wonderful stay; I slept really well for both nights. On the morning of the Dragon Boat Festival, they even gave us Zongzi, which was delicious!"

The location is excellent, seven minutes by taxi to the train station, it is very convenient to travel and eat, the whole process is quiet and no noise, the service is intimate and meticulous, the price is full, and I will choose this next time I travel!"

"We stayed in a suite; the room was spacious enough and the facilities were decent. However, our experience was unsatisfactory for the following reasons: 1. The front desk service was very indifferent. 2. Although we were told it was a non-smoking room, the smell of smoke was overwhelming as soon as we stepped out of the elevator. Even with the window open, despite the hotel's supposed smoke-free treatment, the bedding, pillows, and curtains were all permeated with the smell of smoke. Being passively exposed to secondhand smoke was very frustrating. 3. The room wasn't properly cleaned; there were dried soap suds left on the bathroom countertop, indicating it hadn't been cleaned or wiped down. 4. While the shower water flow was strong, the water temperature would suddenly spike, which was startling and uncomfortable. 5. The twin room lacked a bedside table, which was inconvenient. We hope these improvements can be made to match the standards of a high-end hotel."

"I brought my dog to play here. I called Hami in the evening to ask if they could accept pets and booked this restaurant nearby. After checking in, the front desk lady sent a large snack. There is free parking at the door and there is a supermarket and restaurant, which is very convenient. The room is clean and the dog lay down and fell asleep. The front desk lady and the security lady here are very warm and thoughtful in breakfast service. There is also a tree-shaded walking path at the door, just right for walking the dog. In short, the experience is good"

"After driving from Dunhuang to Wubao Town, I received a call from the hotel informing me that the core area of the scenic area was closed due to heavy rain, and the experience would be reduced. I could either check out or stay in, but if I did, I would need to report it to the scenic area for clearance. How could I give up when I was so close to the scenic area gate? The next morning, the water receded and the core area was open, allowing me to enter the core area as planned. Although the water had not yet completely receded, I still saw reflections in the water in many places. I was very satisfied. The hotel exceeded my expectations. The design was thoughtful and comfortable, the facilities were new, and the service, hygiene, and food were all excellent."

"Starting at 9 AM, I waited 25 minutes for the boiled eggs for breakfast, but they never arrived. I asked three staff members, who all replied that they would check on them, and then nothing happened. Several disposable items in the room were chargeable, such as disposable towels – a consumer trap. There was hair on the floor between the bathtub and the sink. The gym is on the basement level, and it closes around 9 PM and reopens at 9:30 AM, limiting workout time. There's also a wellness center on the same basement level, which is quite lively. Overall, it's all show and no substance; next time I'll choose a hotel with better management standards, like Atour."
