"The young man at the front desk had an exceptionally good attitude. The night before, I stayed at an all-season hotel, and there were three air conditioning units right outside my wall, so I couldn't sleep a wink. I specifically requested a quiet room here. The young man at the front desk even accompanied us to the 10th floor and waited until we confirmed the room before leaving. The lady who brought us towels midway through our stay was also smiling the entire time and even brought welcome fruit. The breakfast, as always, was plentiful – I guess that's a hallmark of Hampton by Hilton."

"This time I came to Xinjiang and passed through Hami. I chose Aifei Hotel. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and is highly recommended. The location of the hotel is really a plus. It is very close to Altun Ancient Street and Huiwangfu. There is also a Tianma Supermarket and Food Street next to it. It is super convenient to try local food or buy some specialties at night. There is a large parking lot at the door. It should be no problem to estimate that there are fifty or sixty cars. The front desk lady was very efficient and enthusiastic when checking in. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is compact and reasonable, and there is no sense of crampedness at all. The pillows in the room are very comfortable, and the sleep quality is directly maximized. When checking out, I specifically asked the front desk beauty to buy two pillows of the same hotel for my home. Overall, Hami Aifei Hotel is very cost-effective, with a superior location, comfortable and clean rooms, and warm and thoughtful service. I will choose here next time I come to Hami, and I also recommend it to friends who plan to come to Hami~"

"Overall, I was satisfied with the room facilities. However, the carpet in the room and hallway left my shoes covered in lint, which was a bit unpleasant! My only complaint was that I checked in quite late, and there were no staff members at the hotel entrance to guide me. I didn't know how to get to the underground parking garage. I called the front desk, and they told me that the concierge had gone off duty, which was quite frustrating. I eventually found my way to the underground garage, parked the car, packed my things, and took my child to the front desk on the first floor to check in. Again, there was no one to guide me. When I arrived at the front desk, there were about a dozen people smoking in a group! I thought they were some kind of gangsters!"
