"I reckon choice of decent hotel is limited in Hami so this property, though not really up to Hampton standard, deserves all the smilies, esp. when 1) it's a smoke-free room (hard to come by in this part of China) and 2) they gave me an upgrade. I also liked their breakfast and coffee. The shower sewage gave out foul smell so bad that I had to block it with a towel. The hotel didn't do anything about it though despite my complaint."

Our family arrived in the early morning, the front desk service was still warm, no sleepy, there were people who said hello wherever they went, and the children in the room were obsessed with children's slippers, and the staff sent slippers and fruits intimately. The meal was very satisfactory and very rich, because the children got up late and worried about the end of the breakfast, the service staff provided the lunch box. In short, everything is very good, it is the best choice to choose accommodation in Hami, bless the hotel and so on."

"Our family of six traveled during the Spring Festival, and this hotel satisfied everyone. The rooms were spacious, the environment quiet, and the cleanliness was excellent. Even the elderly member of our family, who is a bit of a clean freak, was quite pleased, saying it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were prepared with great care. No matter what time we went to eat, they were always hot and plentiful. From check-in to check-out the next day, the staff were all smiling, polite, and attentive. When we left, the receptionist thoughtfully asked if we needed to take a few bottles of water with us. I said one bottle was enough, but they even gave us a complete set of slippers and other amenities as a gift, along with a festive red tote bag – perfect for the New Year. I believe this thoughtful hotel will also prosper."
