"The room was quite large, but the TV set-top box was by the door, so I couldn't change the channel from the bed; I had to walk to the door. There was no self-service laundry at the hotel. The front desk sent a staff member to take my clothes for washing, and they returned them 15 minutes later, saying they washed them in a washing machine. What kind of washing machine is that fast? My clothes were itchy after washing."

"The room was incredibly spacious and beautifully laid out. The large parking lot in front of the hotel made parking a breeze, and the hotel environment was very quiet. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, checked me in very quickly, and even proactively upgraded my room. Breakfast was also fantastic; I especially loved the apricots and watermelon, they were so sweet. The hotel restaurant is open to the public, which is convenient for dining. The food was delicious, and the prices were fair. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Hami."

"There is night snacks from 8 to 10pm but when i went at 9:39pm, there was nothing and the kitchen staff didnt really entertain, picture provided taken at 9.39pm and some ligts off. Hotel room is good and nice view. Bed is soft and very comfortable. They provide 2 types of pillows which is very good. This is like a commercial building and the hotel occupies about 1 floor. There is also Rubic cube hotel which is at the same lobby. There is a Day Night mini mart at level 1. There are many parking lot and a car wash at ground floor level. Breakfast seems quite extensive range but kitchen/restaurant staff were very unfriendly and loud. Security The TV was good though. I particularly like the morning receptionist which was very friendly and pleasant. Her name is in the photo."
