It is a chain of Orange Hotels, trustworthy, clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The room type I needed was out of stock, so they changed it for me. When I needed to heat up my food in the microwave, they also heated it up for me. The front desk phone was called several times at 10 o'clock using the room phone and mobile phone, but no one answered. I called several times at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but no one answered. Kkingchau第一次來到哈密，感覺新疆人好熱情去了那麼多個城市，新疆給我的印象評價確實很好。本來是種清肝大黃線的結果發現哈密有一個無人區，就想去挑戰一下結果好多酒店之中選了全季酒店前台的小姐姐有沒有常熱情？還怕我們房間不夠住，特地帶我們上去看一下，祝了幾次成績，我感覺這個是最好的一家全季，雖然他是連鎖他們的服務和管理完全不一樣，能看得出再加哈密全季酒店他們高水平管理。跟五星級酒店有的比拼。衞生搞得好看人住得舒服，洗手間一點異味都沒有。

You can wash five pieces of clothing for free, which is also very convenient.
Disadvantages:
The water temperature in the bathtub is very cold, about 30 degrees, and there is no hotter water. I asked the waiter and he said that the water temperature in the bathtub is like this and cannot be adjusted to be hotter.
There are condoms in the drawer that were turned out by the children. This is a parent-child family room, which is too speechless. The staff said that this is a unified requirement of the Hami hotel industry, but we did not do this in other hotels.

I thought the environment would be better and it would be more comfortable to take care of my baby, so I changed places. Unexpectedly, I changed the hotel. There was no air conditioning, and the room faced the west. It was very hot in the afternoon, and the children and adults were all sweating from the heat. The staff also offered to upgrade to a room, but it still faced the west, so we refused. We thought we could bear with it, but the children were very hot later. My cheeks were red. The hotel staff said they would buy a fan after work. I took my baby out to escape the heat. In the evening, the staff said the fan was ready and we went back. However, the room was still stuffy and the fan was pointed towards the father of the child. The child blew it. When he woke up the next day, his throat was hoarse and he coughed with phlegm. He started to have a fever at noon yesterday. I took care of him all night and he hasn't slept yet. In addition, he woke up sweating after sleeping for a while in Yaduore the night before. , I didn’t dare to draw the curtains with the windows open, and it didn’t start to cool down until three or four in the morning. The adults didn’t have a good rest for two days, but they were fine. Now the children are sick, and it is the children who suffer. Atour is known for its comfort, and it doesn’t even have air conditioning control. I also blame myself for insisting on changing hotels. After checking in, I was too embarrassed to check out of the hotel. We have been driving all the way to China for almost two months, and we have even passed 219 safely. This is the first time that my son has fallen ill.

Although the room was not big, it was clean, tidy and beautiful, and many details were designed to be very user-friendly. The attitude of the people in each department was very good.
