We booked this hotel when we were passing through Hami on our way back from Urumqi. It is a chain of Orange Hotels, trustworthy, clean, well-equipped, and the breakfast was clean and delicious. The service attitude of the staff was also very good. The room type I needed was out of stock, so they changed it for me. When I needed to heat up my food in the microwave, they also heated it up for me. The front desk phone was called several times at 10 o'clock using the room phone and mobile phone, but no one answered. I called several times at 2 o'clock in the afternoon, but no one answered. I don't know what's going on. I hope it can be improved.

This newly renovated hotel is in a prime location. The front desk is very friendly and service-minded. The cleaning ladies are very enthusiastic. The breakfast is very good and rich. The TV can also be projected. There is also a cute Xiaodu smart control. In short, it is a perfect score. This Atour hotel has maintained its consistent standards in first-tier cities and made it more friendly in a foreign land. The room is scientifically set up with a cloakroom area. There is no need to worry about the large trolley case taking up space. It is a very user-friendly design. At the same time, the dry and wet separated toilets and the automatic flushing constant temperature toilets are all very detailed. Atour's slow rebound pillow is also very good to sleep on. The hotel lobby also has a special display of Atour products, which reflects Atour's professionalism and dedication to hotel services. A good accommodation experience can improve the intuitive impression of a city. As other comments have said, the breakfast is rich in variety and hygienic, and also has the characteristics of local flavors, Xinjiang meatball soup, and when checking out, the front desk also warmly presented 2 bottles of hot mineral water, which is really thoughtful. I will choose Atour next time, and recommend it!

Harbor Plaza Hotel is the best hotel I have ever stayed in in Xinjiang, bar none! Decorated like a villa. Especially high-end! The ingredients are good, but there is no taste! The disposable supplies are also very high-end, and the soundproofing of the room is excellent! The whole house is highly intelligent. Children also like it very much. The children and Xiaodu chatted for a long time! Next time I come to Hami, I will still book the Harbor Plaza Hotel. Highly recommended! Highly recommended! Highly recommended! This is a very good hotel but the staffs do need some additional training on registering foreigners on their system. We arrived at the hotel after 8pm after 6 hours of long drive and had the unpleasant experience of long check in process at the reception. The staffs were apologetic and obviously struggling to read foreigners' passport, we had to register our details ourselves in the end. Despite all this, the services of the staffs are good in general.
