4-Star Hotels in Hami

I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel has a good geographical environment and convenient high-speed access. The front desk staff of the hotel are warm and welcoming. They always keep a friendly smile. Manager Guo is very professional and thoughtful. He recommended delicious food and locals often go to the farmer’s market and bought local white apricots. It's delicious. The hotel also provides a free self-service car, which is very intimate for us who travel by car. The hotel breakfast was also very rich. Since we arrived at the restaurant late, the aunt in the catering department took the initiative to ask us if we wanted to eat some noodles, wontons and other breakfasts, which was very heartwarming.

Everything is good, a newly opened hotel, good service, responsive. The slightly older female manager with a foreign accent at the front desk left a deep impression. She helped in the restaurant this morning on the 6th. The service is very professional. The breakfast is delicious and rich, and the stay is comfortable. If I hadn't been on a business trip this morning, I would have stayed for a few more nights... When I checked out, the girl at the front desk also gave me two bottles of mineral water. The details are really good. There are restaurants everywhere downstairs of the hotel. Supermarkets are convenient.

Decent Atour hotel, amenities are excellent, the room was clean and having stayed at numerous Atour hotels this one was good. The laundry room is useful for travelers and I didn’t need to wait to use the facilities. The local restaurant on the first floor (outside the hotel) is excellent. Just follow the music and you’ll find it. Car parking is OK, we parked at the back but if does get busy because of the restaurant. Can they improve? Yes, of course, the check in receptionist looked as though she’d never seen a foreigner before and was cold and abrupt. I thought she was rude. Come on Atour, train your people properly. Breakfast was good, although the staff should have replenished all the items towards the end of service - there was virtually no fruit left. The differences between Atour hotels are largely around individual employees, here the reception/check in was below my expectation. No water or tea offered either. Says it all really.

The room was clean and tidy, with no unpleasant odors. The lobby was a pleasant surprise, giving it a high-end feel. The hotel stay was very comfortable. The room was fully smart-enabled; if I didn't want to close the curtains or turn off the lights while lying in bed, I could just call out to Xiaodu (a smart speaker), which was incredibly convenient and perfect for a lazy person like me. The toilet had a heating function, which I found very thoughtful and a great touch. The hotel was also very quiet, and the king-size bed was exceptionally clean and comfortable – fantastic! I originally planned to stay one night, but I couldn't resist staying an extra day. Thank you to the hotel staff for their hard work, which made my trip to Hami even more pleasant and enjoyable.

Starting from Urumqi, our second stop was Hami, and we chose this hotel for our stay. It's a garden-style hotel with its own independent courtyard, so parking is free and not an issue at all! Right next door is a wetland park, home to the 'Zuo Gong Willows,' planted by General Zuo Zongtang and his troops when they came to Xinjiang over a hundred years ago. These trees are so massive, it takes two people to hug their trunks! The staff at the entrance of Building 6 and in the main lobby on the first floor were very welcoming and helpful. Check-in is done on the first floor of Building 6; each guest receives a room key card, which is also used for breakfast the next day. After completing the formalities, you take the elevator directly to your floor. In the room, once you insert the power card, there's a smart assistant you can talk to. You can give it commands to turn on the lights, open the curtains, or turn on the TV, etc. The room itself is spacious and bright, and the view outside the window is quite lovely! The linens in the room looked very clean, though the faucet in our room had some rust, which probably needs a special cleaning solution or replacement. The shower in the bathroom had great water pressure and the hot water came on very quickly! There's a Xinjiang cuisine restaurant on the first floor of the hotel. We had dinner there last night and tried Hami's special braised mutton with flatbread. The lamb was very tender and had no ***** smell whatsoever. The other side dishes were home-style, but all freshly stir-fried from the kitchen, which was great! It's worth mentioning that this hotel has a long history, originally built in 1959. Building 5 is a bit older but offers budget-friendly prices and is often fully booked. The adjacent Building 6 is newer, with very complete facilities in all aspects. The lobby on the first floor is also magnificent, and all the hotel staff we encountered were very polite! Breakfast is served in Building 1, located diagonally to the right as you exit Building 6. In the evenings, that space is a hot pot restaurant, but in the mornings, it transforms into a wonderful buffet breakfast area with a wide variety of delicious food. It's excellent! Traveling during the off-season allowed us to book a room at a very cost-effective price! If we get the chance to visit Hami again in the future, we'll definitely choose this place.

Breakfast is unbeatable. The service is also very good. Unlimited bottled mineral water. The location is also excellent, just ten minutes' walk from the train station. Recommended for business travelers.

The washing machine is a bit less, one drum and one old-fashioned, no dryer, but the weather is dry, and it is very fast to dry. The road is being built at the entrance of the hotel, but it is not noisy at night. We didn't hear the sound of construction from 9 o'clock in the morning. There is a breakfast shop on both sides of the hotel. The buns are one dollar a dollar. It is really cheap. If you want to eat more abundant, you have to walk for a while. There are food in a few hundred meters. We went to find that pilaf, but we didn't want to eat it very much, so we turned around. There is a Xinjiang barbecue, spicy skin noodles are particularly delicious, but the barbecue is generally the same, there are parking spaces early, and the parking spaces are tight if you are late.

I was on a business trip to Naomaohu and stayed at the Jintai Hotel, and it was a great experience. The hygiene was excellent; the room felt fresh the moment I walked in. The staff even turned on the air conditioning before I arrived. The blackout curtains worked perfectly. The hotel facilities are quite new, and the bathroom has a separate wet and dry area. The hot water pressure was strong and consistent, making for a very comfortable shower – it really washed away the day's fatigue. They offer a free breakfast, and the restaurant environment is pleasant. The hotel provides plenty of complimentary bottled water, no limits there! Plus, parking right outside is very convenient with a large parking lot and even fast-charging stations. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

It's a bit pricey, but probably the best value hotel in this small county. The materials used are good quality, the location is excellent, and parking and EV charging are very convenient. The Kazakh guy selling fruit downstairs was really honest; he was helpful with directions even before I bought anything. The apricots and Hami melons he sold were the best I've had in all my trips to Xinjiang.
