The young man at the front desk had an exceptionally good attitude. The night before, I stayed at an all-season hotel, and there were three air conditioning units right outside my wall, so I couldn't sleep a wink. I specifically requested a quiet room here. The young man at the front desk even accompanied us to the 10th floor and waited until we confirmed the room before leaving. The lady who brought us towels midway through our stay was also smiling the entire time and even brought welcome fruit. The breakfast, as always, was plentiful – I guess that's a hallmark of Hampton by Hilton.

Our family of six traveled during the Spring Festival, and this hotel satisfied everyone. The rooms were spacious, the environment quiet, and the cleanliness was excellent. Even the elderly member of our family, who is a bit of a clean freak, was quite pleased, saying it was very clean and tidy. The breakfast was also fantastic, with a wide variety of options, and the hot dishes were prepared with great care. No matter what time we went to eat, they were always hot and plentiful. From check-in to check-out the next day, the staff were all smiling, polite, and attentive. When we left, the receptionist thoughtfully asked if we needed to take a few bottles of water with us. I said one bottle was enough, but they even gave us a complete set of slippers and other amenities as a gift, along with a festive red tote bag – perfect for the New Year. I believe this thoughtful hotel will also prosper.

The location of the hotel is very good, less than 10 minutes' drive from the train station, and there is a very delicious Yiloulan Xinjiang restaurant upstairs in the hotel building, which I ate at for two days in a row. The overall decoration of the hotel is very new. It just opened in 2024, but there is no peculiar smell. The mattresses, pillows and bedding are all made of environmentally friendly materials and are very comfortable.

The hotel has a ground parking lot and a charging pile. I have booked this place back and forth in Xinjiang. The front desk has always been polite and welcoming. The security guard is also very reliable. I feel at home. I hope that I will be pet friendly next time. ～

We had a good time at the hotel, the room was very large and spacious and the staff are very friendly. They brought fresh fruit to us and supplied lots of filtered water. The location is handy right above a large supermarket and near the railway station but if you are looking for more shopping and dining it might be a little quiet for you.

The hotel has complete facilities, heating has been turned on, and the rooms with underfloor heating are very warm. The rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the hotel has free private parking, which is very convenient. The hotel supervisor provided excellent service, promptly resolved our issues, and upgraded our room free of charge.

The room was clean. I lived once before, so I chose this hotel again. The service attitude was not to say. They were all very good. The toilet I lived in this time was not very sensitive. I wanted to make a small request. Can I prepare some plastic stools? I want to have a meal together on vacation. I can sit alone. The other person can't eat, other aspects are very good

The receptionist was incredibly friendly! I booked a king-size bed room, but it was full upon check-in, so they upgraded me to a superior twin room for free. There's also a shared laundry room. I was passing through Hami on a business trip, and this place is super convenient as it's close to the train station. A pleasant surprise was the gym equipment; it was too cold to go for a walk, so I could work out here. Excellent value for money, overall a great experience.
