GGuest UserThe young man at the front desk had an exceptionally good attitude. The night before, I stayed at an all-season hotel, and there were three air conditioning units right outside my wall, so I couldn't sleep a wink. I specifically requested a quiet room here. The young man at the front desk even accompanied us to the 10th floor and waited until we confirmed the room before leaving. The lady who brought us towels midway through our stay was also smiling the entire time and even brought welcome fruit. The breakfast, as always, was plentiful – I guess that's a hallmark of Hampton by Hilton.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and beautifully laid out. The large parking lot in front of the hotel made parking a breeze, and the hotel environment was very quiet. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming, checked me in very quickly, and even proactively upgraded my room. Breakfast was also fantastic; I especially loved the apricots and watermelon, they were so sweet. The hotel restaurant is open to the public, which is convenient for dining. The food was delicious, and the prices were fair. This will definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Hami.

AAnonymous UserThe environment is truly wonderful. A security guard greeted us as soon as we got out of the car, and a receptionist greeted us warmly in the lobby. Knowing we had a child with us, she even provided little slippers for our little one. The room was also very spacious and clean. Because we had to leave early in the morning and missed breakfast, they even provided a light meal to take away, including milk, bread, eggs, and fruit. The service was simply amazing! 👍

GGuest UserAwesome! I originally stayed here because there was a washing machine, but after I came in, I was pleasantly surprised in every place. Although the room was not big, it was clean, tidy and beautiful, and many details were designed to be very user-friendly. The attitude of the people in each department was very good. The laundry room even provides laundry detergent~
It is really a well-managed hotel. I have become a member this time and plan to stay at Atour in the future.

Facilities: The room is not big enough, but the air conditioner cannot be turned on together with the exhaust of the toilet, otherwise the room is not cool at all. We tossed around in the room for a long time before we found out the reason. The advantage is that the air conditioner in the room will not stop when you unplug the card. It is so comfortable to come back from crossing the sea road and enter the room~ Another thing is that there is no cold water in the shower~ What water pipe is broken? I took a shower with a small stream of water~
The overall hygiene is quite clean~ Pet-friendly🐈⬛

The rooms are clean, the surrounding environment is nice, and the hotel has free private parking, which is very convenient. The hotel supervisor provided excellent service, promptly resolved our issues, and upgraded our room free of charge.

GGuest UserThe room was clean. I lived once before, so I chose this hotel again. The service attitude was not to say. They were all very good. The toilet I lived in this time was not very sensitive. I wanted to make a small request. Can I prepare some plastic stools? I want to have a meal together on vacation. I can sit alone. The other person can't eat, other aspects are very good

GGuest UserThe room was spacious enough with plenty of room to move around. The water pressure was decent, and the water temperature was comfortable. The location was great, right across from the high-speed rail station, which was very convenient for people catching trains. It was safe to leave my belongings at the front desk and pick them up in the afternoon. The hotel service was excellent; I asked for two extra bottles of water when I checked in, and the staff remembered to put extra water in my room the next day. There was also a place to rest and charge my devices in the lobby. I was very satisfied.
