GGuest UserAlthough the hotel is a bit far from the East Gate of Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, you can contact the owner in advance for a pickup service. However, the moment you step into the hotel, you'll realize it's all worth it.
**Facilities**: The rooms feature Song-style decor, and they even provide Dyson hair dryers! Make sure to choose a room with a bathtub because after playing in the water at both Daqikong and Xiaoqikong, a nice warm bath back at the hotel is perfect for preventing colds and relaxing your body. It's truly wonderful.
**Hygiene**: The cleanliness is impeccable, no need to say more. The hotel is relatively new, with no unpleasant renovation odors, and all the facilities are quite modern.
**Ambiance**: It feels like a private villa, very quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. There's a courtyard view, a waterfall, a fish pond, and a small stream. Sipping tea in the courtyard is incredibly relaxing. What's even better is having breakfast on the terrace, overlooking the mountains and water with a gentle breeze. That's the ideal state of travel.
**Service**: The service is also fantastic. The owner personally attends to guests, offering pickup and even afternoon tea. If you can't have it on-site, they'll even pack it for you! Most importantly, they have a dryer. After playing in the water, everyone's clothes get wet, especially children's, and they'll help dry them overnight. The breakfast is genuinely excellent, the best I've had on this trip. Enough said, just look at the pictures!

GGuest User🌿 Great Emotional Value, Though Some Details Need Improvement
I recently stayed at La Mere Ancienne in Guiyang. Overall, it was a warm experience, but there were some ups and downs.
The Highlights:
The ”Emotional Value” here is excellent. The nine-grid breakfast was both beautiful and delicious, especially the authentic beef rice noodles. Since it wasn't crowded, the waiter spent a lot of time chatting with the elderly members of our family, sharing many interesting fun facts, which made them very happy. We also received a beautiful tie-dye silk scarf as a parting gift. Later on, the staff was patient enough to upgrade our room, and the Yao herbal bath was perfect for removing all our fatigue.
The Downsides:
However, the check-in process left something to be desired. Although the room features a private herbal bath, the staff didn't proactively offer or deliver the herbs until we asked. Additionally, we were told that the afternoon snacks were already sold out when we arrived.
Summary: While the initial service was a bit passive, the subsequent hospitality and the unique atmosphere made up for it. A solid choice, but I hope they can improve their proactiveness during check-in!

GGuest UserI have to commend this B&B. After extensive research and reviews online, I chose this one, and it was absolutely worth it! The pick-up service was very thoughtful. It's quiet and clean. The room facilities are both practical and comprehensive, with a dryer and a bathtub by the window, offering natural scenic views. All the bathroom fixtures are Kohler, which for this price point, is top-notch. The front desk staff provided excellent and attentive service. Personally, I feel room 301 is the quietest and most comfortable. The soundproofing is also superb! Highly recommend!!!
Service: They even included tickets to Xiaoqikong Scenic Area, which has stunning views. We had a great time, and if I get the chance to visit Libo again, I'll definitely choose this place.

GGuest UserI randomly picked this B&B for my trip to Libo, and it completely exceeded my expectations! The overall design blends a warm, natural wood style with local Buyi batik features, creating an incredible atmosphere that's rich in ethnic charm without being over-the-top.
The room layout is incredibly clever. Wooden screens subtly separate the wash area from the sleeping area, providing both an open feel and a sense of privacy. The vanity is clean and spacious, and the independent glass shower stall ensures excellent wet-dry separation, with thoughtful non-slip flooring. The wardrobe is fully stocked with amenities: two soft bathrobes, two pairs of crocs in different colors, and all the small toiletries you could need – such attention to detail!
The bed is soft and tidy, with a bed runner and throw pillows featuring unique blue and white batik patterns. The wall art also has a distinct ethnic vibe, making you feel truly immersed in the local culture. The biggest surprise was the panoramic floor-to-ceiling window. Open it up, and you're greeted with views of green mountains and ancient village houses – a full view of lush forest. Sitting by the window at the small table and chairs, sipping tea and enjoying the scenery, is utterly therapeutic.
The entire place was impeccably clean. The wooden furniture was dust-free, and the bathroom was dry and odor-free; every corner was spotless. The overall decor is simple yet elegant, the facilities are comprehensive, and it's quiet and peaceful – perfect for a good rest after a day of exploring. The owner provided thoughtful and attentive service, and the value for money is excellent. This B&B is my top choice for accommodation in Libo, and I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit!

FFeilaifeiqudajituiThe hotel service was absolutely fantastic, making us feel like royalty for two whole days! 😂 They provided transportation to and from the scenic spots daily, and we even got to enjoy a lovely foot bath in the evenings. Our room offered a stunning view of the Zhangjiang River, surrounded by lush greenery, which was incredibly refreshing. The complimentary BBQ was super fresh, and the beef noodles for breakfast were hands down the best we had throughout our entire Guizhou trip!
The only minor downside was the bathroom layout – it felt a bit cramped, and the doors for the shower and toilet were awkwardly close. Also, the sink drained a bit slowly. However, these small issues didn't detract from the overall excellent experience. This guesthouse is highly recommended! 👍

GGuest UserWe are two couples from the United States. We picked Yunshang Jianli Homestay because of its very high rating. After spending two nights there, we concur with their rating. Our room was very comfortable and clean. The homestay is very conveniently located. It is a short walk to the East Gate of the Xiaoqikong Scenic area as well as to the shuttle station to the Libo High Speed Train Station. The staff, from the manager to the housekeepers to the homestay restaurant’s cook, was friendly, helpful and personable. Speaking of the restaurant, we ate there both nights and each dish was excellent. We highly recommend the fish soup, which might have been the best fish soup we have ever had. Their high rating is well earned.

GGuest UserThe place is beautiful and everything in the room was so modern and comfortable. The manager even picked us up from nearby location when we didn’t get a cab. The food was also customised to suit preferences. I wish I had more time, I’d love to stay for more days. The whole team was so hospitable and helpful. Whatever we needed was arranged as per requirement. I miss the kids of the family so much. Highly recommend the place and will definitely come back in future. __WeChat25933****Perfect for a family getaway. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming and their service was exceptionally thoughtful. We had a child with us, and they didn't charge extra for the food our little one ordered. Overall, it offers great value for money. The package included afternoon tea, a Yao ethnic group bath, and a barbecue in the evening. Staying in the courtyard made time feel like it slowed down, and enjoying a barbecue and a drink in the evening was incredibly relaxing. It’s ideal for escaping the city.

The room is clean and tidy, the smart home appliance system is very convenient, the health is good, the quality of disposable products is also very good, the lighting is good, and the overall environment is comfortable and hygienic.
The boss is warm and hospitable, providing pick-up and delivery services to the scenic spot. The boss also sent us a trip to the high-speed rail station in the off-season. The boss is also very enthusiastic! The service is very comfortable.
There is the boss's restaurant downstairs, and the sour soup with leather beef is delicious.
I will stay again next time if I come to Libo.
