Alupang Beach Tower

I stayed here again after last year. The location is superb, right in front of the ocean. I had a comfortable and stress-free stay.

I love Alupang Beach Condo so much that I'm planning to visit again when traveling with my family. It's conveniently located near the airport and a nearby shopping mall.

The accommodations are in good condition, and if you have transportation, this hotel is a great value for money hotel for families of four or more.

My family and I stayed here for a week. The building and facilities are generally old, and the air conditioning is an analog switch-type, but the price is very reasonable. Considering the cost per person, it's comparable to a Japanese business hotel, but for this spaciousness and oceanfront view, I think it's an incredible deal. [Good Points] Amenities: Refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, stove, and microwave are all provided, along with everything you need for daily life. The washer-dryer is especially useful for beachgoers and scuba divers. Location: The ocean is right in front of you, so you can go to the beach in your swimsuit as if you were in your own backyard. Having a rental car makes shopping at Don Quijote a breeze. We stocked up on beer and water and enjoyed cooking with the condiments we brought from Japan. Services: Towels and other amenities are also provided promptly. Having a convenience store on the first floor is also convenient. [Notes/Advice] If you plan to cook steaks or other dishes, I highly recommend bringing kitchen scissors from Japan! The local meat is large, so it was difficult to cut with just a knife (lol). I walked to a nearby shop and got my AOW (Advanced) license this time. It's not the latest luxury hotel, but it's the perfect place to spend a relaxing, carefree time with the family. It's easy to get to from Japan, so I'd definitely like to come back regularly to relax.

The room was very spacious! However, the hotel felt quite old, with the balcony floor peeling and rust everywhere. 💦 The thing I disliked the most was the ants on the living room floor... This was very stressful. Shampoo and other amenities were provided, but there were only bath towels and no face towels. The shower pressure was weak and the hot water was sometimes a bit hard to come by. Some of the front desk staff were very friendly, while others were a bit unfriendly. The price was cheap, so I guess it can't be helped.

It was a little old, but very clean and comfortable. You can get futons at the front desk.

The location is good, but the bed mattress and sofa springs stick out and the amenities are not provided.
