Everything was excellent. Warm welcome, friendly staff, great location with a bus stop right in front of the hotel. Clean, comfortable, beautiful views, and the dinner is a must-try!

Grindelwald itself is fantastic, so any accommodation would be great, but everything was spotless, as if I had moved into a new home. And the bidet, which I experienced for the first time in my new accommodation, further enhanced the quality. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was heartfelt. However, six hours after I checked out, I still had no word on the cancellation of my 100 franc card deposit, which was a shame.

I truly enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Grindelwald. The room was spacious, spotless, and offered an amazing view of the mountains. The staff were extremely welcoming and always ready to assist. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. The location is perfect—close to shops, restaurants, and train station. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommended for a relaxing and memorable stay!

With my two daughters, totally we are four people, so I booking the Six-persons room. A very big room with two double beds. Amazing mountain-view, everything is wonderful. What's more, the boss is very nice, as well as the staffs. Will come again.

The staff were very friendly and I received a cute strawberry jam upon check-out. It is right in front of the gondola, so it is very convenient to go to First, and there is a pick-up and drop-off service to the terminal, so it is very convenient.

The hotel is on the main street of Grindelwald, not far from the railway station, and there are supermarkets CCOP and other shops and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. There are parking spaces, but not many. The service staff are very enthusiastic and remind you of various situations in detail. If you leave early in the morning, you can inform the front desk, and the front desk will pack a simple breakfast for the guests to take away. The customer service is spacious, hygienic and clean. The room you live in has a balcony with a view, and you can see the dreamy hillside and the Eiger. Very satisfied with a booking, highly recommended.

Hotel location is quite a distance from the station, would advice to COMPULSORY take the bus from Grindewald station to the hotel. Because the road is way to steep for you to carry and move your luggage. Overall this hotel provides superb view from the room 😍😍

We stayed on the top floor the loft. Everything was beautiful but it was disappointing that on the photos they give you you can see the Matterhorn, but it’s obviously an older photo because the trees now obstruct the view of the Matterhorn from the room otherwise everything was really nice
