With over 5,000 rooms, if they continue to operate at these prices, it will alienate the average person and the place will lack any real buzz. Those who've stayed once won't return or recommend it; it's a one-time deal. If they don't adjust to more affordable prices, they're not far from losing money and going out of business."

But then add the amazing service of the butler who made sure we had everything we needed and drove us anywhere we needed to go on the island… we will absolutely go back and stay there again. The pool and hot springs were lovely, the location right next to the aquarium was perfect, and even though breakfast isn’t nearby, it was included in the price and they drove us to another hotel for a tasty buffet breakfast and picked us up after. Looking forward to our next trip there!"

"The surrounding amenities are great, but it's very crowded. The shuttle service was terrible; the driver left without waiting for us, and didn't stop even when we chased after it. It was very sunny and hot, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids, unless you pay for their private car service. This felt like a hidden cost. We paid over 2000 for two rooms that day, which isn't cheap at all. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Ocean Park was very bad. The bus was packed, and my child even went missing, which led to us calling the police. This shuttle service has serious safety issues. For breakfast, there were too many people and not enough tables, so we had to wait a long time. We had to find seats ourselves with our child. There weren't enough staff, and the staggered timing for meals didn't work well. In short, it was a terrible and expensive trip. The staff themselves were very kind and helpful, but every single aspect of the experience made me feel like I was about to explode. I don't know why. It was completely different from our stay at Hilton last year. The room cleanliness wasn't great, probably because it was peak season and they didn't have time to clean thoroughly!"

However, for a five-star hotel, there's no doorman at the entrance. When I asked a staff member to bring water, I said "thank you" and "excuse me" multiple times, but the staff member just kept making "uh uh uh..." sounds, looking completely listless, and didn't say a single word to me in the end. The bottom of the pool was also a bit dirty."

"Service: The front desk staff seemed unenthusiastic. They didn't explain what was included in my package and only provided details when I specifically asked, which was a bit frustrating. Room Cleanliness and Facilities: Also pretty mediocre. The vanity mirror and full-length mirror clearly had smudges and handprints (kids' handprints, specifically). The carpet had several noticeable stains, and the duvet felt a bit damp. The hairdryer was outdated and ineffective, and the towels were frayed and damaged but hadn't been replaced. Service: Honestly, the housekeeping staff were much friendlier than the front desk. I almost gave a 1-star rating. Facilities: Definitely needs improvement. I wanted to borrow a computer for work, but the front desk refused, saying it couldn't connect to the external network, which I understand given sensitive information. I then asked if I could use a computer at the business center nearby. The front desk gave a vague answer, saying no one had used it in a long time. It was only after I specifically asked them to check that they went to look. After a quick check, they said it was broken. When I asked if they could get IT to fix it, they just flat-out said the computer was broken. There's more, but I won't go into it... Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It's not worth the price, and I won't be staying here again."
