"The surrounding amenities are great, but it's very crowded. The shuttle service was terrible; the driver left without waiting for us, and didn't stop even when we chased after it. It was very sunny and hot, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids, unless you pay for their private car service. This felt like a hidden cost. We paid over 2000 for two rooms that day, which isn't cheap at all. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Ocean Park was very bad. The bus was packed, and my child even went missing, which led to us calling the police. This shuttle service has serious safety issues. For breakfast, there were too many people and not enough tables, so we had to wait a long time. We had to find seats ourselves with our child. There weren't enough staff, and the staggered timing for meals didn't work well. In short, it was a terrible and expensive trip. The staff themselves were very kind and helpful, but every single aspect of the experience made me feel like I was about to explode. I don't know why. It was completely different from our stay at Hilton last year. The room cleanliness wasn't great, probably because it was peak season and they didn't have time to clean thoroughly!"

"Service was fantastic, and the staff were very accommodating. Huge bonus that the receptionist spoke English in such a remote place and made everything so much easier and stress free. Hotel is new and rooms are big and spacious. I’d like to say that the room was super clean however there were stains on the bed sheet after pulling the quilt back. However, the staff were quick to respond and take care of the situation. The house keeper accidentally bought the wrong bedding then had to go back and get the correct size. It was kind of late so it was somewhat frustrating but they took care of the situation quickly. Altogether the stay was great! And they even sent slippers to the room for my daughter with a tooth brush via robot, which they originally said they didn’t have, which was nice of them. Overall a good experience. Always check your bed sheets when traveling. 😜"

"This stay was beyond expectations! ! Driving all the way to see a lot of super beautiful scenery. The hotel is superb, the ancient volcanic stone is piled up, and there are many ancient buildings around, very distinctive. The attitude of the service staff is also super enthusiastic. Any problems can be answered and solved quickly. 👍👍👍 Here, not only can you slow down, but also the stargazing and watching the sea to enjoy the beautiful sunset. The hotel also has paddle boards, and activities such as catching the sea can be participated in. There is also a gym! I can say that the experience is superb! ! !"

The bathroom was pitifully small, and the toilet bowl was covered in grime from years of accumulated dirt, indicating it wasn't cleaned daily. The air conditioner was dripping water badly, which landed on the stairs, almost causing me to slip and fall! I immediately changed hotels the next day! The facilities inside were severely damaged, and there were even small flying insects."
