"The surrounding amenities are great, but it's very crowded. The shuttle service was terrible; the driver left without waiting for us, and didn't stop even when we chased after it. It was very sunny and hot, so I wouldn't recommend it if you're traveling with kids, unless you pay for their private car service. This felt like a hidden cost. We paid over 2000 for two rooms that day, which isn't cheap at all. The shuttle service from the hotel to the Ocean Park was very bad. The bus was packed, and my child even went missing, which led to us calling the police. This shuttle service has serious safety issues. For breakfast, there were too many people and not enough tables, so we had to wait a long time. We had to find seats ourselves with our child. There weren't enough staff, and the staggered timing for meals didn't work well. In short, it was a terrible and expensive trip. The staff themselves were very kind and helpful, but every single aspect of the experience made me feel like I was about to explode. I don't know why. It was completely different from our stay at Hilton last year. The room cleanliness wasn't great, probably because it was peak season and they didn't have time to clean thoroughly!"

"Great hotel and we rented a small villa in Italian style with a nice private yard behind with a hot water pool/tub which you could operate yourself. The villa was spacious with lots of room for a couple and as we are from the Nordics , we specifically liked the sauna ( one dry and one wet) and the spacious bathroom and relax part with another large bathtub. The service was impressive from the staff which communicated with through WeChat, very convenient, and they responded very accurate to our needs. The service with the foot massage coming to your room was another plus. The impressive garden with many hot spring tubs , swimming pool and icecream and dinks service was amazing. Unfortunately, they don’t really market this and you need to access behind the reception, very “secret”. We will definitely return for a relaxing time."

"Hainan Danzhou Resort Review | My Wonderful Stay at Hilton Ocean Flower Island🥳 I recently stayed at the Hilton Ocean Flower Island for a relaxing vacation in Danzhou, and it was a truly comfortable and pleasant experience. The hotel rooms are spacious and incredibly comfortable. When I arrived, it was pouring rain, and the security guard at the entrance was incredibly thoughtful and warm. He really embodied the simple kindness of the Hainanese people. Understanding that it's inconvenient to park and get around in the rain, he patiently guided us to a temporary spot to shelter from the rain, waiting for it to lighten up before directing us to a proper parking space. This personalized care truly reflected the warm service philosophy of a five-star hotel, and my impression was immediately boosted. Check-in was handled by the front desk staff with professionalism and composure; the process was smooth and efficient. During check-out, I encountered an exceptionally outstanding front desk employee. She had light yellow highlights in her dark hair and, from a distance, proactively looked up and acknowledged guests. Her smile was warm and generous, and she swiftly processed my room card with both hands. Her etiquette and demeanor were, without a doubt, the most standard and enthusiastic Hilton-style service I experienced during my entire stay. Her thoughtful and attentive service was a delightful surprise. Regarding dining, the buffet breakfast tasted very good, though the variety of dishes wasn't extensive. I assume this was due to it being the off-peak tourist season. The short-haired hostess and service staff in the restaurant were exceptionally well-mannered. From guiding me to my table to answering dining inquiries, they were poised and polite throughout. When I asked about directions to Twin Beach, they patiently and thoroughly explained everything. Overall, the restaurant's service level was excellent. The overall room amenities were very thoughtful. There was an emergency flashlight in the drawer, which is incredibly practical – most hotels don't provide such an item, and it's particularly useful in emergencies. However, I do have a few small suggestions: there was a noticeable stain on the room's sofa, which looked a bit out of place. I hope they can find a way to address it; perhaps look into how to clean such deep stains online. The hotel's location is uniquely advantageous, situated right at the entrance of Bridge No. 1 to Ocean Flower Island, making it incredibly convenient for both entering and leaving the island – a quick turn gets you off the island smoothly. The high-floor rooms offer expansive views; you can clearly see Gujing Street nearby, and Twin Beach is just a short walk away. In the distance, you can also spot the exquisite castle-style buildings, creating beautiful scenery and a strong resort atmosphere. Overall, despite a few minor flaws, the hotel is excellent. Its attentive service, prime location, and beautiful scenery make it a highly recommended place to stay when visiting Ocean Flower Island."

"With the mentality of "trying to sleep" to escape the city, I chose the raft flower. The hotel is located on the coast of Shenchong Village. There is no complicated commercial atmosphere around. The quiet trails, reefs after low tide, small crabs on the stone side, and the sunset in the evening all give the hotel a unique charm, for the surrounding environment. During the stay, hotel guests have exclusive dining and leisure space, free from outside interference, the butler's service is meticulous and intimate, and it is thoughtful everywhere. From the traffic guidelines - check-in arrangements - afternoon tea - play items - dining arrangements, we feel full of sincerity, for intimate service. The quality of the facilities and equipment inside the room is online, the design is exquisite and not public at the same time, and the comfortable experience is taken into account. It is like a private small yard that has been carefully managed. The check-in process is very comfortable, for hotel facilities. Enjoyed a moment of peace, thank you for the wood blossoms."

"I was pleasantly surprised. The room has a view of the sea. The two beds can accommodate 4 people. The room is large enough and the bedding is clean. The only thing I am not very satisfied with is that the bathroom is not cleaned thoroughly and the toilet is stained. If it can be improved, it will definitely be a good B&B."
