*Amazing Stay!* We had a wonderful time here! The apartment was spotless, modern, and super comfortable . The two-story layout with two bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect for us. The location — right across from Ocean Flower Island — was unbeatable . Special thanks to Miss Lee 🙏 for her warm hospitality and for helping us visit the island at night to enjoy the beautiful lights and the spectacular panoramic view of the island . The most important thing when looking for a hotel on a business trip is parking space. This hotel is good. There is a parking space at the door. It is convenient to take the luggage upstairs. The window view is good. During the day, you can directly see the container terminal. The sun shines into the room just right. It is comfortable.

The hotel's location is excellent; we found it easily using navigation directly to the front desk. The staff at the front desk were very warm and enthusiastic, patiently answering all our questions. I really have to commend this hotel! The room was so clean it was incredibly comfortable; every nook and cranny was spotless. The bed linen and duvet covers were also perfectly fresh and clean. The hygiene here is simply impeccable.

The low-frequency noise is relatively loud, coming from air conditioners or elevators. There is nothing wrong with the rest. The water is large and hot and it is very comfortable to take a shower. However, there is no soft water treatment. After washing, you must use body lotion. The bedding is also dry and quite good. Cleaning is provided every day. The TV is big and clear, and there is a night market downstairs with a lot of delicious food, but the road is being renovated and it is not very convenient to get in and out. There are only gravel roads.

When we arrived by taxi, the driver has difficulty locating the building. The meeting place is an agent's office. The property is a condo located at the far end of the estate. The apartment is clean but with limited amenities. Although there is a kitchenet, but no cooking ware and utenciles are provided.

The front desk service at the B&B is very good, the price/performance ratio is very high, the check-in speed is very fast, the greenery around the hotel is very high, the air is very fresh, the room is large and the stay is very comfortable.

Excellent customer service ! The lady boss and her staff were friendly and attentive taking good care of customers. Room was spacious and clean with all facilities in good condition. The night market is just five minute walk from hotel and you can try all types of food there.

I have always been longing for Ocean Flower Island, so I just went there. The beautiful boss is very enthusiastic. I love you. She called us as soon as I made the reservation and helped us plan the transportation and precautions. It doesn't take too long to take a taxi from the high-speed rail station, and it is quite easy to find after getting off. The surrounding area is relatively mature business districts, and it is very convenient for eating and living. Hearing that we came here for the reputation of Ocean Flower Island, the boss specially upgraded us to a sea view room with a good view. At night, we stood on the balcony, blowing the sea breeze and drinking a little wine. It felt so comfortable. The room facilities are complete, comparable to a star-level apartment. Manual five-star praise!!!

The Hai Tian Mei Su Design Hotel on Hainan Ocean Flower Island boasts well-equipped rooms, from open kitchens and en-suite bathrooms to refrigerators and dining tables and chairs—everything you need for a relaxing vacation. The separate wet and dry areas and readily available hot and cold water are a thoughtful touch. The balconies offer beautiful sea views, adding to the enjoyment of your stay. However, there are some minor shortcomings that the hotel needs to address. For example, room cleanliness could be improved, and some facilities are not ideal, affecting the overall experience. We hope the hotel will continue to strengthen room management, regularly inspect and maintain facilities, ensuring that every detail meets guest expectations. Furthermore, we look forward to the hotel continuously optimizing room decor and services, such as providing more personalized decorations and thoughtful services, so that every guest feels at home and creates more wonderful memories for their Ocean Flower Island vacation.

The room is large and clean. There is a mahjong table inside, and many people can play mahjong. There are also many places to eat nearby, a lot of northeastern dishes. Because it is close to the road, the car is coming and going at night, which is a bit noisy. The boss is very enthusiastic.
