"Since it was the off-season, we received a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room, which was a wonderful surprise with its glacier theme. The stay included tickets to the Ocean Park, which was very convenient. There's a free shuttle bus right outside the hotel, and hotel guests also get free parking for their car when leaving the island. Breakfast was fantastic – varied and plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options. The hotel's overall decor is grand but not old-fashioned, and there's a gym and swimming pool. Our butler, Jin Jing, was also excellent; she promptly answered all our questions and thoughtfully helped us plan our itinerary. I highly recommend staying at the European Castle Hotel when you visit Hainan Flower Island; the experience was superb!"

"We went in mid June, rainy season so it was low season. For the price that we paid for the 2 bedroom villa, which included breakfast (at another hotel) entry to ocean park, The Five Country Hot Spring City, and personal shuttle bus service within the island. I think it was well worth it. Service was prompt and courteous, although communication was all through WeChat and in Chinese. Convenient but knowing sone Chinese would be better to utilize services . We stayed in the Japanese style villa, and it was tastefully decorated, spacious and comfortable. We especially loved having our own dry and steam sauna, and our own personal outdoor hot spring bath! Real hot spring mineral water! I recommend this place especially for people who love hot spring baths and want to avoid busy touristy hotels. Cleanliness: overall quite clean. Location: walking distance to ocean park and hot spring city, so quite convenient. 5-10 minutes shuttle ride to most places within the island. Service: knowing someone is available 24 hours was nice. They were eager to help with whatever we needed. The main concierge during the day was more friendly, competent and experienced. Amenities: everything we needed was provided. There was a Dyson hair dryer, fridge etc. If you are picky about your shampoo soaps etc, you may want to bring your own. But they do provide them."

"My stay here exceeded expectations! The room was spotless, the lighting was soft, and the bedding was so comfortable I didn't want to get out of bed. The service was excellent and prompt; little details like extra slippers and disposable shoe covers were well thought out, and there's a mini-fridge too. Overall, it's great value for money and I highly recommend it whether you're in Danzhou for business or leisure!"

"The hotel has a fantastic ambiance! Our room was clean and comfy, and the bedding was super soft. It's really convenient for getting around; close to the Twin Towers beach, and there's a vibrant food street nearby, making dining and sightseeing a breeze. The service was attentive and warm, truly a perfect experience."

"Three of our friends were traveling and booked a family room. The price was not high and it also included three breakfasts. The price/performance ratio was very high. The hotel's environmental sanitation and facilities are good, and the breakfast is rich, including Chinese and Western dishes, and tastes delicious. The hotel is very close to the thousand-year-old salt field. After leaving the hotel the next day, we drove to the Eman Volcanic Geopark, Longmen Waves, Colorful Beach and other coasts. The scenery was pleasant and it took about 40 minutes."

"This is my second time staying here. It’s right on the roadside. The navigation is easy to find. The environment and services are very good. There is a free parking space downstairs. If you didn’t eat at the hotel, turn right when you go out and walk a few minutes down the road to the Shibawan and Night Market."

"The family suite is spacious, clean and has relatively new facilities. The front desk clerk was gentle and proactively reminded me to scan the QR code to register for free parking when leaving the store. It's just that the family suite facing the main road was too noisy, so I had to turn on the small music to resist the noise. The front desk also prepared earplugs. Also, the water in the shower is slow and needs to be unclogged. The overall feeling of the hotel is good."

"Overall it is OK. Downstairs is eaten, very convenient. It is recommended to live in the tail number 1-5, such as 401/402/403/405/ with the upper and lower floors. The rooms are facing the street. A little noisy at night. The smell of sunshine is dry. The tail number 1/2 is next to the elevator, but the whole floor is 9, and it is still quiet. 6-7-8-9 The tail number is facing Yin. After entering, the room is a bit humid/sticky. The bathroom and air conditioner are directly opposite the bed, which is very bad."

"The Four Points by Sheraton Danzhou was absolutely fantastic! The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with excellent and modern facilities. The service was impeccable; the staff were warm and attentive. The food was abundant and delicious, with a wide variety for breakfast. The hotel environment was elegant and peaceful. Staying here was a real treat – highly recommended!"

"Overall it’s good! After all, it’s newly opened! The overall breakfast was very good and clean! The cutlery was great! Coffee machines are also available! The most satisfying thing is the gym! A complete set of brand new startrac equipment! It’s not a high-end product though! But it works! I also see Xingchi quite often when I am on a business trip in San Francisco! The West Coast is popular! And the new condition is still great! Nautilius's power zone is also pretty standard! But the laundry machines are not that great! Haier still can't use commercial machines! The meeting room is so messy that I suspect pillows are holding a meeting! The outdoor garden is too perfunctory! There is no romance at all! It doesn’t fit the concept of garden! I feel like the boss is very stingy when investing! But the gym and breakfast are ok! The room was ok too! It would be even better to organize some activities during the Spring Festival!"
