Great hotel and we rented a small villa in Italian style with a nice private yard behind with a hot water pool/tub which you could operate yourself. The villa was spacious with lots of room for a couple and as we are from the Nordics , we specifically liked the sauna ( one dry and one wet) and the spacious bathroom and relax part with another large bathtub. The service was impressive from the staff which communicated with through WeChat, very convenient, and they responded very accurate to our needs. The service with the foot massage coming to your room was another plus. The impressive garden with many hot spring tubs , swimming pool and icecream and dinks service was amazing. Unfortunately, they don’t really market this and you need to access behind the reception, very “secret”. We will definitely return for a relaxing time.

Had a wonderful stay here at Forest Inn, Hainan University! My cousin is starting university nearby and we came to drop her off. Since we had stayed in the downtown before, we wanted to find a place close to campus to experience. This hotel is the best option! It’s right within the campus entrance and easy to navigate to. The front desk concierge’s were very friendly and kind - two of them even took us around on the tour bus to familiarize us with the campus and surrounding area. They even went out of their way and offered to help us unload luggage. Since there was no parking space on move-in day, having the option to drop off saved us a lot of hassle. In addition to campus, the hotel is also located close to a botanical garden, about 15 minutes to the downtown area, and close to shops, stores, etc. Some suggestions: - Wish the pool was accessible as advertised on Trip but it’s now only a kiddie pool. - For longer stays, room amenities should be replenished daily based on number of guests. - I received a rather expensive delivery during my stay and asked the courier to leave it with the front desk as I was out during that time. There was someone at the front desk with a poor attitude who denied that any deliveries arrived and suggested it had been delivered to another location. Luckily, another staff member helped me check and found my delivery. I suggest besides giving guests misleading information, to ensure it’s accurate first.

Fantastic and friendly host. So kind to give us a lift and made our stay a wonderful and memorable one. The room is very clean and bed very comfy. Everything is quite new. Highly recommended. Can get to view the entire Ocean Flower Island and take good pictures. Will come and stay again for my next trip.

It's the best hotel on the island. Their service and hospitality make to return back again. Million thanks to Manager Ms.Elaine for her care and support in all questions. She helped us from the beginning till the last goodbye. The hotel has clean and very comfortable rooms with all small features. Their restaurant is ready to offer different healthy food and drinks. The big and clean swimming pool is full of happiness and fun! We were happy to live there and kindly recommend everyone!

The stay at the Danzhou Seaview Baili Hotel was very pleasant. The check in was convenient and all staff very friendly. The room had a quite modern appearance , was decently equipped and was quite big. Sadly we didnt get a sea/ port sided room, otherwise the view would probably have also been great. The roomservice came every day between 8 and 9 for cleaning and reequipping the room. My only wish would be that when they knock the door twice, they actually wait a little longer for a response. They always entered very quickly and didnt give me enough time to even reach the door and open. The breakfast selection is probably the only thing that was a little disappointing. Not that many choices and only some minor changes every day. Especially the limited fruit selection is a bit sad, given the availability on Hainan. But for the pricepoint of the hotel I dont want to complain much. The food was alright and will definitely get you full. Around the hotel are many shops, restaurants and streetvendors that provide decent choices for dinner. Now to the big plus point, the free of charge clothes washing service (basic washing and drying). Quick and efficient, and you always have fresh clothes given the hot climate. Lastly the hotel also offers a free afternoon tea and snack service at the top floor. Again the choices are very limited, but it is still a nice thing to have. Thanks for the stay.

I have a wonderful time with my mom at castle hotel 欧宝酒店 and for the first time I am purchasing clothing from a hotel and the quality is great and price is reasonable. I bought a lot of t shirts and beach pants for my 2 kids. I also bought a lovely dress for myself and scarf for my mom. The breakfast have variety of choices and is very delicious. The noodles is a must try items. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The island is easy access and is very suitable for family with young kids. There are a lots of activities available for them that can keep them occupied, within the hotel and island too. The ocean park is a must go place to see dolphin’s show, apart from that, there are many other marine species in the park and activities that may excite the kids. Please spare a day here to finished off all the shows. The light show at 婚礼庄园is also a must go place. There are 2shows available daily at 8pm and 9:30pm . Just took a train at CNY30, you can have unlimited rides to travel within the island 1. I personally love 海花岛and will definitely come back again in near future. Me

Excellent clean room , friendly and helpful staff. The beds are very comfortable and you can choose what kind pillow you like latex pillow , buckwheat pillow and 2 other kinds of pillow. The breakfast buffet had a variety and delicious.

Friendly owner, nice view and the location is perfect. Check in and out fast and easy.

For a family trip, we chose this B&B with four bedrooms, two living rooms and four bathrooms. It feels pretty good. Everyone does not disturb each other and has a good rest. Although this house faces the mainland, the sea is also very beautiful. The parking space in the community is in the underground garage, which is clearly marked and easy to find. There are small supermarkets and restaurants around, and it is also convenient to order fast food. The disadvantage is that some bathrooms are a bit small, and it is not convenient to open and close the door.

Xiao Liu and Xiao Wen, The front desk receptionists are very professional friendly. They both Provided excellent services. The hotel is located in a quiet, beautiful Haihua island. I will definitely go back to stay next time.
