JI Hotel (Danzhou City Government Zhongxing Avenue Store)

This is arguably one of the newer hotels in Danzhou, and their scent system is quite well-done, making the whole hotel feel fresh. However, there's one aspect of the service that needs improvement. When I checked in, I specifically mentioned I would check out at 2 PM, but I still received calls at 12 PM rushing me to check out. Considering it's the off-season, it felt a bit rigid.

There are not many hotels to choose from in Danzhou, but this all-season space is quite large! If this was placed in a first-tier city, it would be like a nouveau riche. The standards are quite consistent, but there was something wrong with the toilet in my room. I was in a hurry and didn't report it to the hotel! Parking spaces are really tight.

There is a large parking lot at the door, parking is free and convenient. It seems that there is Danzhou Bus Station next to it. Go down the path on the right when you go out, which is the famous local night market. It takes about ten minutes to walk. Another ten minutes' walk is the famous Xingfu Street. Walking down Xingfu Street is the street where you can eat Qing Qing Bu Liang. There are food all the way. There are many shared electric vehicles at the door, making travel convenient. The breakfast is also very rich, and the price of more than 200 is very cost-effective.

First of all, I would like to comment on the resident manager and the front desk customer service. They are really arrogant and arrogant in front of customers. When I checked in and had breakfast, I encountered that the quality of the food contained debris. Then I went to the front desk, and then when handling the matter, the resident The store manager has already come out, but he is very aloof and refuses to communicate with you. He asked the front desk to come over and communicate with me. I want to ask you, are you aloof? Or is your position very high? Doesn’t it require the store manager to handle this problem and explain to me how to improve the quality of the restaurant in the future? Secondly, after this processing, my overall check-in experience seemed to be deliberately targeted. I called 5-6 times through the room phone but did not answer it. When I left the parking lot, I scanned the parking ticket first, and then the system prompted me to return it when I left the door. I have to charge parking fees, watch others go out, and get stuck when I go out? Is it a coincidence or do I not know how to enter my license plate number? The overall summary is that you encounter problems when you check in at this store. The person in charge does not take the initiative to contact you, and deliberately makes your overall experience worse.

房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，位置也很好，工作人員服務熱情周到，入住體驗非常棒，停車也很方便，前面和後面都有停車場，晚上還有保安指引，性價比很高，推薦入住，前台服務，特別貼心，附近還有商場和汽車站大堂裝修簡約大氣

真的很好很好很好很好的體驗。主要是服務真的很真誠，感覺到公司都是上下一心的，凝聚力好強，對顧客是發自內心的幫助，無論前台或者客服，洗衣，早餐都很貼心，例如吃什麼，玩什麼，地道的美食是什麼，都很好的推薦👍前台小姐姐推薦去吃晚餐是黃皮雞，甜品是雞屎藤，都很不錯很不錯，儋州超出了我的預期，吃的玩的都便宜又好吃（對於廣州人來説是真的覺得不錯）有機會會再來😊
