"Perfect hotel, best management in Chisinau, very clean, very warm, exceptional services, very good breakfast. A little bit far from the center but there is a bus nearby. Spotless, very clean. Friendly receptionists Will return there with pleasure many times."

"This new hotel is a modern stylish hotel, with a pleasant Tennis theme throughout. We stayed there with a football team and all our specific requirements such as menus and meal times were accommodated by the hotel without fuss. Location was ideal, close to airport and only a 10 minute drive to the stadium we played in. "

Courtyard Chisinau

📍 21/A Arborilor Street, Chisinau

"Really great stay at Courtyard Chisinau. The hotel is well located, the room was spacious and comfortable, and the city view was a nice bonus. Stayed for 4 nights on a business trip and it ticked all the boxes — reliable Wi-Fi, great gym, and the staff were genuinely warm and attentive. Breakfast was also really good. Chisinau might not be the most obvious business destination but this hotel makes it a very pleasant one. Would happily stay here again!"

"Hotel is nice. Reception is perfect. Only 1 problem is the security guard. Some context: I am solo traveler who goes out at night to go to clubs. The hotel has the security guard who is an old guy. He is good and chill. But he will not open the door after 11:59 pm. This was not written anywhere until I arrived. This is a nightmare. Imagine going out at night, chilling with my friends because it's my holiday and I have to wait till 8 am to open the door. He just locks the door and refuses to open it. If you try to open it yourself, he is going to literally fight and kill you even tho you are"

"My leg was twisted, it was so swollen. I was looking for an apartment with a bath (not a shower). I made a subscription and walked about 2km to this horrible hotel. I was shocked by what I saw in the room (see attached photos). They are frauds. When I booked the room, the photos of the chosen option were completely different (the last 2 photos). I couldn't stay there, but how? If my foot is swollen, and I have to put on my sneakers when I get out of the shower, because they don't give me a mat or slippers! There, it is scary to stand on this rotten tile with fungus and the carpet in the room, which is covered with dried swamp, garbage, crumbs and stains. The money was not returned to me! I tried talking to the managers - and everyone spits on you here. They are a disgrace to Moldova and Chisinau of the highest brand. I'm disappointed with Chisinau in general, because many people take a subscription and post unrealistic photos. The hotel market of Moldova is a shame. I will never return to this country again. Stay away from them! Do not even spend your time and energy on them. It is hard to find good apartments in Chisinau, especially clean because most of them use to live like that, but a God with you, I hope your travel will be okay, nevertheless."

"Highlights - The entire interior looks pretty much new and modern designed - The biggest plus is the free coffee and organic tea at any time at ground floor - Good and convenient location for city sightseeing and shopping in the neighbourhood - Small gym offers the opportunity for a quick workout Improvement potential - The bathroom had a very strange smell all the time maybe due to the drainage - There was a blackout of the electricity for around five minutes in the late evening"

"When I entered the hotel it said breakfast was included, when I left they wanted 800 lei for 2 days even though the breakfast they gave was cheese, tomato, sausage, tea and coffee. The owner is a very sullen person, we stayed for four nights, only the towels are changed in the room, the floor is not cleaned and most importantly, they said there is no charger for the one I forgot in the room. They are literally thieves. If I were you, I would not pay that much to stay there."

"“Beautiful rooms ” Very friendly staff at reception, clean, spacious new decorated rooms. Comfortable mattress and pillows, black out curtains, sound proof windows. Unfortunately there's some not very good things: Breakfast is horrendous!! Very limited choice, all cold! Cold eggs and sausages! I understand it's included, but I rather pay for it,and have a normal breakfast,or don't have any,and pay less for the stay ."

Courtyard Chisinau ★★★★
"The location is fantastic! Having a large mall next door (with restaurants, a food court, a supermarket, and a currency exchange) was incredibly convenient. The bus stops for the airport and tourist attractions are right in front of the hotel, making getting around super easy. While tourist spots are a bit far to walk, the bus gets you there in about 10 minutes for a cheap USD 0.4, which was great. Choosing this hotel over others within walking distance was definitely the right decision. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, including fruits, vegetables, and Moldovan sweets. The rose jam, in particular, was delicious, and I enjoyed it with bread and yogurt every day. The restaurant itself has high ceilings, giving it an open and airy feel, and the seating is spacious and comfortable. There's also a terrace area with a nice ambiance. The restaurant staff were wonderful. Irina, the restaurant manager, was incredibly kind and attentive, quickly remembering my name and always greeting me warmly. Marin also remembered my name and greeted me by name every day. Alexandr, the assistant restaurant manager, was also very helpful, assisting with requests, currency exchange, and even explaining coins in detail. He even gave me a Moldovan coin as a souvenir, which was a lovely memory. Front desk and hotel staff were excellent. Lana and Carolina at the front desk were consistently helpful and answered my questions and requests sincerely every day. They also shared insights into Moldovan culture during our conversations, which was one of the highlights of my stay. Mihaela, the shift manager, was very professional and reassuring. The room was comfortable, and issues were handled swiftly. My room was new, clean, and comfortable. There was a minor issue with the first room, but I was immediately moved to another. When the shower pressure was a bit low, I contacted them, and the technical manager promptly came to check and resolve it. Valentina, the housekeeper, had a lovely smile, and I looked forward to seeing her every day. She made a genuine effort to speak English. There was a special touch during my stay. When I inquired about the rose jam I loved at breakfast, Hotel Manager Ana Cozma took the initiative to help. Thanks to her suggestion and arrangements, I received both the rose jam and a special bottle of wine. Later, Ana, the Sales & Guest Relations Coordinator, personally delivered them to my room. I was so touched that I teared up, and she gave me a warm hug. The wine commemorated the 20th anniversary of independence for Moldova, Georgia, and Ukraine, and its concept deeply moved me. Overall, I spent most of my 6-night stay at the hotel, and it was a very fulfilling experience, including all the interactions with the staff. It was even more memorable than just sightseeing. While the price might be a bit higher, it's definitely worth it. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Moldova."

"The location of the hotel is great, but the service and friendliness of the staff are very poor. Two young women are sitting at the reception and are mostly busy with their cell phones. Even during check-in and check-out, something was done on the cell phone. In addition, eye contact was avoided and people remained seated during the conversations. As a guest you felt more like a nuisance. The breakfast buffet was good. But you had to pick up coffee and tea at the bar. The orders were acknowledged with a bored groan. Again, there was no customer orientation to be seen here. Unfortunately, I cannot rate the in-house restaurant Ludo (5th floor) because I left after about 20 minutes of waiting because no waiter came to my clearly visible table. It should be mentioned that there were only about 5 guests in the restaurant and about 5 waiters were sitting at the bar without any motivation."

"The No. 30 bus stop is just ten meters from the airport terminal; the fare seems to be 6 li. It's a seamless connection. Get off at the park stop and it's a ten-minute walk to the hotel. At the end of August, it's still over 30 degrees Celsius where we live, but here it's already early autumn. The leaves are turning yellow, many people are wearing thick coats, and the street breeze is cool. My room was fantastic—very clean and tidy. Although not large, it had two large windows at right angles, allowing for a cross breeze when opened. It happened to be the FESTIVALUL DOR DE CHISINAU festival that day, and the festival venue was right outside the hotel. Many children were filling in their favorite colors on plain whiteboards. The main stage was just a hundred meters from the window; I could see the straight, bustling path and the main stage at its end. In the late afternoon, young people sang and danced energetically on stage, and as night fell, the performance switched to traditional song and dance by middle-aged people. The square was filled with attentive spectators enjoying the show. Despite having planned this vacation in late June, a young female employee at the WIZZ AIR check-in counter at Bucharest OTP Airport in Romania refused to give me a boarding pass because I didn't have a Moldovan visa. This resulted in the cancellation of my round-trip tickets and my booking for the Bernardazzi Grand Hotel, leading to a loss of over 1500 RMB that I couldn't get a refund. According to international agreements, I could have entered Moldova visa-free with a Schengen visa, but WIZZ AIR's customer service representative responsible for complaints and claims has been denying and making excuses, and then unilaterally cut off contact with me. To this day, they haven't apologized or offered compensation, which is probably why they don't publish their customer service number. A month later, I changed my departure point, coming from Istanbul, Turkey. Just like last time, I didn't have a Moldovan visa and used a Schengen visa instead. Thanks to the professional and responsible staff at the headquarters of Turkish Airlines, which has the most global routes, I boarded smoothly and arrived in the country's lovely capital. The city is not large, and the people are reserved and disciplined on the outside but free-thinking on the inside. They are friendly to tourists, and the chocolates are delicious and cheap. Finally, in this home of wine, I tasted wine and delicious food, fulfilling my wish. All the wonderful things I encountered here made me forget the unpleasantness before. The hotel bed was very comfortable. My time here was short but very enjoyable. I hope to come again and visit the Milestii Mici wine cellars, which stretch for 200 kilometers underground."
