I stayed one night in this hotel. Had to carry my bag all the way to the floor 3 since hotel has no left and no one to help. Big room, good Wifi. Water heater is there to make coffee but the funny thing is that there is no water, no tea no coffee. Seems you have to buy everything yourself. I asked the receptionist, her answer was this is cheap hotel and if you need better service go to other expensive hotel. TV is only on the wall but never work. Again receptionist will bring something to fix the TV after | leave. Breakfast is too late, had a little so as to catch my car to the airport. Overall, average experience. Only good is the location and WiFi.

I booked a twin room, but when I arrived at 11 pm, only a double room was left. The room facilities were very old and worn out; the toilet seat was broken, and the hot water took a long time to come out and wasn't hot at all. I strongly advise against booking there. Breakfast was supposed to be at 9 am, but when I got to the front desk, they said they would prepare it in about 20 minutes.

Absolutely awful! There was no service whatsoever, and the room was a complete mess. I booked two days, stayed only one, and they refused to change rooms or give me a refund! Utterly terrible!

Everyone was very friendly, and I'm definitely grateful for that. The room was a bit dated and the breakfast was modest, but it wasn't too bad, as this was the most affordable hotel I found in Chisinau.
