The worst stay I had in my life. The stuff (Victoria) - lady from re-election screaming on customers as I was sleepy in the lobby. Worst experience I had in my life with 5 star hotels. Don’t recommend to go.

I've checked in on Saturday and my suite did not have hot water, neither the room next to me that I paid for also. The next morning I've let the front desk know about the situation and when I came back that afternoon I was informed that nothing was done because the maintenance did not have access to my suite. They tried to do something that night, but still no hot water. They finally moved me to another room on Tuesday. I love to stay at Radisson, but this is unacceptable!
