Roxen Hotel&Spa

I only liked the people who work there 100%. The breakfast is very tasty 🫶🏻 We were given a room for a couple, which was right next to the reception. It was not convenient because we could hear everyone coming and going, people at the reception and in the dining room, cleaning ladies. That is, it was impossible to relax and not think that everyone could hear us too.  Secondly, when the door to the street opened, our door also slammed. And in our room there was hair in the bathroom, some stains on the carpet, only one chair and there were no bathrobes after the shower. It was very difficult to find the hotel itself, if you are going on foot for the first time. It is better to take a taxi right away 🙌

It was very clean and the room was spacious, which was nice. The bed and pillows were so comfortable that I slept well throughout my stay. The staff spoke English well and were friendly. Breakfast wasn't a buffet, but rather a menu. They served fresh, freshly prepared, warm food, so I looked forward to it. There's no elevator, but the staff helped me carry my luggage, which made it comfortable. They also provided prompt service upon request, so I had a comfortable stay. They even called a taxi for me upon checkout, which made getting around a breeze. Since it's not in the city center, there's a restaurant right next door, and you can order food through a delivery app. Just ask the lobby staff for directions. The scent of Le Labo Another 13 perfume wafted through the hallways, making the hotel feel even more welcoming.

Friendly staff, nice and clean rooms. Restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The room is in excellent condition. The staff is friendly. Not bad cuisine
