Our stay at Richmond hotel was enjoyable overall! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was convenient. Although the receptionist didn’t smile during check-in, we understand it was late at night. The rest of the staff was welcoming, and the amenities made for a pleasant stay.

Great location in the city centre, very close to Cathedral Park. The bus stop for the airport bus (number 30, payable with Visa/MasterCard) is just a 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The staff is helpful and efficient, and my room is clean and quiet. Towels, toothbrush, bathrobe, small kettle, etc are provided in the room. WiFi is fast and stable in my room. The breakfast has a good variety of hot and cold items, including eggs, sausages, bacon, pancake, ham, cheese, vegetables, fruits, bread, etc. In summary I had a pleasant stay.

The newly opened hotel is clean and sanitary, the service is also very good, the room facilities are all new, and the hotel is located next to the Grand Park, a 15-minute walk from the Arc de Triomphe

The rooms are new and clean. Cool white light everywhere. I'd like to commend the reception staff; they are very attentive and friendly. I recommend staying at this hotel; everything is within walking distance.
