"From check in to check out process, everything is great. The room is very clean and spotless, and they provide everyday cleaning and towel replacement. They even provide us room with the best view and location. The room is so spacious and the bed is really great and comfy. I had a special request for my wife’s birthday celebration and they prepared a room designed with petals and brought in a cake on our first day. They also have a gym which I enjoyed during my free time. Their buffet breakfast options is also great and have a complete options from appetizers to mains. Everything about this hotel is great and we really enjoyed our stay here. The staffs service is superb and very accommodating. They even helped me with my concern with the bus booking going back to Hanoi."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay at Sapa Centre Hotel I had a wonderful stay at Sapa Centre Hotel during my trip to Sapa. The location is excellent, right in the town center and within walking distance of restaurants, shops, and tourist attractions. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always willing to assist with any requests. The breakfast selection was good and offered a variety of local and international dishes. Overall, the hotel provided great value for money and made my stay in Sapa enjoyable and memorable. I would definitely recommend Sapa Centre Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again."

"I had a wonderful stay at KK Hotel Sapa and really enjoyed my experience. One of the highlights was my room on the 16th floor, which offered beautiful panoramic views of the lush green valleys and mountains surrounding Sapa. Waking up to that scenery was definitely one of the best parts of the stay. The room itself was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. I particularly appreciated having a bathtub, which was perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring Sapa. The room had everything I needed for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Another feature I found very convenient was the hotel’s unique layout, with two lobbies—one on the 1st floor and another on the 15th floor. The 15th-floor lobby was especially useful because it made getting to the Muong Hoa Street area much easier and more convenient. It was nice not having to go all the way down to the main lobby when heading out to explore. Overall, KK Hotel Sapa offers spacious and comfortable rooms, stunning views, and a very convenient setup. I would definitely consider staying here again on my next trip to Sapa."

"Hotel is placed in the city center, next to the square and directly opposite Sun Plaza. However, my room is a bit dark, room’s design is not very convenient, and the furniture is slightly outdated. It’s Oki to stay here"

"This hotel boasts an excellent location with beautiful lake views right across the street. Food and massage places are also very close by. The night market is about a 15-minute walk away, which actually transforms into a huge day market during the day. Miao Miao Village is approximately 20 minutes away, and Sun Plaza is about 10 minutes. Highly recommend for travelers who prefer having everything within easy reach."

"Azure Sapa Hotel has one of the better locations I found while planning my whole trip, despite reviews from others to book a better and luxury ones in the Sa Pa centre. We chose somewhere that is slightly further away from the city centre. The staff in Azure Sapa Hotel were very patient with us when we reached early and told us rooms would be ready before afternoon starts so we could have a rest, they were always smiling and nodding their head as a sign of respect when we enter the hotel. The views from the room were exceptional, we could see the sunrise, clouds and mountains when we woke up during our trip (provided you travel there at the the fortunate period). The only thing that needs to be improved would be the air-conditioning unit that keeps turning on and off during out stay where we have to change the mode to get the room cool."

"The hotel's location is excellent, only about 300 meters from Sapa Station, the square, and the church, which is very convenient. The breakfast was decent, mostly hot dishes, and quite suitable for Asian palates. The only drawback was the hot water supply; it would run out in about 10 minutes, and we'd have to wait for it to heat up again. This meant it took a long time for all four of us to shower."

"The staff's service was excellent. Although I didn't request it, they allowed me to check in early when I arrived in the morning. They even upgraded my room. Since I had requested two single beds, it might have been an even better room otherwise. Depending on the room grade, I felt the room was more spacious than I expected. The view from the room was superb; I could see the rice terraces much better than from other high-end hotels supposedly known for their views. Breakfast was just okay. Perhaps because there weren't many guests, I was able to relax and take my time. The only downsides were the quality of the towels and the small size of the bathrobe. Although there's a steep hill, you can walk to the city center if you're up for it. The popular Moana Sapa is right next door, so you can check how busy it is before visiting."

"Our group of four found our stay at Azalea Sapa Hotel truly exceptional, from the moment we booked two rooms. The service was impeccable from the outset; staff promptly assisted with our luggage, offered complimentary warm tea, and ensured a seamless check-in process. The rooms themselves were a picture of cleanliness, spaciousness, and pristine comfort. One of our rooms even offered a breathtaking valley view, though inclement weather regrettably limited our enjoyment of it. A personal highlight was the thoughtful provision of toiletries, particularly the ample tissue paper and the diverse selection of towels—body, face, and hand. Both rooms boasted reliable hot and cold showers with consistently strong water pressure. While the breakfast buffet may not have offered the vast variety found in some other establishments, the Pho was an absolute revelation. It became a daily eagerly anticipated delight, largely thanks to the wonderfully warm and kind lady who meticulously prepared it and, as a bonus, cooked excellent eggs. A minor observation, perhaps, is that for extended stays, the breakfast selection might eventually feel somewhat repetitive, yet its overall quality remained consistently high. Unfortunately, the cold and rainy weather prevented us from experiencing many of the hotel's amenities, including the pool. However, I did manage to utilize the gym. Though somewhat minimalist, it offered a comprehensive full-body workout with fairly new and meticulously maintained equipment. A true bonus was the ability to exercise while soaking in the majestic mountain views and a captivating sea of clouds. A slight discrepancy was noted regarding outdated information; a pamphlet mentioned a 4 PM tea break, which, upon inquiry, was no longer offered. They also offer a massage, sauna, and jacuzzi but we were not able to try them. The hotel's location is highly convenient, offering easy access to Sun Plaza and a host of iconic spots and cafes. It's worth noting that the hotel sits on an uphill slope, and the shortcut to Sun Plaza involves a few flights of stairs, which might pose a challenge for some guests. Nonetheless, a nearby mini-mart provides convenient access to essentials, beverages, and snacks. In conclusion, despite enduring a storm and adverse weather throughout much of our Sapa visit, the Azalea Sapa Hotel and its dedicated staff transformed what could have been a dreary experience into one of comfort and genuine satisfaction. We wholeheartedly recommend this establishment."

"We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious and clean. While we were there, it seemed there was a minor issue with the drain, causing a very unpleasant smell to enter the room from the bathroom at night. However, it was taken care of as soon as we mentioned it. The breakfast was very good and offered a great selection. We would definitely recommend this hotel."
